Some kid namer Jack I think he was new/trainee he got me right with a refill he seemed like a hard worker and was very kind to us.

Great service and usually pretty fast. The people are nice. I don't usually get any issues on the orders. If they do get my order wrong they'll correct it and take back what was wrong and throw it in the trash. In my own opinion if they give you your sandwich wrong you just keep it and give it away but there could be more to it, idk instead of wasting it and throwing it away. The inside ambiance will be packed with teenagers after school since there's a school behind it but before that it's normally pretty chill. read more

The chicken seemed to have been cooked in rancid oil. It had a bad smell. After 2 bites I threw it out. I spoke with a manager and he seemed defensive, like he had heard this complaint before. Great location! Came here with a friend on the first night of classes. This is probably the tastiest Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. The food was toasty and warm when it came out. The mac & cheese was so creamy and cheesy--well beyond my normal expectations for Chick-fil-A. My sandwich was great too. And the fries, as always, were amazing. They also have a play area for the kids! Definitely worth the drive to this location if you're craving Chick-fil-A. read more

It's getting harder to support local restaurants because the few that I wanted to try today no one picked up the phone so since I was going to Meijer I stopped here because it's not far away. I thought that I would get off the regulars and get something different from the menu so I finally tried the chicken nuggets and a bowl of chicken noodle soup. The chicken nuggets looked good but I thought that they looked small. The chicken nuggets were lightly breaded all white meat some where between moist and dry and tasty. The chick fil a dipping sauce was good with a sweet smokey flavor almost like a weird bbq sauce. The chicken noodle soup was also good and came with three packs of Zesta crackers. I thought it was a little skimpy on the chicken and not seasoned well enough and need some salt. The noodles were not cooked to mush which I liked and the same with the carrots and celery because they had some crunch left in them so I would ask for a salt packet the next time I order it. This is definitely not a mushy can soup which I liked. Al in all for $7.50 it was a nice filling lite lunch that hit the spot so I would definitely go back because I like the products and I'm glad I got off the chicken sandwich's today. read more

I've visited this location on multiple occasions and the one thing that always impresses me is the friendliness of the team, speed of service and freshness/ quality of the food. Only once have I come here when I had to wait a few minutes but it was free breakfast day so I'm not surprised. We visited yesterday and service was so fast that I had my food waiting before I had finished paying! The dining area is always clean and condiments kept well stocked (and organized) with workers asking if everything was okay or if they can get you anything else. Also... the bathroom has mouthwash. With little cups. For real. How nice is that?? The chicken here is GOOD. Really tasty and you can tell you're getting quality meat. I've yet to have anything here actually that I didn't like! I took away a star though because the yelp check-in offer wasn't honored. Whether it was because the staff wasn't trained or because the coupon was no longer valid, I feel like it should've been honored because it's just a cookie. Never been so disgusted with wait time satisfaction... I waited In the drive thru from 9:21p-9:46 the 1st time... all I wanted was a cup of ice cream. Apparently that's entirely too difficult. The consistency isn't at this location. A large ice cream here is like a small cup at all the other locations in Wisconsin. Since they could only give me 1 of 2 items (they said they were in the bag) I assumed it was fine... that's where I was wrong to assume... they gave me someone else's order plus the brownie I ordered. So I had the pleasure of sitting in line yet again... this time from 9:46-9:54pm with ZERO apology nothing!!! I even asked about the size and they confirmed this subpar excuse for a "Large" is correct. Still no apology. Today I was at there at chick Phil a and the girl who attended us though the drive through had a bad attitude from the start. She wouldn't let us order a salad dressing by itself even though we had done it multiple times before. We had to repeat our order to her multiple times and when we got home we saw that the 12 piece chicken nuggets we had ordered and payed for weren't there. I have never had a worse experience at a chick fil a. I don't normally write reviews, but this was TERRIBLE. I ordered a number one meal and my sandwich was not even lukewarm. The chicken was rubbery and texture was so bad, I went up and actually asked for a new one. Not something I'd normally do. The one they gave me after that was WORSE. What can I say, it's Chick-Fil-A?! For fast food, Chick-Fil-A deserves 5-stars. Everything you dont get from the big chain fast food places, you always get at Chick-Fil-A. Cleanliness, consistently good food, great service. For this location, it is always clean. Staff members are always walking around, cleaning tables, sweeping/mopping floors, today a woman was even standing by the garbage depositing peoples trash for them. Good food. Mouthwatering chicken...everytime! Most fast food places are good, on occasion. I think McDonald's is tasty here and there. Chick-Fil-A brings it everytime. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich today....amazing! Regular chicken sandwich several times before....great sandwich, every visit. You dont get this type of service anywhere else. The employees are ALWAYS friendly. The smile, and sit down for this......they use manners! I heard "thank you" from more than one employee during my visit today. Forgot this is not a fast fast food establishment. I don't come to Chick's often, but it seems the ordering process is flawed. One spends more time in line behind one customer than any other place I know. Other than the fries, chicken sandwich hot the spot. The place is clean. Staff is friendly & helpful. I absolutely love chickfila. The food is incredible, I have had both crispy and grilled chicken. It's always flavorful, juicy and filling. I'm not huge on their waffle fries, but they have so many good dipping sauces and cheese sauce so it makes up for the fries not being my favorite. The service is great, you can tell they're trying to be a step up from just a fast food joint. This location is fairly new, and it's cleaned and very well staffed. I'm giving 4 stars though because I am so disappointed that they're closed on Sunday, that's my day off and they're a bit of a drive from my house. read more

It had strawberries, chicken, blueberries, and a came with a little candied nut packet. It was an Ok size but was $7.95. The hubby ordered the number 8 which was a chicken sandwich, waffle fries, and a soda. His meal was close to $9.00. Not a place you go for a quick value meal but it was good none the less. First time here and it's been a good experience. Mad, crazy busy, that's for sure! I had to stalk a table so I could get a table by the play area and watch my son. I had the chicken nuggets and fries. They were pretty good and certainly better than most fast food places. The play area is tiny! Even my 4-year-old pointed out how small it is. Our original order included milk, but it wasn't delivered to our table. I asked two employees to bring a milk, one of whom forgot but remembered later. My husband & I came here because he has been wanting to try this place but we never came in and it always looked busy. When we walked in last night, it seemed relatively quiet, which was nice. I ordered a grill chicken sandwich and my husband ordered the Spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. We also got fries and a soda (because I ordered the meal). We were given a number and we sat down. The food came out relatively quickly - and it was very good. I've had chicken sandwiches at other fast food places and to be honest, Chick Fil A's chicken sandwich tops them all. I ate a ton of chick-fil-a in college so I was happy to see one open up close to home. They have some of the nicest workers who always greet you warmly and aren't shy on giving a lot of sauces. I'm a total sauce girl and this definitely meets my standards. Go for the chickfila, ranch and polynesian. There aren't many fast breakfast options besides mcdonalds and burger king which serve up mostly bland breakfast sandwiches so chick fil a is a legit option. I order the spicy chicken biscuit and hash browns, skip the drink and its a little over $3.50. Not bad! . The only issue I have with this location is that their fries are never really crispy. Seems they need to cook them longer or something cuz the ones in college were some of the best fries I've had. It makes me not want to go for dinner cuz they are always a disappointment. I have to start by saying that everyone who works here is so nice! I came here with a group of people and after we ordered, we sat down and the food was at our table at that moment. I did not expect it to come so fast. Once we started to eat, a women working in the lobby stopped at our table and made sure that when we needed refills to take the caps off and that she would be right over to fill them for us. We were getting ready to leave, she saw us and ran over to take our tray for us. I can't explain how genuinely nice she was but I just had to mention her and I wish I caught her name. The little things that were done wouldn't have shocked me so much if I were at a sit down and order type of restaurant, but I did not expect it from here. Other than the great staff, I had a spicy deluxe meal with a chocolate shake and they were great together. The chicken was a huge size for the sandwich and tasted amazing, and the side of waffle fries just made the meal. I hope everyone that dines in has a great experience like I had and leaves with a smile on their face. Excellent service at this chick-fil-a! The drive thru line is always quick and efficient. My order has alway been correct and fresh! I went between the breakfast lunch crossover & received two full sized chicken biscuits with my lunch wrapped in a free sample wrapper, that was so amazing! It's good to know nothing goes to waste. I really appreciated those as snacks later in the day I heated them up & it was great. I love this location so much one of my favorite lunch spots. Popeyes can suck it. read more

While I realize that Chick Fil A is a national chain, this location has a GREAT team working hard to provide great meals and a good experience. The staff was fast and efficient getting our meal out. The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. The same can be said for the fries. While you will pay more for a chicken sandwich here than other chains, you get more for the money. It is not some frozen nondescript chicken patty that is then deep fried and slapped on the Value Menu. I have noticed at MOST fast food restaurants they will hire just about anybody to train, cook and or serve your meal. This is NOT the case at Chick Fil A. They seem to take hiring and training people seriously. If you can't be presentable and friendly, you don't get hired. I cannot say enough about the staff here. The young man that took our order was very thorough and attentive. This store has one lady cleaning tables that is just delightful. She is engaging, and when I complimented her, she said it made her day better. THAT made me feel better! Chick Fil A just seems to make sure they have the right staff, working to make the customer's experience a good one, and keep the restaurant clean and presentable. read more

OK look, our food here was completely free because the manager guy was super nice who has taking our order. So I can't really complain about free. This in no way reflects on my feelings for the chain's owner's political views or whatever... We came in, both had free sandwiches from downloading their app, and ordered a combo meal in addition. Manager guy who just happened to be our order-taker was very nice and fun to talk to. There was some issue with the register taking forever and "messing up" so we had to wait to pay...Finally he just says it's free don't worry about it. What? Seriously? OK dude, thank you. Food was fine. It's not great; it's fast food. I mean, the chicken is actual chicken instead of processed chicken patties like you get some places, so there's that. Also they're very free with the condiments and free refills on soda, just ask. So if we ever want to go to Chick-fil-a again (only been there one other time), we'll come back to this location just because of the customer service. I just went through the drive-through about 10 minutes ago. I ordered a number five, a sausage and egg cheese biscuit meal. Well upon me getting home, I found they gave me a cheese, egg and bacon muffin meal. If I wanted a sausage McMuffin or an Egg McMuffin, I would've went to McDonald's. Not to mention that the muffin was burned and it tasted like garbage. The hashbrowns tasted like they were old and were either put in the microwave or were just dropped back into the deep fryer. I get it, it's fast food, but they got the completely wrong order and the wrong order just tasted horrible. Next time I will either go to McDonald's or a sit down restaurant and take the extra time. This was my 1st time at a Chick-fil-A and I went because a friend suggested we go there for lunch. I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip meal. They brought our food to us at the table and one of the ladies who was walking around the tables even offered to refill our drinks for us so we didn't have to get up. They were very friendly and the food was awesome. The chicken strips were nice and crunchy on the outside yet the chicken was moist and juicy. Chick fil a never fails to disappoint me and this new location is no different! The chicken is excellent! So tender and juicy! Just as it was when chick fil a used to be at southridge mall when I was a kid. The service us outstanding, much better quality and care than your standard fast food restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and they always remind you of it being their pleasure to serve. The manager is very friendly as well, constantly walking around and making sure everything is going well. The facility itself is very clean, a trademark of all chick fil a restaurants.
