This place has been going down since it open. Today my wife and I went in to eat there. The food was good. We had to search for a table that was clean. Most of the tables were dirty,and I pointed it out to the person that brought our order to us. This person did nothing about it. I noticed that a couple that had their food brought to them, also mentioned the dirty table to the server. The server then cleaned the table while they were seated. Another family came and sat, and the mother cleaned the table. Will not eat there again. read more

I have frequented this location 3 or so times a week for the past 1.5 years and never really had any major issues. Sometimes they forgot a sauce or missed an order of fries, but never anything major. A few days ago I went by for my usual order and apparently, the franchise owner, Eugene, has dictated that the location will no longer be able to make well done chicken nuggets. For all of you out there who have never had well done Chick-Fil-A nuggets, this is a PSA. The only way to eat your nuggets is to eat them well done. Try them once and I promise you will never go back to regular nuggets. Regular nuggets are straight nasty compared to well done nuggets. Well done nuggets should be the standard. For this very reason, you should NEVER GO TO THIS CHICK-FIL-A LOCATION. The franchise owner, Eugene, is single handedly depriving the West 7th area of well done Chick-Fil-A nuggets and for that, his business should suffer!!! Please stand with me in solidarity and do not eat at Eugene's Chick-Fil-A. EDITED TO ADD: I understand this Chick-Fil-A gets very busy and perhaps to reduce wait time is choosing not to accommodate special requests. However, the wait going through the drive-thru still runs between 12-15 minutes, if not more. Given this, I am very certain that there is plenty of time to give my nuggets an extra dunk in the oil pit. I went to the Carroll St location on 3/1/18 and ended up going inside because the line was so long in the drive thru. One of the managers who was bagging the food sneezed in her hand and continued to bag food. I was disgusted! I will not be going to this location again. read more

Not gonna lie, sometimes the drive thru employees are too quick and snippy. It's a pretty busy drive thru too. Expect 15 minutes at max. Sometimes it's even backed all the way to target or Marshall's. read more

Thank you thank you THANK YOU for having multiple changing stations in the women's bathroom. I didn't have to change my baby, BUT I had to use the facilities. I usually take my baby out of his car seat when I go anywhere, he gets fussy when he's in it too long. It was a "potty emergency" and I was so relieved to find a changing station in the handicap stall AND next to the sink. It was magical for this mama! read more

This is the worst chick fil a i've ever been to and the first to ever disappoint with service and food quality. I've only ever ordered via drive thru and EVERY TIME THEY MESS UP MY ORDER. Ordered a spicy chicken deluxe. got home to find a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese only. another time ordered a large meal and medium meal. received only one medium fry. Ordered breakfast the girl couldn't get my name right took my order for a bowl got to the window didn't have my name right still and had me down for a burrito. then i was asked if i had confirmation at order to be sure i was in the system.... since when do we need to confirm the order we placed is in the system ? but at this place it actually makes sense. not only is their service complete trash so is the chicken. mainly the nuggets at lunch or breakfast the chicken tastes foul and old and never gets finished because it's so off putting. i'm making the further drive to any other location because this establishment is such a disgrace to the normally on point chick fil a standard. get some new help or maybe train these kids working there better took 2 people to figure out where my order was today. i've never had bad tasting chicken at any other chick fil a, it's apparent this location skimps only training and food preparation. read more

One (1) star because this place was an absolute MESS. The bathrooms were TERRIBLY DISGUSTING. "If they don't keep the areas the customers see clean, what does the areas that they don't see look like?" I totally believe the skepticism that question evokes. There were FLIES occupying some of the air space in this place, which was and still is DISGUSTING. Positive aspects - Customer service was good. They had one (1) employee in the dining space going around helping to clean off tables, refill drinks, deliver orders, etc. It helped the efficiency of this location, as not all locations have this dedicated person, but I don't think the positive aspects of this place make up for the above. Food like any other location so nothing different there. I am not a fan of Chick-fil-A in general but lots of my friends do, which is the only reason I ever end up here haha... It's all about the details people! This brand spankin' new Chick-fil-A has the same great quality of food and service as all of the other restaurants AND they go the extra mile! They have recycling for the foam cups which house my delicious diet lemonade! The manager walks around and grinds fresh pepper on your meal if you so desire. There's people outside taking orders down the drive through lane during the prime rush hour so that the line can go smoothly! And of course the food is yummy with REAL chicken every time!!! read more

I don't expect a lot from fast food, because it's fast food. Honestly even if the service was terrible, I still wouldn't care, because I love Chick-fil-a. However, the service here is PHENOMENAL. This is by far the BEST Chik-fil-a I've ever to. They truly care about their customers and the quality of service. First, when you take your order, they give a table marker and literally as much sauce as you want. I hate when restaurants are stingy about their condiments, but they definitely aren't here. Secondly, they bring your food you. It's really nice and they bring you napkins and whatever else you need. Thirdly, they even refill your drinks for you. Lastly, they clear the tables away for you as well. Their customer service here is absolutely amazing. It makes my Chick-fil-a sandwich taste even better. ***Side note - if you wear PURPLE on FRIDAYS during TCU's football season, you can get a free Chick-fil-a or eight piece nuggets at this location. read more

I've been to many locations and have had a great experience everytime. I never knew this was possible as I had thought that chic-fila had extremely high standards on the people they hired. This location is extremely dirty, dirty, dirty. Every where I looked I saw trash, on the floor, condiments area, tables, booths... It was disgusting. It seemed that there was an exaggerated amount of employees taking breaks in groups or solo. This location is an embarrassment to the company. read more

I am truly baffled. Went to pick up dinner for 2 people. Asked for (2) #1's with extra pickles, fries and a coke & Dr Pepper, and 7 CFA sauces(I was very particular about this as it's important to the meal). Neither of the sandwiches had extra pickles and I received 3 CFA sauces for 2 meals.
