I'm not sure what's happened at this location but they've gotten my order wrong the last 2 times I've gone through the drive through line. 1-forgot my nuggets on my nugget meal..gave me only fries. 2-gave me the wrong condiments/garnish for my salad. I stop by here on occasion in between events or work. The drive through is decently quick. They're always very friendly. My favorite thing here is the grilled chicken bites. I love that they have healthier options besides just the traditional salad. Their sweet tea while loaded with sugar, is so great! Id buy it by the gallon if it wasn't so bad for me! read more

In my opinion, the best Chick-Fil-A in North Garland/South Plano/Richardson area. They are so quick and efficient it doesn't matter if the line is long in the drive thru or inside, you can count on getting delicious food quick! Not a lot of parking so you may need to squeeze into the Cheddars parking lot, but luckily it is not very busy for lunch so you should be able to find a place not too far from the store. Lunch is SUPER BUSY. From at least 11:30 - 2:00, so even though it is quick to get your food, just be ready for a lot of people and kids. I usually come here at least once a week and never have had any issues with the food or the staff. I look forward to thanking them for their great food and service, and getting that "My pleasure" in return. read more

The customer service at chic-fil-a cannot be beat, they are so friendly and get pleasure out if serving you, it's so cool. I have never ever had a bad experience, and if something goes wrong they fix it immediately and without making you feel bad about it or worry that they will spit in your food. Whatever their motto is needs to be carried over to any any and every place that has customers. I will gladly give them my money over any other chain because they treat their customers like they actually appreciate them. It's such an amazing concept. I also like that this location is very clean. I love that someone walks around to see if you need refills or to take your trash for you if you are done, it really makes my day. The food quality is what you expect from cfa and has never disappointed. I would probably eat here three times a week if I could and if it wasn't so unhealthy. read more

Chick-Fil-A is one of the best fast food establishments ever! Quality food at a decent price... Their sweet-tea is amazing as well and I can never get enough of their SAUCES!!! Polynesian and Chick-Fil-A sauce are my favorites :) Another thing I love about this location is the staff! Chick-Fil-A is always known for their polite and professional staff but this location exceeds that standard by a mile! They are so friendly and helpful. I meet up a girlfriend of mine here for lunch occasionally instead of going to a real restaurant because we will sit and talk for hours and every time we go here the staff is so sweet and always checks on us, offers refills, and waits on us hand and foot! I've ordered food here in the past and it was COLD. Ever since then I've avoided this chickfila. I'd rather drive the extra 10ish minutes to the Murphy location, but today I decided to just go here. I received half full large fries. As for my large light iced Dr.Pepper.... I only tooK 5 sips before it was all gone. I opened the lid... it was literally a cup of ice. This is a great Chick-Fil-A to go to! The staff is so friendly and my kiddo loves the playground. It's right across from Walmart and Sam's! Right by Target just off the Bush! The have a good size parking lot and you can overflow into the other lots. read more

I didn't want to leave a bad review. HOWEVER, this is the third time I order curbside and wait 10-12 minutes. The icing on the cake TODAY in addition to the long wait for order that had already been placed before my arrival. After waiting ten minutes ... the girl comes out with two food bags smashed across her chest, trying to hold two drinks in one hand , and dropping jelly from someone's order and I'm going to assume that it was mine as my order was INCORRECT. My issue with this is it is EXTREMELY unsanitary during covid times or any other for and employee to have customers food smashed into her chest being carried to cars. There is certain way food is supposed to be delivered as I eat multiple chic fil a's. She had no tray to put items on to keep away from her personal body parts. I recently had an issue with my meal and the way it was handled exemplifies excellent customer service. When I ate my wrap, I noticed it had bacon pieces in it and it was not supposed to. I sent a message to CFA and the store manager responded promptly. He 1- thanked me for my feedback, 2- let me know how the store has changed their prep table to avoid this problem in the future, and 3- credited my app with two meals. Ordered with online app and waited in a crazy line. Got home and was missing items! One kid wasn't able to eat during her schedule lunch because Chick-fil-a can not get it right. 15 minutes in a line and the drive home. My food was cold after dealing with Chick-fil-a. Said sorry! Drive Thru Service Is Slow Employees taking and handing out drive thru orders are not nice. The employee was so busy trying to direct me where to pull up to and asking me my name that he kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order. I ordered a meal and when I got around to the window discovered he had only keyed in an 8ct nugget entrée and a drink. I had to pay more for fries because they basically treated it as a separate order and I was holding up the line. The girl at the window Meaghan acted like I was inconveniencing her or something. I got home from a long day of mean teachers, annoying classmates and rude coaches, I just wanted a 12 piece #3. I did not get 12 peices, they got my order wrong and only gave me 8 pieces but still charged me for 12. I am going to eat it regardless if its 8 or 12 but they charged me for 12, so I would like my other 4 pieces of chicken. Not only that, but they didnt answer their telephone, after calling twice. So now I'm left with 8 chicken nuggets and a hungry stomach. I drove by today and picked up my lunch before I hit the highway. As I started eating my meal I discovered an extra box of 3 piece strips that I didn't order or pay for. So it happened that I went again to the same location to buy dinner for my son. I informed the manager about what happened and I offered to pay for the extra food. She did not only refuse to take the money but she thanked me for being honest and offered my son two free strips. This location is extremely busy, on most days there is a line or cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru. The lot will be packed, and the dining room as well. The service at this location is very good, one can rarely expect much of that from a fast food joint. The staff here is friendly, and polite. I came here in September to redeem a birthday coupon they sent me and I had not one, but two smiling employees wish me a happy birthday. Their original sandwich is great, meat, bread, and pickles. My kinda stuff, no gobs of mayo or slices or mutant tomato and papery lettuce in the way. The chicken nuggets are good as well. The avocado lime ranch dressing is delicious, but extremely fattening so I usually end up getting the fat free honey mustard dressing which is yummy too--without all the guilt! As far as fast food goes, Chick-fil-A is pretty good. I normally order their chicken nuggets meal with a lemonade. Their chicken nuggets definitely taste a lot better than McDonald's, and the honey mustard they have is delicious too. Their waffle fries are also some of my favorite fries. Their lemonade is made fresh and is pretty good but very sweet. In my attempts to be somewhat healthy, I've also tried their grilled chicken cool wrap, and I found it to be just okay. I don't feel like they have that much in the way of variety when it comes to their food options. I'm not a huge fan of chicken sandwiches in general (the taste of chicken mixed with a lot of bread is really off putting to me) so that really limits my selection even further. Main con is that the place is always packed. Their drive thru is ALWAYS full. I usually just order inside and get it to go, because I know it'll be quicker than waiting in the drive thru. However, I've found that the employees here are always very pleasant, even though they are being run off their feet with how busy it is. read more
