My wife, son and I visited for dinner last night (Tuesday) and wanted to acknowledge our excellent experience. Our server was very attentive and engaging with us, even suggesting some desserts. The bacon bleu burger and the half off apps were delicious. Perfect Tuesday night with live music and great ambiance. Only thing I would suggest, please tighten up your screws on the highchairs. I went mid-day on the weekend and there were a good amount of people there. Luckily, there was a ton of seating. The space was very open and I enjoyed the live music. The staff was kind and answered my questions related to the food and drinks. I tried a few different things, as well as a drink, and everything was great! The food came out hot and fresh; my drink cold. My friends also enjoyed what they got too! I'd 100% come back and try more. We loved this place! Extremely friendly and fast service from the host, waitress and bar. We ordered two sandwiches from their lunch specials with sweet potato fries and a side salad, and were very pleased with portion sizes and flavors, not to mention the price point. The staff was extremely accommodating as we had a dog with us, and even brought water in a Yeti insulated bowl. The patio is expansive and has a great view of the park across the street. We came here for a birthday party with quite a large party. Our server did absolutely amazing! People trickled in and she always noticed when someone new was at the table and went up for drink and food orders. She paid attention to the small details and it made all the difference. The food was really good, not too salty and a good amount of seasonings. The drink was good too! Some places tend to go easy on the alcohol, but they do not hear. We had a great waitress that was able to get us a table by the bar upstairs, even though there was a wait downstairs. Is a great big restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating as well as upstairs seating with a good vibe. The only downside if you go later or on the weekend, there may be live music and it was extremely loud. It was so loud you could barely hear the person talking next to you. So if loud live, music is not for you, I would suggest going earlier in the day or during the week if there is no life music. read more

Heard about this place and decided to check it out. Soooo worth it! Had a spicy Bloody Mary with the Sonoran burger. This was so delicious and you talk about service our waitress checked on us and never had to ask for a refill. She was on top of it. Bonus live band playing with all kinds of hits! Great live music almost every night of the week, some country western even from Nashville. My wife, Mary is hooked on their chicken wings.

Well, how I would rate The Stillery depends upon why you are there. If you are looking for a a great place to get together with friends or to grab a drink, this is your spot. They have live music and a festive atmosphere with roll up doors and a nice outdoor patio. The atmosphere is unique in this area and a solid 5-star for fun. However, I definitely will not be returning for the food. The menu looks compelling, but the food is not so good. We ordered the steak fingers and catfish. I will say hat the crinkle fries were good, but we were only able to choke down half of a steak finger and one small catfish filet. The steak fingers have a very thick layer of breading, like crackers or something similar. It wasn't flour. It would just fall off of the steak fingers. The bigger issue is that it was terribly over-seasoned with garlic and salt. If that wasn't bad enough, the white gravy was the worst I've ever had. It was lumpy and didn't taste like gravy at all. The dish was completely inedible. Also, the catfish did not taste like catfish. It's normally breaded with cornmeal. I am not sure what was used, but once again, it was terribly over salted and some of the worst catfish I've ever eaten. I do not enjoy hating on a new business, but the truth is that the food was just 1-star. Other than the food, everything else was good. I would consider returning for a beer and appetizers an possibly try something else, but a little skittish with the food now. I recommend trying them for yourself. At the least, it's a fun evening out. read more

My wife and I have been here a few times now and it's always better than average. We love the pizzas and some of the sandwiches. Yesterday we went in at lunch time for the lunch special. The price is better than many fast food restaurants. It was good and a good deal but nothing special. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. Service was excellent. He was friendly, attentive, and kept our drinks full without asking. We like the place, but it's not at the top of our list in the west valley. We're not fans of loud music anymore (overdid it in our 20s) and Friday afternoons are good because there's usually just a musician playing a guitar and singing classic country music. I definitely recommend it but when we go back we'll skip the lunch specials. Good for the price, but overall kind of meh. I'll write another review next time we go back and get the pizza and/or hot chicken sandwich. Both are excellent! read more

It was ok. Service was great by our server. She was friendly, informative, made good suggestions, and was efficient. With that being said, the chicken sandwich we ordered was very thin, dry, and overcooked. The server took it off of our bill but it was a bummer as that was what my husband was looking forward to. He ended up sharing my mac and cheese, which we both loved. They had a solo guitarist and singer which was nice to listen to. I am guessing this place gets busy on the weekends but it was pretty slow while we were there. Parking was difficult to find and we had to park in a nearby parking garage and walk the block to the restaurant. No biggie but just fyi if you have mobility issues. read more

Had a fun brunch today at The Stillery. There was a guy singing Country music, we sat outside and the service was pretty on point being it was so busy. They have other locations but I do like the feel of this one best Hubby didn't love the salmon Benedict said the English muffin was soggy and the salmon was salty but their potatoes delish I enjoyed the turkey burger with sweet potato fries. I have been to The Stillery about 15 times since they've opened and I've always enjoyed my times here. I've visited for lunch, dinner, and after for party time. They have always had good service, good food, and drinks are pretty good. They know what they're doing, especially for the lack of restaurants we have on the west side. They also have live music on the weekends which creates a nice vibe for the whole family. Today we started with a few mason jar drinks to which I ordered the Blueberry Smash. The drink was pretty tasty as I could tell it was filled with a decent amount of alcohol, but drinking too many of these will give you a cavity. Overall, a good drink though. We always start with the Hot Chicken Salad which is my favorite thing on this menu. The amount of food you get with this is enough for four people to eat as a starter. The mix of the sauced chicken, ranch, and vegetables is mind blowing. You gotta order this. We shared a Philly Cheesesteak and Lunch-Sized Pizza for our entrees. Philly Cheesesteaks are something you see on a lot of menus, but it's truly hard to find a good one. The Stillery nails this one pretty well, the quality of the meat and cheese are good, but I'd wish they put a little more meat in it. The Lunch-Sized Pepperoni Pizza was huge for the $10 price and it came with a salad. This is an item that two people could split if they weren't overly hungry. Overall, this is a solid spot that everyone will enjoy between good food, live music, and drinks. I give them a 8. read more

Always looking for a joint that you can rock your boots and cowboy hat. Anyway. We started with the pretzel app with cheese. Excellent. Got the steak fingers (good), sonoran burger (good) and the turkey burger (good). The regular fries were good. The sweet potater fries were very good. We arrived around 1:15 PM and told our waitress Megan that we were specifically ordering from the Tuesday "half-off appetizers" special. We ordered four appetizers based on that. When the bill arrived, however, we noticed all the appetizers were charged at full price. We were then informed that the special only runs from 2 PM-6 PM. Nowhere on the menu (see highlights on attached photo) does it list those times next to the promotion. The manager, Ryan, came over and told us that the happy hour times are printed on the very back of the menu. Seriously? Why would anyone look at the back of the menu when the appetizers and specials are listed on the front? The times should be shown where the offer is advertised or at the very least, our waitress could have let us know that it wasn't valid yet, especially since we clearly mentioned we were ordering the happy hour special. Instead, we ended up paying $70+ for four appetizers and two iced teas. Disappointing experience and poor communication all around. read more

OMG! Hidden little gem. We experienced the Stillery for the first time and was blown away. The brick oven pies are above and beyond what I had anticipated. We had the Philly Steak which is loaded with shaved tender steak, onions and cheese served on a pretzel crust that was cooked to perfection. We also had the BBQ chicken pie that had a good amount of chicken but the sweet/tangy bbq sauce set the tone. The atmosphere is wonderful with lots of space, ample seating and good lighting. The "cherry on top" was the live music. We sat and listened to a great Country Music artist finish up his set with a second band setting up. We finished eating after listening to them play a couple songs into their set. We were seated immediately but there was a significant wait until someone came around to take our drink order which resulted in 4 out of 5 stars. I ate at The Stillery a couple weeks ago with the family to celebrate a birthday. It was a great first impression overall. I was afraid it was going to be super busy, but we went around 5pm on a Sunday and were seated immediately. We ate outside on the patio next to the indoor stage. It was a great spot because you could still hear and see the musicians, but it was far enough away to have a conversation too. It gets very loud inside the restaurant the closer you are to the stage. Our server was friendly and prompt. She checked-in frequently to made sure we had what we needed. The food was good as well. We started with the Queso, Pretzels, and Pickle Chips. For mains, the group got the Nashville Hot Chicken Fingers, Steak Fingers, Pepperoni Pizza, Cheesesteak, and the Catfish n Chips. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they ordered. There were no complaint. Slight warning on the Hot Nashville Chicken, they are actually quite spicy. Good, but spicy. Looking forward to returning soon. read more

The Stillery is an upscale restaurant and bar with outstanding food. This is easily the best bar food I've had. My wife had the barbecue chicken pie (pizza). The crust was more flaky than a pizza crust, but my wife loved it! I had their Sonoran burger. It's a double cheeseburger with grilled onions, jalapeños and bacon. Outstanding. I chose to have the Mac n'cheese as a side dish. We just moved back to AZ from North Carolina. They are serious about Mac N'Cheese there and this was the best I've ever had. Great pasta, amazing cheese with a hint of red chile to spice it up and a great crisp on top. Service was good. We'll be back. 12/23/24 - We came back for lunch. We split the bbq chicken pie that my wife raved about on our first review. It has an amazing crust and is outstanding. I ordered a side of the mac and cheese that I lived last time. This time they didn't add whatever it was that gave it a crunch and didn't throw it under the broiler to brown it. The Mac and cheese went from outstanding to "meh". I won't order it again. I'm a longtime Goodyear resident (since 2005) and Goodyear has needed a place like this. A restaurant/sports bar/dance hall this a top notch spot with TVs, Bay windows, and plenty of patio tables. I had the Brunch menu and the food was very tasty. The Breakfast burrito was legit, served with salsa, guacamole, and some sour cream. The burrito comes with made to order tortilla chips. The biscuit and gravy so delicious, it's worth getting. The beignets were soooo tasty!! Those are made to order too. Mimosas for $2 and don't sleep on the Sweet Tea.
