I placed a drive through order this morning on the chick-fil-a application. It's an easy process and they have a special line for drive through orders. I ordered some chicken biscuits for some family members and I had the bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. Great sandwich! Nicely toasted muffin served warm with melted cheese (not a slightly melted piece of cheese like McDonald's). Ali in all, a normal predictable Chick-Fil-A experience. Great food! Now poor service, got home after ordering food find that we were charged for extra drinks and fries we didnt order and they forgot a whole sandwich. I'm more concerned about the management and how they treat their employee. it's not many people of color which is a big red flag. I have been to this one in particular many times and I noticed that some of the employees look like they're having a bad day & just to add on to it the customers are flat out disgusting and rude to the staff. I have been told they must smile at all times which makes me upset because it's like they cannot have a bad day at all. I'm not sure how the system works but I continously see the same team members in the same position and I'm sure it's frustrating. I would like to give a shout out to Taylor, Aiden and Gill for their commitment in showing up for work. Their service is phenomenal and I hope to see more of their nice smile! :) read more

I went twice while in town for work. Ordered through the app and pulled into the mobile side. I LOVE that there is a dedicated mobile side. I live in California and there, you just get it with the rest of the drive thru, which is pointless. LOVED the separate line! We had a great time, the food was very good. A worker named Michel was on the floor cleaning and helping customers in the lobby. Michel was very nice, attentive, and we had great conversations - he really made our experience a 5 star review. However, the thing that was negative was our experience with the manager, Martin - or at least along the lines of that. Michel seemed to be new at the job, and the manger walked by and just began criticizing the job that Michel was doing - this was in front of multiple parties of customers. This was done in a harsh way, that ultimately seemed unnecessary and very unprofessional. If this is the way the mangers speak to their workers, this is not an establishment I want to revisit. read more

This is the second time that I use the Mobile Thu Line and instead of being faster, it ends up being slower. If the car in front is not getting the order, but the rest of the cars behind are , then an entire line of people is stuck. When orders are delayed, the cars should be asked to pull forward in the parking lot so they don't hold the line. It is poor service to the rest of your customers. read more

Have come here twice since it opened and it has been excellent both times. I'm currently here and they had 2 school buses( I'm guessing school teams) come in. They were packed and had a line out the door but they took everyone's order quick and efficiently. We also got our food really fast. We forgot to ask for sauce and I went up to ask for some and even with being extremely busy they were really nice and quick to help me. The food was perfect! The workers were quick to clean up tables. I was really impressed with todays visit and am so glad to have an AMAZING Chick-fil-A so close to my house. read more

Food was brought out cold and wrong. Asked to have it remade and it STILL came out cold. Bun was greasy and chicken was cold to the touch. Looks like the cheese was just thrown on the sandwich. Worst service ever. I went through the drive-through, placing my order and waiting in line for it once we got the food I noticed that they forgot two of my sandwiches. I went inside and waited in the line for this to be addressed when I finally made it to register I told them about it, they told me I would have to wait in for everybody else to get their order in addition to having waited in the drive-through and having waited in line to get this mistake fixed. There was a worker with pin straight short bob literally LICKING her ice cream cone while talking to a customer and proceeded to apologize while giggling(customer did not look amused lol). She also took her ice-cream cone to the bathroom.Most of the workers seemed clueless and were just standing around while customers needed service. I have been here two times. Both times the service has been terrible. It felt EXTREMELY rushed while they were taking my order. After taking my order, they go back over and start talking to each other. I had a large order and asked for lots of chick fil a sauce an and they gave me 2. They also forgot straws for the drinks which isn't a big deal, but they weren't very busy and it is a simple detail to make the experience better. So far it has been horrible.
