    Cheeseburger
    Victoria E.

Been so long since I tried a in and out. Ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and a small Diet Coke. The line was long on a Wednesday at 1:00pm, young man took order out in middle of parking lot. Waited while drive thru line got close. Cashier was nice but had a hard time making change. Got my burger and 4 packets of ketchup even though 3 times I shared I did not need any as no fries. Burger was okay not the best, thick fresh bun thin burger lots of fresh lettuce and tomatoes so really could not taste meat. Gilled onions good as ordered lots of the sauce too. Gave a 4 for freshest but not really a burger that I could taste.

When I was growing up in my teens I was living in California and In n out burgers was a weekend treat with my grandma. So i decided I was going to have in n out with my parents, I hit the drive thru to pick up Burgers for me and my family. The staff still wears the same type of uniform they did years ago. When I drove up I smelled a familiar scent of the grilled onions. The buns are soft, and the lettuce and tomatoes taste fresh. For me this is all about nostalgia. The customer service is as good as I remember.

    Cold ass food

Food was cold and girl at the second window was overly snarky and rude for no reason. Very bad experience overall, mid.

Hubbers wasn't feeling the continental breakfast at our hotel, so he skipped it. However, after running a few errands, he got the hunger pangs. We had enough Tex max and steaks and wanted something more familiar. Being from SoCal, there was no question this was to be his grub to sustain him for our 2.5 hour trek down south. We decided to go through the drive through. He just wanted a cheeseburger, nothing more. (We had drinks and chips in the car.) I told him I just wanted a taste (since I took advantage of the free hotel breakfast!) to compare. I had a small bite, and taste wise, there was a slight difference. Hubbers thinks it's the cheese. I felt it was the seasoning. Don't get me wrong: the taste had its main essence and it was good, there's just something different about it. FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 4. A line in the drive thru, but it moved fast! They're good at this! VALUE: 4. Worth it! PARKING: Located in a huge strip. Not an issue. OVERALL: 4. It surely hit the spot for Hubbers. And that's what counts. Good first run. Should the craving kick in on our future visits, there might just be another!

    Animal Style Fries

I occasionally crave this place. I can only eat their fries and burgers animal style. Without it, I wouldn't eat here at all as I think it would be bland. Be mindful, that it's made from small onions so if you aren't a fan of onions, I don't recommend getting it animal style. Their drive through can be long, but you can also order inside as well. They seem to get the drive thru orders quickly. If you don't want the buns, order it protein style and they'll switch the burger buns to lettuce wraps instead.

Too bad if you're handicapped. They could care less about you
    wendy s.

I have hit my last straw. I will NEVER return to y'all again. You have parking spaces, including the handicapped ones in front of the store that are completely Useless with the way the drive-thru is located. If you do happen to get in the spot you can just about give up trying to have someone be nice enough to let you pull out. So basically the handicap spots are probably just so that they can have some type of requirements met by the city. They ought to have a big sign saying we don't give a crap if you're handicapped. Again I had ordered extra pickles which they again put in a stupid paper container which then thoroughly dripped all over inside the sack making the bottom of my burger absolutely inedible as it was just a wet piece of dough when I got home. Then there was the bag itself which was all covered in grease and cheese on the outside of it but yet they still handed it to us to take home. This was all after waiting yet a good 15 minutes in line to get our food. This was the final straw I quit and I'm thoroughly done with you people. I will do everything I can to spread the word that nobody should have to go or choose to go to your establishment.

What I ordered vs. what I got.

I ordered the Flying Dutchman and got this. There were no onions and no sauce, just hamburger patty and cheese. This is far from what I paid for. I would have been better off going to McDonalds. Sad excuse for even fast food.

Compared to most fast food burger joints, this is the best! Their burgers are made to order, however you like them. If your biggest complaint is the fries, then just ask for them well done. Their customer service is better than most...

The guy at the counter was cleaning the ice cream area and let me stand at the order area 3 min (6ft away) and never spoke to me. Guys in the kitchen came out to help me instead. The oldest employee was about 22 - no adult manager. Burger: Ordered bacon cheeseburger with double lettuce and ketchup. Total fail - mine was the only burger to cook in the entire place!!! Had mayo dripping off the sides, no bacon, no ketchup. Sent it back for a total remake. Instead they simply replaced the lettuce and top bun. Ketchup was skimpy - only covered 1/2 of bun - in the center. Meat was ok, nothing special and no salt or pepper. Skinny Fries/extra crispy: Good but unsalted. Atmosphere: Little retro vibe, small but plenty of seating. Only have Pepsi products, tea - but a really good lemonade! (That's what to get!) Overall: So-so and definitely not worth the $20 I spent. NEVER order togo - who knows what you will get!! Not going back. (It was 30 min before another customer arrived... go figure.) The burger I…read moregot, "The Original", is basically a single patty with lots of high-calorie sauce at about $8. It's much pricier than a double-double from In-N-Out, and worse on the waistline at almost 800 calories. Again, it's not bad, and tasted good, but two hours after eating I still feel weighed down in a way different from other burger joints. The location itself is a good one if you've got a group of friends who want to eat a burger inside rather than at In-N-Out, which is just down the road. So if you're walking around the Firewheel shopping area, it might be a convenient option. I just wouldn't go there expecting the best burger in the nearby area.

This is just Louisiana Fried Chicken, you can see there is another entry in here with that name and the reviews are not nearly as kind. Service was perfectly fine, the place is small but seemed clean enough. There endeth the passable things. I ordered spicy fried chicken 3pc (LWT), red beans and rice and a pint of gumbo (holy trinity, chicken, sausage, crab and shrimp - more on that to come and it isn't good). Those are a trinity for me, if you will, when sampling and then judging Louisiana fried chicken places. So, Enter Sandman... I got food poisoning, which is an automatic 1. I don't like to give them out, but for extreme circumstances; this being one of those circumstances. The food: The fried chicken was not golden brown it was dark brown, which says old oil/grease. It was bitter, but edible. I ordered spicy, and if they consider whatever I got as spicy, they need to dial it up. I detected no spice. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted hot sauce, I said yes, but it didn't meander its way into my order. The red beans and rice... I don't know what kind of black roux they use and how hard they cook the rice for it to be this mushy. It smelled like it should be good, but I had to add my own Cajun seasoning and some Tobasco to liven it up, even still it was more of, "I paid for it so I'm going to eat it" at this point. Popeye's RB&R is WAY better, and that Popeye's on the corner isn't even a good Popeye's. Now what I believe to be the criminal, the file seafood, chicken, sausage (note I didn't say Andouille, because this was straight up garbage Eckrich). It was a pint, and it was almost black (me assuming because they made a file gumbo, now I'm not so sure). It was packed with a thick mush of *mostly*, onion, celery and green pepper. Scattered among them were stringy pieces of boiled chicken, 2 or 3 pieces of sausage, I did not identify if there was indeed any crab in there because I never saw it and two soggy ass fried shrimp on top. I should've just tossed the whole thing in hindsight. I did pitch the shrimp. I didn't trust how they looked. I dumped the pint (it had that odd colored overcooked rice too), i added quite a bit of water, brought it to a boil, reduced to simmer. I had to add seasoning to this as well as some tobasco. I ate about 1/3 of it or so, then just pitched the rest. *a few hours later (said in that French accent you're now reading it in)* I'm pounding Nauzene, and pounding the toilet. Let's say, oh... about 8 -9 hours? The easiest way to explain how long. As the very unpleasantries began, I put on John Wick, I watched all 4 before finally being *done* and able to go to bed about 0500. Suffice to say, I will not be back. I give this two thumbs down and a raspberry.
