I couldn't remember why I stopped visiting this place. I was reminded on today. Do they care?! Nope. I was given old limp pickles and yall know I love pickles and know pickles and asked if they could be replaced with pickles that were not limp. A guy came from out the back and asked me had I stuck my hand in them, and I replied no. He then said, well you put your face over it so I can't replace them. Say what now?!? And if that wasn't enough, I checked my food while waiting on new pickles and saw these crumbled burnt pieces of bacon on my BLT. Me and this chick have seen each other a few times over the years, and while I wouldn't call it anything serious, she does have what I want, when I want that one specific thing... chicken salad! CSC is a chain, but honestly, gotta admire them. They have zeroed in on doing one thing exceptionally well, and that is chicken salad. Great chicken salad is an art, and most of the time I am left feeling pretty meh about it when I end up having it. That is not the case here. I would happily buy this chicken salad and bring it to events with some fresh bread or just crackers, and am pretty sure no one would complain. It also must be a very profitable business model. I think all of their chicken salad is made at central distribution centers and sent out as needed to different location, and with this particular food, there's not a thing wrong with that. That means your equipment needs at your actual locations are probably not all that stringent, cutting costs as well as what the local inspector could potentially ding you for. Staff too must be easier to train and retain due to this. So for me, yes, I am a fan of this particular chain and have yet to find a menu item I don't care for. Surprised this place only has 3 stars. Every time I come here my experience is nothing short of perfect. The staff is extremely nice. I always get greeted when I walk through the door and any time I have an issue, they go above and beyond to resolve it. The food is always really good too. So let me first start by saying I adore chicken salad and this place gives you loads of flavor options. Some of the flavors are spectacular and others are a bit lacking. This last time I got the Olivia's old south as a sandwich and the Dixie chick as a scoop. I placed a mobile order that had an initial pickup time of 12:12 (already over 15 mins from when I placed it) when checking in at the pickup counter the lady working was extremely rude and yelled at me "it's not ready yet".
