I rarely go to these restaurants because they are so crowded all the time. They lack adequate parking for the dine in experience and I live too far away from all locations to utilize the drive through. I guess Mooresville and Martinsville do not qualify for a new location but Plainfield is getting a second one I hear. We came here at 10:45 am, well before lunch time and the drive through line was already wrapped around the building thus blocking some of their parking spots for dine in. But I managed to get one of only three handicapped parking spots. Personally I'm not a fan but the granddaughter wanted "good" chicken not grown in a lab according to her. I made the mistake of ordering the #1 Deluxe. It was okay, but then I remembered my favorite menu item is the Chicken Noodle Soup. It's awesome! She got the Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap, the Fruit Cup, the Waffle Fries. All of it satisfied her palate and she brought the rest home. The wraps came in a nice plastic box just like a high end restaurant's go boxes. The four star rating is for the food and service not my concerns stated earlier in this review. read more

Decided to eat inside instead of just hitting the drive thru. The inside was clean, the employee taking our order was very polite. You can see everyone there working hard and moving quick. A bit difficult to access when you are coming from the 'wrong' side. Also th eparking lot criss-crossing with the drive through traffic can be rather confusing on your first visit here. However, once you master these obstacles and successfully enter the restaurant or the drive up lane things definitely look up. Fast friendly service and delicious chicken. And all that reasonably priced in a clean environment. I love their nuggets and their salads. Those are my favorites, but I will of course eat anything on the menu here. read more

Just wondering what happened to the chick-fil-a standards at this location. I half expected to see a bug crawl across the floor because of how dirty the inside was. Food all over the floor, tables with trash on them, condiments empty. This was just to start. Kids in the drive thru yelling back and forth with drivers & our cashier couldn't even repeat our order back correctly. I didn't see a MOD. So that might explain a lot. I have found chick-fil-A to be one of my favorite chicken restaurants. I used them for a catering event for the first time and found the experience go be quick and relatively easy. There was a bit of confusion however around the catering option. I experienced some mixed messages which were simple to move beyond. I called ahead to put in an order for pick up and upon arrival, the transaction was seamless. The restaurant was relatively busy at pick up and yet operations ran effectively. Everyone I interacted with from the phone call onto arrival at the shop were kind and helpful. Everyone seemed attentive to my needs and willing to help. read more

I freakin love chick fil a. I'm like a connoisseur :) this specific location i work right by so it's easy and convenient. My go-to's are the grilled nuggets with a kale salad and buffalo / ranch dressing , or a market fresh salad ORRR the spicy deluxe. I absolutely love the waffle fry's dipped in some Polynesian sauce. Jason was staring at us as if we were stupid for not coming up to the register to order and didn't say anything to us just stared and gave a look like we needed to come up and order although Karmella was just standing in front of the register wiping it down directly in front of where he was and there was no other cashier to ring us up. We were waiting because of the employee literally being right in the way even though she had already looked us previously wiping the counter down before she moved directly in front of the only open register to order at after the previous customer moved and was done ordering. Whilst ordering she kept glaring at me and my girlfriend giving rude looks like she had a problem with us and wanted to do something. Every single time that I visit this Chick-Fil-A location, I have nothing but flawless experiences. For Lunch, today, I ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich. I had extra American Cheese added to it. I am personally, a Cheese lover! I also ordered the Grilled Chicken Filet, with a Kale Crunch Salad for my side. The Original Chicken Sandwich was absolutely delicious. I visited during the 12:00 p.m. lunch-rush, having a Curbside Mobile-Order, so it was made fresh and piping hot. This Sandwich tasted like an absolute dream. Nothing satisfies a Southern Woman like a freshly served item of Fried Chicken. Especially with the Chick-Fil-A Sauce. I could literally drink it, it is so perfect. The Grilled Chicken Filet was phenomenal as well. The way that it was seasoned and steaming hot was amazing. It was so moist, tender, and juicy. I always love seeing the Grill marks too. It adds a nice touch. The Kale Crunch Side-Salad was a very healthy and refreshing alternative. Their Waffle Fries are beyond incredible, but it was nice to try something different. I also have to add this. The drive-thru services here during rush-hours are extremely well-managed. They're fast, smooth, efficient, sincere, and have Employees are always go above and beyond. I had the minis this morning for breakfast and preordered on the app. My order has always been right, when I've ordered both in person and on the app (and I probably have been to this location at least 30 times). My only complaint is sometimes when it gets really busy the roads become blocked in both directions and sometimes you have to detour through Meijer. read more

This place constantly seems to be busy and upon first glance, one may expect the wait to be extremely long when cars are wrapped around the building and spilling out into the road but honestly, they have this whole drive through down to a science. Dine in dinner after softball and the service was impeccable! They were courteous and busy and still churned everything out like it was nothing. Very well oiled machine! The food was yummy! This restaurant has really gone down hill lately. Our last 3 orders have all been wrong. Each time I ordered an Arnie Palmer with no ice and each time I got a cup full of ice. Ordered sandwiches with no pickle for the kids and all of them had pickles. Ordered a fruit cup and got none. This time ordered 3 sandwiches and got 2. Worst one in the area! Happened to be near this one last week and decided to pick up dinner on my way home [not close to store]. Ordered and quickly received order. Got home and did not receive accurate order. Called store talked to female manager who was apologetic and offered to replace meal. Order ticket on sack was correct; however, contents did not match. Manager said credit for meal would be in register for 90 days to cover replacement meal. Had appointment in Greenwood today and decided to use credit of $22 at this store. Explained situation to order taker who needed to check with a manager. This manager informed me that they should only have offered to replace the missing items not the whole meal. The ticket she had did no have the items from the first ticket. So we received some food that did not match the original order and lost $5 in the process.
