It was a generous portion of Ice Cream mixed with the sweet taste of Coca-Cola! However, they were out of Cherries. Last time, they were out of Ice Cream. They have a hard time keeping up with supplies but, who doesn't? My Float tasted like there were a few chunks of ice in it? I let it melt completely and it was still so good! I would definitely recommend a Coke Float. Chick-fil-A's Cokes are super sweet but, when you mix it with their Vanilla Ice Cream. It takes it, to a whole nother level! My favorite CFA location is back open for business as of 10:30 this morning. By sheer dumb luck, I stopped by to see if they were open. All the old gang was here, plus a few new faces. The phone app was offline, which meant I needed to order from the counter. No big deal! The order-taker was competent and friendly. I ordered two spicy CFA sandwiches and an unsweetened tea. Very hot, fresh, and delicious. So happy this location is back open after the remodel. Speaking of remodels, the new look of the restaurant is absolutely fabulous. Montgomery plaza chick-fi-la Needs to up there game and train their employees better. I stayed in the line for over 30 minutes and when I got to the window they couldn't find my order and I had to drive off without my food. They seriously need to do better. read more

This has to be the Chick-fil-A with the slowest drive thru I've experienced. And it's consistently slow. I moved to the area three months ago and keep randomly giving it a shot and it's every time. The staff is super friendly, but they need to find out what other chicfilas are doing to get things going, especially on the busy times. The tea is always on point! However if I get two drinks they always give me a two drink - drink carrier, which is just awkward as most cars have two cup holders but there is no way to gracefully carry a two drink - drink carrier or set it in your seat without tipping over, Seems like a waste of cardboard. Again, friendly staff especially the morning crew, but wish the drive through was more efficient like other locations. read more

Called and was on hold for 10-15 minutes as they were trying to find my order. Was told "sorry" can I deliver them as soon as we can. Arrived at noon for an 11:30 lunch - too little too late. No real apologize other then "sorry" and no attempt to appease (knock off some of the price, etc.). This chick fil a is the worst in the area. It's the closest one to all of medical district and everything between quality control to customer service lacks. Immensely. They take forever to get your food (even and especially if it's a mobile), they fail to deliver any orders placed directly through them, they don't answer the phones, and their store manager is not good at running the store. I waited two hours for a delivery order that never showed, I called the store multiple times and kept getting hung up on, and they provided no solution. Due to covid service has really dropped at this location. I placed my order thru the app and got it for in restaurant pick up. The wait for pick up was at least 25 minutes which is horrible especially when their menu is made for quick service. Oh my gosh. I'm a huge Chick fil a fan! I eat it 2 or 3 times a week. I've only eaten at this location twice but NEVER AGAIN. It always seems so packed but it's because they're so dang slooooow!! Tonight we had dinner at the Montgomery Street location. It took about 20 minutes to get my number 1 that was not special ordered. Just a #1! My sandwich was SO dry! I tried to eat it because I hate to complain! But I just couldn't. I took it to the counter, again, I had to wait. There are no customers at the counter but me but they choose to ignore me for several minutes. Finally I just speak up to the girl right in front of me that didn't want to help me. She asked me to wait to talk to the manager. Lordy! At this point I'd really like to talk to the manager! A few minutes later the girl just walked up with a new chicken sandwich. Why Chick-fil-A is always raging busy and there is always a drive-thru line baffles me, however one great thing about this location is the line moves quick. On my most recent trip, I came to claim a free breakfast entree through the mobile app. Chick-fil-A always has promotions every now and then so get the app for free stuff. I ordered the new breakfast bowl and scanned the app at the window and was on my way. Comes in a heat safe bowl and you get basically their breakfast menu stuff thrown into a bowl with some eggs and a packet of salsa. lol. It's about what you can expect except just with some eggs and cheese. Though I felt my egg ratio was more than the hash brown and chicken. (Which is kinda funny, cause they have a lot of bad reviews yet someone must like it cause it's always slammed!) The food is just like all CFAs. I like that you can actually eat somewhat healthy at CFA vs other fast food places. Their fruit bowl is literally the best thing I've ever had at a fast food restaurant.
