This is a pretty great hamburger joint in Lewisville. The portion and the price are amazing! There were a lot of interesting and delicious choices to choose from. The only down side is that the food was pretty salty in my opinion but still very delicious. We did have to wait a bit longer than expected but maybe it's bc there weren't that many workers and quite a bit of customers on a Sunday evening. My wife and I went here for lunch and really enjoyed the food and service. I was looking forward to making this my new lunch spot, because I love supporting small businesses. The next week I tried to go to lunch there, but it was closed because it was a Monday. I thought fine, you gotta close sometimes and noted that they were closed on Monday and Tuesday. I went back the next week on Wednesday and they were closed again. No holiday, no warning just a note that they would be closed for the week. I never went back. I know it's difficult to run a small business, but being open at predictable times is basic business. The key to thriving as a small business is location (foot traffic), quality and service. I ordered the Cheeseburger and Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The meal was exceptionally well packed with enough condiments plus napkins. (I tend to make a mess when eating at my desk as I focus on work and not the food.) The burger had a great flavor on a delicious moist bun with aioli, American cheese, tomato lettuce and pickles. Me and my family were trying a new restaurant tonight and came across Bae's Kitchen. Upon arrival we were told a bunch of stuff was sold out...good thing for the business, bad for us. We settled on a Baecon Cheeseburger, Bae Philly Cheesesteaks and kids PB&J Rollins. Along with a couple bubble teas. Unfortunately, they were also out of boba. The bread for all was amazing. Cheesesteaks were ok. Their own Bae sauce is delicious and added to the cheesesteak. You have to purcahse fries separately and was definitely underwhelmed, as they were just frozen fries. Sizes were very small for the cost. Baecon Cheeseburger was good, but under seasoned. Creamy aoli was good along with the beef bacon. Again, not amazing, but not bad. Kids meal seemed to be a hit with our 6 year old. The "juice" that was included was a Kool aid pouch, which I wasn't thrilled with considering that it isn't juice. The places I've had to go to in the past were in Plano, Frisco, Dallas, etc. If these guys can execute this well every time, busy or slow, they're going to grow a legit following. I got the birria tacos which were with red corn tortillas (gluten-free!!). I really enjoyed this dish overall. That was amazing! I ordered a five entree meal for pickup on Valentine's day for the family. The food was prepared perfectly. The portions are just over the top. The young lady at the counter was so gracious in going over my order with me to make sure I had everything. The chicken tenders are indeed perfectly cooked and tender, but they are also enormous. The chicken tikka sandwich was so perfectly spicy! If you don't want to cry just get the regular chicken sandwich. The cajun fries weren't spicy at all so you could just enjoy the great taste instead. The wife thought her Nash Fries were a tad too spicy though, and needed a bit more sugar instead.
