2/21/26: First time visit. This was a to go order. I had the Dirty Fries which were seasoned fries topped with chopped chicken, cilantro, nacho cheese and drizzle with Crack Sauce. I also had the Egg N Bird Sandwich, which was fried chicken, fried egg, bacon, American cheese, spicy honey and Crack Sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Both of these entrees are shareable. Clean restaurant. Exceptional service. Good food. I had the Nashville Hot sandwich combo and my husband had the Dirty Fries with a side of Mac N Cheese. Everything was great! I really want to give a shoutout to the staff, they went above and beyond. They realized my sandwich was soaked in grease and re-made it and apologized for the wait, but I definitely appreciate them for doing that. I was not in a rush so it was definitely fine with me. When I ordered another order of Dirty Fries for take out, I realized they didn't drizzle the crack sauce on top and they were sweet to go ahead and fix that too. They explained to me the sauce maybe underneath the cheese but they apologized and drizzled some on top. A little goes a long way. I ordered the #1 signature egg n bird sandwich with fries and coffee. The fries and chicken were crispy and well-seasoned. The chicken patty was thick and juicy. The bacon was good but needed to be cooked a little longer. The fried egg, hot honey, and crack sauce had a burst of flavor. I requested cilantro aioli sauce. I mixed it with ketchup and used it as a yummy dipping sauce for my fries. I'm a coffeeholic and can confirm the coffee is good. I had the pleasure of trying the banana pudding. It was decent, but not an item I would purchase on my next visit. I'm glad everything is made in-house. Hours of operation are great for early birds and late-night customers. Stopped by after my son's soccer practice close to 9pm because Google said they close at 10pm, but it was the drive thru that closed at 10. Dining area closes at 9 but they were kind enough to let us still stay and eat. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. I picked hot spice level but it tasted more like mild for me. The sandwich was good. Brioche bun wasn't too sweet and didn't fall apart. Slaw was tasty. My only complaint is that the chicken used was served warm, like it wasn't freshly fried but warmed up. And it was more of a chicken tender as the chicken didn't cover the whole bun but less than 3/4 of the bun. I would still come again to satisfy my hot chicken sandwich cravings. Price was reasonable too. $12 for a combo and the fries were fantastic. It was crispy and not greasy. My son had the 4 piece chicken tender combo for $15 with crack sauce. The crack sauce had a sort of honey mustard flavor. Tasty and slightly messy chicken sandwich. Absolutely delicious, and what I would considered an elevated experience to most other chicken sandwich fast food shops. However, I would not consider this fast food because it was decidedly slow food. I hope they work out kinks because it's strange for every car in the drive through to have to order, then go park and wait for their food. Decided to finally try this place today. I had it delivered after a long day at work so I can't speak on the ambiance or the service. Food was about a 7 out of 10 but some of it was due to it being delivered via doordash. The sandwich was pretty darn good in theory but there's so many chicken competitors around here it's a tough market. We are getting better each time...... updated review we came and they were out of the rice so I couldn't get my usual the garlic chicken and avocado rice bowl. We came and the inside was closed after we were told it was open so we ended up at the drive thru. We ended up changing our orders and got chicken sandwiches I changed my sandwich from the grilled avocado sandwich to make it fried chicken. I was so satisfied so I take my original complaint back it must've been an off day. The staff does need to be aware of the policies and the items that are in stock before allowing someone to order it makes it easier. It was real thin on one side of the chicken breast and just medium thickness on the other side. The fries were really good. I was told that the tenders are really big. During my past visits the food has been great with some of the customer service. The place is nice and well made and the sitting is great. One worker there stuck out with his rude almost racist sounding remarks. I've only noticed the short blonde white guy doing this stuff and I thought he simply made a mistake when talking, but he has made several comments and I don't think that is very acceptable. He reminds me of the other white guy from last year who I think was named Tyler? He reminds me of that guy just more lazy and rude. Normally I would have rated this place a 5 but the last couple times we went it has gone down hill fast. They got rid of the best sandwich. My family and I went last night for dinner and despite the food taking about 6-8 minutes it tasted like day old food and it was cold. We could barely get our kids to eat. We were also the only people in the restaurant for a good 45 minutes. It's a shame to spend $60 on fast food for it to be cold and not tasting like a day old food. We ordered a large banana pudding and was disappointed it was literally 80% whip cream and a hefty price of $8.99 almost no pudding and very few wafers or bananas! The fries were very good and well seasoned, and the sammich was thick, juicy and quite tasty. The employees were polite and brought our order to our table. The price was very reasonable. My only concern is that they moved into Chick-fil-A's old location, while Chick-fil-A moved right next door to a larger building. Super delicious! Tyler my fast food attendant was very kind and gave the kind of service and politeness that would put the workers across the street at chicfila to shame! I got the brekkie bowl and while I'd order it again, holy cow proceed with caution if you're sensitive to spice. My mouth was on fire after drenching my bowl in the sauce that came with it to where I couldn't finish it.
