I am sad! Today is their last day open for business until mid-August. This location is set for a remodel. Only their drive-thru was open until 2P. Thankfully I got in under the wire. Not a fan of the chicken sandwich. It's odd because I enjoy their chicken nuggets. The waffle fries were decent. What wowed me was the chocolate fudge brownie and vanilla icedream cone. This has to be the Chick-fil-A with the slowest drive thru I've experienced. And it's consistently slow. I moved to the area three months ago and keep randomly giving it a shot and it's every time. The staff is super friendly, but they need to find out what other chicfilas are doing to get things going, especially on the busy times. The tea is always on point! However if I get two drinks they always give me a two drink - drink carrier, which is just awkward as most cars have two cup holders but there is no way to gracefully carry a two drink - drink carrier or set it in your seat without tipping over, Seems like a waste of cardboard. Again, friendly staff especially the morning crew, but wish the drive through was more efficient like other locations. read more

Ordered catering/delivery from this Montgomery Plaza location for delivery today at 11:00 for an 11:30 lunch. Received without the fruit cups and any sauces for the chicken nuggets. Called and was on hold for 10-15 minutes as they were trying to find my order. Was told "sorry" can I deliver them as soon as we can. Arrived at noon for an 11:30 lunch - too little too late. No real apologize other then "sorry" and no attempt to appease (knock off some of the price, etc.). Lousy customer service Will never order from this location again and heard from others atlocation my business that they mess up a lot. Told to order from the Stockyards location to get it right. read more

This chick fil a is the worst in the area. It's the closest one to all of medical district and everything between quality control to customer service lacks. Immensely. They take forever to get your food (even and especially if it's a mobile), they fail to deliver any orders placed directly through them, they don't answer the phones, and their store manager is not good at running the store. I waited two hours for a delivery order that never showed, I called the store multiple times and kept getting hung up on, and they provided no solution. So I got not food and have to wait on my refund. read more

Due to covid service has really dropped at this location. I placed my order thru the app and got it for in restaurant pick up. The wait for pick up was at least 25 minutes which is horrible especially when their menu is made for quick service. Also for being known as a restaurant with high cleaning standards I'm kind of disappointed that they have yet to open the lobby. The rating is for the lady that at 3:00 today was standing out at the drive thru taking orders. This is my 3rd asking for the Southwest Salad with no tomatoes and no corn please and this time they gave me fried chicken with tomatoes and corn. I don't know if the service just doesn't bother to get the order correct or if they don't listen. I ask for the same thing at the Presidio Junction location and they get it right every-time. Absolutely the worst Chick-Fil-A location in America. I am convinced that the people running this one must have came from Whataburger because it is THAT slow. Whataburger at least you know ahead of time that you will be there a while, but Chick-Fil-A? No other location is like this. Efficiency is one of the companies best attributes, but it is almost like this franchisee stayed home hung over on efficiency day after staying out too late. Here we are with five people with iPads to take orders on, but the only thing happening is two taking orders (both in the same line) while the other three sit around talking. Talk about a waste of resources. Breakdown: One star because you have to leave at least one star. Second star because it is Chick-Fil-A and legit food. Zero additional for this location because it is that worthless. read more

Oh my gosh. I'm a huge Chick fil a fan! I eat it 2 or 3 times a week. I've only eaten at this location twice but NEVER AGAIN. It always seems so packed but it's because they're so dang slooooow!! Tonight we had dinner at the Montgomery Street location. It took about 20 minutes to get my number 1 that was not special ordered. Just a #1! My sandwich was SO dry! I tried to eat it because I hate to complain! But I just couldn't. I took it to the counter, again, I had to wait. There are no customers at the counter but me but they choose to ignore me for several minutes. Finally I just speak up to the girl right in front of me that didn't want to help me. She asked me to wait to talk to the manager. Lordy! At this point I'd really like to talk to the manager! A few minutes later the girl just walked up with a new chicken sandwich. I guess the manager didn't want to deal. So the new sandwich was just as dry! I have never had such a dry chick fil a in my life! Even the buns weren't fresh. Both of my Burleson locations have spoiled me. They're fast, fresh, moist and delicious! Never again at this location. So sad. :'( read more

Why Chick-fil-A is always raging busy and there is always a drive-thru line baffles me, however one great thing about this location is the line moves quick. On my most recent trip, I came to claim a free breakfast entree through the mobile app. Chick-fil-A always has promotions every now and then so get the app for free stuff. I ordered the new breakfast bowl and scanned the app at the window and was on my way. Comes in a heat safe bowl and you get basically their breakfast menu stuff thrown into a bowl with some eggs and a packet of salsa. lol. It's about what you can expect except just with some eggs and cheese. Though I felt my egg ratio was more than the hash brown and chicken. Wish I had a little more however I feel that's always the Chick-fil-a strategy, they always leave you wanting a little bit more. read more

Love the service and the quality of food...usually. We always come to this location mainly due to convenience but also because of how great it is! Typically the food arrived fast and hot(chicken sandwiches) but this most recent visit the sandwices actually came out cold... barely warm. It was kind of alarming really. I've been through the drive-thru.. I've been inside. This really isn't the restaurant's fault but the drive-thru line is always HUGE! (Which is kinda funny, cause they have a lot of bad reviews yet someone must like it cause it's always slammed!) The food is just like all CFAs. I like that you can actually eat somewhat healthy at CFA vs other fast food places. Their fruit bowl is literally the best thing I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. (Maybe a touch overpriced but hey, you can't win em all!) If you do wanna eat healthy get the grilled chicken sandwich (protein style?) and a fruit bowl. Boom! read more

No complaints here. I've been here several times and both the service and food are always great. The inside of the restaurant is very well kept and consistently clean. I placed a pretty large order for a work Holiday party and they were able to prepare it without any issues. If you have a cell phone, download the Chick-Fil-A app. This allows you to place pick-up orders as well as earn points with each purchase for rewards. This Chick-fil-A is very efficient but be warned THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL ICED COFFEE. Iced coffee is one of my favorite items from Chick-fil-A and my chicken minis just don't feel complete without it. So I'll have to drive to another location to get my breakfast fix. Overall this is a pretty decent lunch location even though it gets crazy busy. read more

When I arrived to pick up my order it was a well oiled machine and they had an efficient order pick up area. It was well organize and I was able to look around the beautiful store and grab some gifts for the neighbors while shopping. The Chateaubriand (ordered two) and lobster mac and cheese (ordered one) were absolutely delicious. The serving size was spot on for our party of five medium-portion eaters. Not only was it cooked to perfection but the heating instructions were spot on and so easy to manage. It was worth every penny to be able to rely on Eatzi's for the heavy lifting. My mom and I both had combo number one which is a half a sandwich with the soup of the day. Today they had tomato soup and chili. My mom had half a turkey sandwich with tomato soup and I had half of a chicken Panini with a bowl of chili.! The service was quick and the food was fresh and delicious.
