    Cold ass food

Food was cold and girl at the second window was overly snarky and rude for no reason. Very bad experience overall, mid.

    Drive thru
    Julie P.

When I was growing up in my teens I was living in California and In n out burgers was a weekend treat with my grandma. So i decided I was going to have in n out with my parents, I hit the drive thru to pick up Burgers for me and my family. The staff still wears the same type of uniform they did years ago. When I drove up I smelled a familiar scent of the grilled onions. The buns are soft, and the lettuce and tomatoes taste fresh. For me this is all about nostalgia. The customer service is as good as I remember.

Hubbers wasn't feeling the continental breakfast at our hotel, so he skipped it. However, after running a few errands, he got the hunger pangs. We had enough Tex max and steaks and wanted something more familiar. Being from SoCal, there was no question this was to be his grub to sustain him for our 2.5 hour trek down south. We decided to go through the drive through. He just wanted a cheeseburger, nothing more. (We had drinks and chips in the car.) I told him I just wanted a taste (since I took advantage of the free hotel breakfast!) to compare. I had a small bite, and taste wise, there was a slight difference. Hubbers thinks it's the cheese. I felt it was the seasoning. Don't get me wrong: the taste had its main essence and it was good, there's just something different about it. FOOD: 4. SERVICE: 4. A line in the drive thru, but it moved fast! They're good at this! VALUE: 4. Worth it! PARKING: Located in a huge strip. Not an issue. OVERALL: 4. It surely hit the spot for Hubbers. And that's what counts. Good first run. Should the craving kick in on our future visits, there might just be another!

    Animal Style Fries

I occasionally crave this place. I can only eat their fries and burgers animal style. Without it, I wouldn't eat here at all as I think it would be bland. Be mindful, that it's made from small onions so if you aren't a fan of onions, I don't recommend getting it animal style. Their drive through can be long, but you can also order inside as well. They seem to get the drive thru orders quickly. If you don't want the buns, order it protein style and they'll switch the burger buns to lettuce wraps instead.

Too bad if you're handicapped. They could care less about you
    wendy s.

I have hit my last straw. I will NEVER return to y'all again. You have parking spaces, including the handicapped ones in front of the store that are completely Useless with the way the drive-thru is located. If you do happen to get in the spot you can just about give up trying to have someone be nice enough to let you pull out. So basically the handicap spots are probably just so that they can have some type of requirements met by the city. They ought to have a big sign saying we don't give a crap if you're handicapped. Again I had ordered extra pickles which they again put in a stupid paper container which then thoroughly dripped all over inside the sack making the bottom of my burger absolutely inedible as it was just a wet piece of dough when I got home. Then there was the bag itself which was all covered in grease and cheese on the outside of it but yet they still handed it to us to take home. This was all after waiting yet a good 15 minutes in line to get our food. This was the final straw I quit and I'm thoroughly done with you people. I will do everything I can to spread the word that nobody should have to go or choose to go to your establishment.

What I ordered vs. what I got.

I ordered the Flying Dutchman and got this. There were no onions and no sauce, just hamburger patty and cheese. This is far from what I paid for. I would have been better off going to McDonalds. Sad excuse for even fast food.

Compared to most fast food burger joints, this is the best! Their burgers are made to order, however you like them. If your biggest complaint is the fries, then just ask for them well done. Their customer service is better than most...

Tonight I went and took my boyfriend for the first time and the girl behind the counter had the worst attitude ever. When asking questions about the menu she was very dry in her reply as if we were bothering her. There was a group that was already seated prior to us coming in. We had about 6 groups come in after and 3 others stayed as we did too. We ordered our food despite the attitude and sat down. Seating is tight but we didn't mind. We paid 3 something for our tea. While filling it up it ran out. When asked if there was more a snarky remark was no I'm not making anymore and proceeded to try and charge 3.60 something for one of the juices to refill. When asked for bbq it was $.50 and ranch was $1.25 for a 2oz cup. The attitude from the lady that is the face when we walk in wasn't needed and I don't think no matter how good the food was that I will be returning nor recommending anymore

There are more reasonable big burgers, but my hunger was unreasonable and I needed a burger that was too big to eat, a knife and fork burger. The flavor was absolutely spot on! I'm guessing each patty was a 1/2 pounder. perfectly caramelized, moist, beefy. Price was VERY reasonable. Yes, no burger was left behind. I did go home and take a long nap afterwards :)

This unassuming restaurant tucked in a corner of nondescript row of stores has stood the test of time. My first review of the place was in 2013. Here it is 13 years later then it is still going strong. I went for lunch with the family on a snow day. You order at the counter and they bring it to your table. No numbers, they just remember who you are. I always get combo number 1 and add sweet potato fries. The prices are great and not much more than McDonalds but the difference in value is significant. The burgers are not thick but this time I noticed the double burger (#2) is just a couple of bucks more than the the single patty in #1. Note to self for next time. Although the patty is thin, the flavors work. The burger comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard. No ketchup, you add that yourself. The bun with sesame seeds always comes out piping hot. Sweet potato fries are crispy and not greasy. The combo comes with a drink for $10.99. That's a deal. I hope they stay in business another 13 years!

I ordered the turkey burger along with sweet potato fries. Unfortunately, I was brought regular fries instead, and neither the fries nor the burger really matched my personal taste preferences. That said, food is subjective, and what didn't work for me may be exactly what someone else enjoys. The service was okay overall, and one thing I did appreciate was seeing people genuinely interacting and talking with each other. In a world where everyone is often glued to their phones, it was nice to see a place that seemed to encourage conversation and connection. While my meal wasn't a favorite, I can understand why this place attracts a crowd. I'd still recommend giving it a try and deciding for yourself, especially if you're looking for a casual burger spot with a busy, social atmosphere.

You order at the counter and then wait for your food to be brought to you. The girl who took our order was very pleasant and helpful. I got the Irish nacho but I substituted onion strings for the french fries and she happily made the substitution. The burger was pretty thick and nicely char grilled. I love a good char. It was very good. My only complaint was that I like mine a little less well done cuz it might have been a little overcharred and a tad dry for my liking, but I think that could be rectified by just ordering it medium next time. The bun is toasted which I love. It comes with ranch dressing which was definitely made in-house and delicious (and I'm a ranch snob). It had lots of melted cheddar cheese and onion strings on it. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband got the hatch green chili burger and he loved it tho he said his was a little overdone as well. The kids both got the classic burger which comes with two smash patties instead of the one thicker one and they said that theirs was good as well. I got the sweet potato waffle fries which were a little thinner than I'm used to but I actually preferred it that way cuz they weren't soggy and had a little crispiness to the edges. The drinks come in a plastic cup that you can take home with you which I love. So overall very good and pleasantly surprised first visit.
