The last thing you want to smell while you're eating is sewer gas from the bathroom but that's what we were greeted with yesterday at lunch. It's chicken tenders and fries essentially and truthfully, I don't find much difference between this brand and the others that serve tenders and fries. The seasoning they use on the fries is way too salty and ends up in clumps on the fries so you get some pieces that have no seasoning and some that are overwhelmed with it. I've been to Zaxby's a few times, and I have to give this location credit for freshly made food, a clean restaurant, and great customer service! Guadalupe and Ronnie were exceptional, showing patience with our order and ensuring that everyone in our party of seven had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. I've never had a restaurant screw up more orders than this location, and I have about the simplest order imaginable. Wrong salad, wrong dressing, forgotten sauces or some combination of the above. The coleslaw was excellent and the toast was great. The restaurant itself was awkwardly organized and the seats were really dirty and had crumbs on it. I sat in the back and watched him do that with everyone and everyone had to make multiple trips to clear the table. He explained the food and what he thought was good. I decided on the 4 pc chicken tenders with fries, coleslaw and got cheese curds on the side. I really liked the coleslaw but... the French fries were super fat and tasted like they had been under the light for a while. The chicken tenders were super small and tough. I mean the size of my finger and not at all tender when u bite into it. The breading on the chicken seemed flavored but the tenders were just so small. The 4 pc plate costs I think it was $10.99. Thats quite a bit. Think I'll drive by next time and I'll just go with what I really like and know it's good read more

Since the restaurant had been trending on social media, my child asked to try out their food. I've been told that they are known for their chicken fingers and wings. The restaurant on the inside was closed and there wasn't a line in the drive thru when I went to visit. I placed my order with ease. The service was sufficient and my to go order was given to me within a couple of minutes. The food was good but not great. My coleslaw didn't seem fresh. I took a couple of bites of the coleslaw and decided not to finish it. It was hot. The chicken fingers were pretty good with the Zax sauce and I liked the crinkle cut fries with seasoning.
