Nothing against this restaurant or the food. Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. However, this particular location has a terrible parking situation. The drive-thru and parking lot are busy (yes, I know it always is), but the parking lot is shared with a whole suite of businesses, including a gym. I honestly avoid this location during peak hours, as it is difficult to find a space. I have parked by the dumpster so I can run in, grab by food, and eat it somewhere else! I arrived here at 10:10am on a Saturday morning. It was pretty busy. I placed order via mobile app and went to the drive thru. It was quick to check in with staff present. However, the line moved slow because although they have two lanes, they closed one of the lanes after the order screen. I'm not sure why they did that. It took 10 minutes for me to get my food. Good food and service! Stopped by here on the way out of town. I had a brownie reward so I redeemed that and also got an ice dream cup. Staff was friendly and came looking for me after I ordered (went to use the restroom really quick, but the food was quicker!). I enjoyed the snack at one of their communal tables. This location was decorated festively for the holidays which I always appreciate. The drive through long looked really long so I opted to order in at the counter. I am deeply disturbed, hurt and violated. I went to this Chick-fil-A and after coming home, I noticed that on my receipt my name was entered as "Bllak". Upon ordering my food, I even spelled out my name to the cash registrar twice, my name is not even anywhere close to what was entered on the receipt. I feel so sick and felt dehumanized. I have a name. I am a person. Just like every other person that has their name typed in, I was just entered as "Bllak". Despite a busy drive-thru, Chick-fil-A did their thing and got us moved through quickly. I ordered through the app so just gave them my name when I pulled up to the speaker. I ate my food right then and there in the parking lot and nearly burned my mouth on how fresh the fries were! I didn't even need sauce because they were perfectly salted and hot. The nuggets were also fresh and paired perfectly with Chick-fil-A sauce - duh! Lemonade on point as always. I mean, ya really just can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A in my book. read more

I wanted to try the new cauliflower sandwich. It looks very much like to traditional chicken sandwich and is served on a buttered bun with pickles. All in all it was a fine sandwich and reminded me of a nicely fried cauliflower that you might have as an appetizer. The breading did not seem to have the same flavor as the breading on the chicken but it looked almost identical and it stuck to the cauliflower well. The cauliflower was a bit moist but had a nice texture and mouth feel, and a slightly sweet taste. It is a fine sandwich but I'm not sure I would have it instead of the traditional sandwich. read more

Well laid out and designed location. Almost all the employees were kind with an exception of the teenage boy who took our order. He had the personality of a turnip. Food was good. The only downfall was that on two occasions during my visit last night I had my sweet tea mistakenly refilled with unsweet tea not once but twice. This location has a very open floor plan which was very nice. I have never seen a location laid out like this one is before. read more

I don't frequent this fast-food chain often anymore, but with a free chicken sandwich coupon in my hand I decided to press forward. Every time I pass by a Chick-fil-A the drive thru the line is super long, this was no exception. Despite my issues with this chain as a corporation, I have to give it to them when it comes to their efficiently. They had multiple team members out with tablets taking peoples orders directly at their cars. This helped the long line move faster. Their staff is always super nice, accommodating, and have insanely good manners. I also appreciate that there is no limit on how many sauces you can get. This is not the case at other fast-food chicken joints without paying an extra fee. I am a sauce girl, I want some on every bite. I asked for their Chick-fil-A sauce, honey mustard, zesty bbq, and ketchup and they just said "no problem." The taste of their chicken sandwich is always consistently good. There is a reason they are able to just stick to chicken as they do it so well. I also am a sucker for waffle fries, may be as they can hold more condiments lol. My combo came with a drink (yay for having Coke Zero) and an ample serving of fries which were still nice and warm when I reached my destination. read more

Finally got the chance to check out Chick Fil A's new location. While the lines are always long, the double lines at the new location help out some; and the staff are always quick with taking and filling orders. I always place my order via their app, this speeds up time as well, and you can accrue points to get free rewards. The food was amazing as always. Their chicken Sandwiches are so juicy. My husband and kids love the fried and grilled nuggets. Even though we're expecting snow and ice tonight, I can never say no to one of their cookies and cream milkshakes! The brownie is also another go-to when I'm craving something sweet. It's served warmed, and who doesn't love a warm brownie?? The new location has a nice fresh vibe and I'm looking forward to checking out the new dining room, once they open up the inside. read more

Another successful Monday night Chick Fil A run. Our family has adopted Monday nights as Chick Fil A night. I rotate through the following menu items. Number one chicken sandwich with no pickles, waffle fries and Arnold Palmer. Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe with pepper jack cheese, 12 count nugget grilled and fried , I Love them both. My go to salad is the Southwest with avocado ranch and a side of Mac n cheese. Wow, have you tried the Mac n cheese? When I first heard Chick Fil A was going for the Mac I must admit I had doubts. But now, I am a believer!! Maybe once a quarter I get to have a milk shake for a treat and those are yummy too. The girls and I prefer the ice dream come but with COVId we settle for the cup. Oh, I forgot they also have a delicious breakfast. Chick minis are the family favorite and bring on the tator tot disc anytime. I am A dedicated simply orange drinking. LOL. So that is a plus. I'm not a Chick-fil-A fanatic like a lot of people I know, mainly my son who visits this location at least four to five times a week, not joking! I do enjoy their Cobb salad with the avocado ranch dressing. Always fresh, crisp and the perfect size for lunch. Their chicken noodle soup is pretty tasty too when it's cold outside and you're craving something comforting and hot. I'm not a big fan of their sandwich, prefer the strips. The breading has a different flavor profile that appeals to me more. This location is always busy but they get you in and out quickly and the staff is friendly and efficient. The food portions are always small, the nuggets being probably half the size of every other location I've been to, or they give me less than I ordered. They also have messed up my order many times, especially in the drive through. They always change their rules about substituting the kids toy for an icecream cone, one day I can do it in the drive through the next day I can't, and the next day they won't even let me do it inside if I didn't receive the toy the exact day when I have done it at this Battleground location countless times. Although it may be disappointing if I'm not allowed to substitute one from another day, that is understandable, the main issue is the inconsistency with the rules depending on which employee is helping me. Really fast service and very nice staff. That really goes for any Chick-fil-A you probably go too. The politeness is one of there trademarks and they really take pride in that. As far as food, I got... You guessed it... Chicken! The chicken nuggets are my favorite meal to get there. I'm not a big fan of the Chick-fil-A sauce, so I always get the barbecue sauce, very tasty. I usually get a Coke to drink with any meal I eat, but when I come here, the lemonade is a must! It's so good! This location is right beside my house so I keep coming back out of convenience, but for some reason they NEVER get my order right. Curbside or drive thru, small order or large. They leave items out, whether it's all the sauces for a large order, putting something in when requested to be left out (like bacon), or whole expensive items. It's only been this year, before that they were awesome! And every time I tell them they messed up, or even have to drive back from home after discovering missing items after being assured everything is there, it's just a "You can come pick up your items if you show your receipt." Super anti apologetic and the crazy thing is it's all the time! Worst customer service ever. I think something is up with management or something because Chick Fila is known for great customer service and not screwing up constantly. I actually dread when my husband asks me to pick up dinner from here because I know it's going to be a 30 minute to an hour fiasco even though I almost always do curbside. Worst location! every time i come to this chickfila i order the same thing: chicken minis, and every time without fail, it looks like they sloppily put the food in the box and then shook it and threw it around the room a couple of times, and then stepped on it. it's extremely annoying and i hate having to put my minis back together when i paid for them to do it in the first place. they are also almost ALWAYS missing one or more nuggets in between this soggy bread. it is baffling to me as to how you can mess food up this bad. not to mention the customer service is cult-like and the blatant homophobia makes me nauseous. definitely not worth the $9 i paid. read more

The service at this location was really quick just like all the other locations. The lady at the drive thru window however did not scan my code even though she looked at it while my phone was in my hand. Since it was only my 2nd time remembering that I had the app I didnt know I was supposed to have it scanned first. After I paid for my food that's when she told me I had to have it scanned first. I ordered the 8pc nugget meal and I made it a large. The nuggets however were extra small and dry. I guess because of how small they were I ended up with about 10 nuggets even though I only ate maybe 6 due to how dry they were even with sauce. The waffle fries were good I just wish they were cooked just a little bit longer. The Dr. Pepper didnt really have a great taste to it so I didnt get to drink but a 1/4 of it. read more
