Ok, usually a fine experience there. And I know they are busy and stressed... with that all said. My last experience there was awful. The , I believe, asst manager was absolutely rude and condescending. I had t even said anything and she bit my head off. I had mobile ordered, I pulled into the space and she comes up to me and bites my head off. Apparently they weren't doing mobile order that day. I hadn't even said anything and she was rude and not nice at all. I was fine with getting in line she could have taken as much time being nice as she did being rude. My husband is a diehard Chick-fil-A fan, and he seriously goes to this location 3-4 times a week. So you could say that we are regulars. The service is amazing. Every single person there is so sweet, always courteous, and they really are all just nice people. They consistently have a smile on their faces, no matter how busy they are. They always ask our how day is going and seem genuinely interested. We have literally never had a bad experience here. They even helped me play an April Fools joke on my husband! When we eat inside, they are so quick to refill our drinks and honestly, this Chick-fil-A in particular is better than going out to eat at most places! The food is fantastic - it is always hot. It is always fresh. Our orders have always arrived just as we ordered them. Everyone here seems to love their job and it shows. The service at this location is top notch! They are one of the busiest stores in the area and handle lunch and dinner rushes very well. Someone is constantly walking the dining area looking for ways to help customers by throwing away trash or refilling drinks. Meals hear with kids are easy and fun. read more

Slowest chick-fil-a drive thru I've been to. What is going on? There aren't that many cars either....

Ive never left a bad review but I'm tired of them messing up my order EVERY TIME. My son is allergic to tomatoes and when I order his meal I alway say no tomatoes yet they always leave them on there. I have also ordered the grilled chicken club a couple times yet EVERY TIME they mess it up. It's suppose to come with grilled chicken, colby jack cheese, tomatoes, bacon and lettuce. Today I had asked for extra bacon which I ask for every time. Today they put no bacon on there, the sandwich ended up only being chicken and cheese. Which has happened multiple time. The receipt had extra bacon on it twice yet I didn't get half the stuff on my sandwich, instead of a large fry I got a medium, and isn't of a sweet tea I got coke. I usually don't leave reviews especially over a couple things not being on my sandwich but I'm so frustrated that it happens every time. Especially when you paid extra for more bacon and there's not. They need to train their staff better or not hire all high schoolers. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHICK-FIL-A! read more

WORST Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. How do they stay in business???? This place can't be the same Chick-fil-A as the rest of them b/c it's so horrible that Chick-fil-A could not possibly allow this location to represent them. It started with the drive-thru. 2 kids outside taking orders. Pulled up to the first kid, he told me to go to the 2nd kid. Started to pull up to the 2nd kid (he definitely saw me), he just walked away. I literally had to chase him down to place my order. He was polite but never apologize. Acted as if he never saw me. We placed several orders including the nuggets and the chicken salad sandwich. The sandwich had finger impressions all over it. Seriously, it looked like someone was playing with it. The bread tasted like it's been sitting around for a week. The "cold" nuggets didn't come with any sauce. I'm blown away! Never been to a Chick-fil-A where they don't ask you about the sauce or put some of the famous Chick-fil-A sauce in the bag even if you don't ask. The waffle fries...forget it. We had to re-heat it when we got home. the most ridiculous thing was at the drive-thru window the girl was bragging to someone who appears to be a supervisor/manager how fast they work and how good they are. I'm guessing that's the only way they would get any compliment about their food/service. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A where I didn't like...until now. read more

Thursday, December 12, 2019 at roughly 6:50pm.... Chick-fil-A had a 15+ car line. A young man and young lady were out taking orders, two young ladies were bringing food to the vehicles in line. What would unquestionably have been an unacceptable wait at any other restaurant was surprisingly quick. My 9 year old daughter and I were just finishing up a school Christmas concert and my daughter noticed how busy Chick-fil-A was and commented how quickly they were working. She asked if we could offer the two young ladies delivering the food each $5 tips. They very respectfully and graciously denied the offer and said they were happy to do their jobs. The level of service, the quickness of service, and the pleasant attitude that came along with it, is absolutely remarkable. On top of it all, our 5 person order was 100% correct. I absolutely hope the management at the Flower Mound/Highland Village Hwy 407 location shows their employees the same level of appreciation for their employees as their patrons have for them. The chicken sandwiches are of course great, but the service that is provided by the employees are what will keep my family and I returning. read more

We love chick-fil-a but I think this ones struggles with managing its employees. Every time we come our order us wrong. This time my daughter ordered grilled chicken sandwich, got original. My son ordered lettuce no tomato and got the opposite, even box had it right. I got red bell peppers with my Southwest spicy salad? Really? This Chick-fil-A is the best one I have EVER been to. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted with warm smiles, friendly "hello"s, and of course, the ever prominent "My pleasure!". The food here is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. I have never had an order wrong, and have always left satisfied. Everything is clean, organized, and even when the line is to the door, I never feel like I am any less important to them as a customer, and the speed of service is impeccable. The staff are all amazing, from the high school kids to the managers and team leaders. There is one team leader, (I believe his name is Evan?) who is working all the time when I come in. He is always one of the first ones to greet me, and even knows my name, as well as my usual order! (Chicken deluxe with pepper-jack cheese, on a wheat bun, extra pickles, medium waffle fry, large diet Dr. Pepper, with two polynesian sauces.) I feel valued as a customer, and he is always friendly, has a huge smile, and is obviously very passionate about his job. Its people like him who make me want to keep coming back again and again. Awful experience here today with a catering order!!! Called ahead of time and asked manager if my order pickup time could be adjusted - according to him this was no problem. Realized that I had sent the order to this location by mistake - so called back to confirm the address was told twice by an associate of an incorrect address. Eventually called back again spoke to same manager and confirmed correct address. Upon arrival about 35 minutes later - my food was not ready. Instead over 30 box lunches were going to be just placed in my car - asked for large plastic bags and was essentially questioned. Such an awful experience - would advise choosing an alternate location. Have never experienced such a catering issue. read more

I have never been so disappointed with a Chickfila before. I wanted to use my Calendar Card in the drive-thru for my "Free Large Waffle Potato Fry PLUS Any Size Coca-Cola® Soft Drink of Your Choice". I'm not much of a soda person, so I asked if I would be able to get a lemonade, and if that couldn't be substituted, would I be able to pay the price difference? The girl at the drive-thru said that she would be able to make that substitution and it wouldn't be a problem. When I got to the window, the guy gave me my lemonade as I gave him my Calendar Card. I had my lemonade all cozied up in my cupholder, straw and everything when he told me that the fries were free, but I would have to pay full price for the lemonade! Right next to him was the girl on the headset who had told me otherwise. And I told him that that's not what they said 30 seconds ago. He apologized, but I'd still have to pay for the lemonade and he didn't change anything. So I handed him back the lemonade and requested a soda instead. I understand now that the lemonade was not comparable to the soda, but when I am told that it won't be a problem, I expect you to follow through on that and not change it when I'm at the window. I expect this from other fast food places, but my expectations for Chickfila are very high and this experience was extremely disappointing. read more
