As tasty as chic fil a is, the last few times i've been here, the order has been completely wrong. I went through drive thru and I ordered the southwest salad with crispy chicken, 2 packs of the crispy red peppers and 2 packets of avocado ranch. My friend ordered the same thing except for spicy chicken. We got the 2 packets of ranch but no crispy red peppers and they gave us both spicy grilled chicken. I was very disappointed. Where is the quality control? How can an order get so messed up? My stomach is tore up from the spicy chicken-i intentionally ordered it plain because I'm sensitive to spicy foods. Make sure to check your order before you drive away. The majority of the staff are young teens. Their supervisors need to step in to ensure they are doing their jobs properly. I do love the friendliness of the staff, but if chic fil a is going to get my order wrong every time i go, it's going to make me not want to go. You shouldn't have to sit there and open everything up to make sure it's right. On the positive side, their waffle fries are delicious! I love the crispiness and crunch and they tasted very fresh. This location is always busy. But the line flows and they truly work together as a team to accommodate each and every customer. The staff were great and friendly. The lobby is spacious and the restrooms are clean, they smell good and had sanitizer at numerous posts in the restroom. The food was very fresh and hot. This Chick-Fil-A is elite. They get you in & out of the drive thru line in an unbelievably quick amount of time no matter how long the line. The food is always delicious. I love that, though it is a fast food restaurant, there are a variety of healthy options for my fellow healthy eaters.
