My girlfriend and her daughter wanted to meet me for dinner after work, her daughter is a big chicken tenders fan. The last thing you want to smell while you're eating is sewer gas from the bathroom but that's what we were greeted with yesterday at lunch. It's chicken tenders and fries essentially and truthfully, I don't find much difference between this brand and the others that serve tenders and fries. The seasoning they use on the fries is way too salty and ends up in clumps on the fries so you get some pieces that have no seasoning and some that are overwhelmed with it. I've been to Zaxby's a few times, and I have to give this location credit for freshly made food, a clean restaurant, and great customer service! Guadalupe and Ronnie were exceptional, showing patience with our order and ensuring that everyone in our party of seven had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. Yelp 100 Challenge 2023 #45 This location is located in Richardson. I ordered through the drive thru and the food and ready rather quickly. This location received 3 out of 5 stars because there was no seasoning on the fries and the chicken was bland. If I didn't have dipping sauce it would have been a tasteless lunch. I'm writing this review as I sit at the drivethru window, watching cars pile up in my rear view mirror. This place is the worst. I've never had a restaurant screw up more orders than this location, and I have about the simplest order imaginable. Wrong salad, wrong dressing, forgotten sauces or some combination of the above. I've probably been here 25-30 times and at least half of the orders have been screwed up. That number actually feels generous. I come about few times a year (only because I live around the corner), praying that they fired the store manager and that this time will be different. As the old saying goes.. First time trying Zaxbys, honestly was pretty decent. The chicken was fairly seasoned and was a little moist. The fries were nicely cooked and seasoned well. The coleslaw was excellent and the toast was great. The restaurant itself was awkwardly organized and the seats were really dirty and had crumbs on it. Love me some Zaxby's our food was delicious. However the guy delivering the food to the table took our trays and it was a pain in the ass taking the trash to the can. I sat in the back and watched him do that with everyone and everyone had to make multiple trips to clear the table. Leave the trays with us because I'm not making 5 trips to the trash next time you guys can do it. read more

Fast food? Waited in line for ONE car...ONE...for twenty minutes. Then when I pull up to the window they ask me to PULL UP AND WAIT for ONE small order. They are moving terribly slow. Slow slow slow. Decided to finally try zaxby today .kinda thought it might be like canes.. I was so so wrong The restaurant appeared to be clean and the service seemed very nice. He explained the food and what he thought was good. I decided on the 4 pc chicken tenders with fries, coleslaw and got cheese curds on the side. I really liked the coleslaw but... the French fries were super fat and tasted like they had been under the light for a while. The chicken tenders were super small and tough. I mean the size of my finger and not at all tender when u bite into it. The breading on the chicken seemed flavored but the tenders were just so small. The 4 pc plate costs I think it was $10.99. Thats quite a bit. Think I'll drive by next time and I'll just go with what I really like and know it's good read more

if I could give this place 100 Stars I fucking would the food is so good their drinks are good best customer service I've ever when I asked him about some chicken nuggets and some food he ain't a tacos they gave me a quesadilla i love Zaxby's if you would come to this location it's the best restaurant to ever eat at eight Stars. I must say, this location set the standard for quality food and service. They were prompt, and ensured that we had everything we needed. Since the restaurant had been trending on social media, my child asked to try out their food. I've been told that they are known for their chicken fingers and wings. The restaurant on the inside was closed and there wasn't a line in the drive thru when I went to visit. I placed my order with ease. The service was sufficient and my to go order was given to me within a couple of minutes. The food was good but not great. My coleslaw didn't seem fresh. I took a couple of bites of the coleslaw and decided not to finish it. It was hot. The chicken fingers were pretty good with the Zax sauce and I liked the crinkle cut fries with seasoning. The toast wasn't as crunchy as I would have liked for it to be. Overall, good food for the most part at a decent price. read more
