As tasty as chic fil a is, the last few times i've been here, the order has been completely wrong. I went through drive thru and I ordered the southwest salad with crispy chicken, 2 packs of the crispy red peppers and 2 packets of avocado ranch. My friend ordered the same thing except for spicy chicken. We got the 2 packets of ranch but no crispy red peppers and they gave us both spicy grilled chicken. I was very disappointed. Where is the quality control? How can an order get so messed up? My stomach is tore up from the spicy chicken-i intentionally ordered it plain because I'm sensitive to spicy foods. Make sure to check your order before you drive away. The majority of the staff are young teens. Their supervisors need to step in to ensure they are doing their jobs properly. I do love the friendliness of the staff, but if chic fil a is going to get my order wrong every time i go, it's going to make me not want to go. You shouldn't have to sit there and open everything up to make sure it's right. On the positive side, their waffle fries are delicious! I love the crispiness and crunch and they tasted very fresh. They have pretty Christmas lights up outside, so it's very inviting. read more

This location is always busy. But the line flows and they truly work together as a team to accommodate each and every customer. The staff were great and friendly. The lobby is spacious and the restrooms are clean, they smell good and had sanitizer at numerous posts in the restroom. The food was very fresh and hot. We all ordered nugget meals with fries and a drink. We got cookies for dessert and they were so good and gooey. We ordered a chocolate milkshake and boy was it good after eating our meals. read more

Gold standard of fast food restaurants. High quality product that always meets expectations. The service is fast and efficient with never an error. The staff could benefit from some training on how to count change when their gizmos stop working. One person tried to give me $5 more than necessary because she was unable to count change without the aid of her computer. However, everything else was top-notch! read more

Everything you expect from a good Chick-fil-A. The Masters of the Drive Thru, serving up the Lord's Chicken (not open on Sunday, if you reside under a rock.) Ignored at drive thru window for five minutes then told to pull forward pulled up had to go inside because they couldn't find my car,went inside holding yellow sign from my car windshield. Multiple employees looked at me and said nothing. Finally one girl sticks her head out the window and yells hey he's in here. Twice now we have picked up food in the last month from here and both times at least one person's sandwich was missing. Unfortunately, we didn't know until we arrived home to pass out the food. This establishment has always been on top of things and sent out complete orders with hot food. Tonight the fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked much earlier in the day. I'm not sure what's going on but I hate that I passed up Texas Roadhouse next door to this place for soggy fries and strange tasting chicken nuggets. I was so excited I ordered the 12 piece and was debating the 30. Glad I only have to throw the smaller portion away. I go to this chick fil a a lot and I'm always satisfied. The staff is friendly , food is always hot , and they try to get everybody in and out. I've only had my order messed up once since I've been going but it's all good they fixed it right away. If I could give more stars I would, this is my favorite chick fil a by far. read more

I've been going to chick-fil-a forever and this is the first time I've had a bad experience. In town for work and wanted something for a quick breakfast and usually chick-fil-a is a sure thing but not this one. I ordered my usual breakfast burrito but there was nothing usual about it. The burrito wasn't rolled, the ends were tucked in, and it was overfilled with egg to the point that the chicken was basically outside the burrito completely. Chick fil A is our go to on road trips because we can usually count on good quality and good service no matter where we are. Unfortunately, this was one of the more disappointing CFA visits for us. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for our food, I was served this egg white grill. It looks like mold to me but whatever the explanation is, this is one of the most unappetizing eggs I've been served and I was horrified that I had already taken a couple of bites from it. read more

I go to this chick-fil-a quite a bit, sometime multiple times in a day (as I work "across" the street) And customer service here had always been good, until it became GREAT yesterday. I had a situation, and the way the staff handled it was just amazing. So, I wanted to make sure that all the staff got a congratulatory review for being so observant and catering. So normally our service and our food is fantastic from Chick-fil-A but today was an absolute sh*t show! Not only did it take us 15 minutes to get food sitting at the window, we were not acknowledged and three cars behind us got their food and left from the line?! What gives?.. Three chicken biscuits and you can't get those out with an orange juice and an Arnold Palmer and not even an acknowledgment or a thank you for coming in or we appreciate it???? Are spicy chicken biscuits only a Texas thing? This location didn't have them. Add them to the menu please for visitors stopping in. Chick Fil A is still awesome though. This location was clean, and had trash compactors instead of regular cans, which is cool. read more

This chick fil a was unreal! It was slammed and they were SOOOOO EFFICIENT!! I have never been in a drive thru that ran like this one. The line was easily 8 cars deep, suddenly 2 employees come out the restaurant & begin taking orders on iPads. Then as you drive up there is another employee taking payments. They were hustling and it made the line move very quick! Well run chain!! read more

I ordered the triple slider combo which are three small cheeseburgers with fries and a drink. You can pay extra to get double meat or bacon, but I decided to go with the base model. The sliders are slightly smaller than a Jr. Cheeseburger from Wendy's (which happens to be across the street) if you want a comparison. The sliders were very impressive to me. The beef was fresh and the patty was thicker than I expected. It looks like it was made just there and not some uniform frozen patty like most places serve. The buns were soft and flaky, like brioche style. Three was plenty enough to fill me up. Their fries are cut just like Chik-Fil-A, but they are much crispier and have a seasoned coating that's fantastic. You also get quite a lot, which impressed me. I've noticed most places seem to skimp on french fries for some reason, so this was welcome. I did not pay extra for their dipping sauce because they were so good even without ketchup. I went here at 12:30pm on a weekday and service was quick. Only a couple of cars were ahead of me and I only had to wait a few minutes. I heard they were a little slow when the place first opened, but that was to be expected. Seems like they got it figured out now.

This place is so disrespectful/ racist. Some white lady hit a car in front of her and the lady in front of her so happened to be African American. The rest of the people on the drive thru line wait to see if she would go up and apologize. After that I go up to see if the African American lady was okay but also she had a CHILD! The rest of the people get out and approach the white lady and letting her know the situation. She's says sorry from INSIDE her car and never got out and the people in chick fil-A seen ALL of this. They finally leave the place and CHECK ON THE WHITE LADY!? Wth... Then all the people who were trying to help the African American woman and her kid was not served and had cops called on them. This is an awesome Chick-fil-A location! It is always clean. There is always a line and it always moves quickly. They do have a place place for the kids as well. There are fresh flowers on every table and everyone is always so sweet, helpful, and smiling! They play hymns without the words which is a sweet touch. We don't always get out to the Gulfport location but when we do, we're never sorry! read more

So very friendly. Always get my order correct and the service is fast even when the cars are backed down the highway. Had a bad day and got home to open my bag with a free brownie and a note from chick-fil-a. This place is never a disappointment read more

But the chicken was super good. I loved the texture of the breading, and the tenders didn't feel heavy or oily. Fries were mid, nothing special. And they were cold. That sauce is where the shine. I think that's the reason they stand out. I probably won't go back because I'd rather get service with a smile and delicious chicken at any other place. Another review giving it to you straight, no chaser! Enjoy!

This is NOT like Subway. I was pleasantly surprised at the menu options. The store was neat and clean as were the restrooms. The one and only thing that makes me not give 5 stars is that every table needed wiping down. We had to clean the table ourselves and we were the only customers there. They definitely weren't busy. All in all we enjoyed it. If I'm ever back down that way I will eat there again.

I usually get a combo of a sandwich and soup or salad, and they now offer a trio option if you want some of each. In addition they have sides and desserts like cake slices or their amazing peanut butter rice crispy treats. They also offer pizzas with various toppings. My two favorites are the Newk's Club or the Turkey Avocado. Everything is made to order and you can see it all done right behind the counter, then they will bring it out to you. I appreciate that the soups are lower in calories, as are most of the salads. I really like the veggies that go in the greek salad, too. Newk's also has some of the best homemade pimento cheese and chicken salad around. Neither are like what you'd normally find at a grocery store. We've often bought containers of these to go so we can take home to enjoy. My only complaint is that you'll come out of there smelling like a toaster because of the bread smell. It's not bad but it seems to permeate whatever I'm wearing and I find that annoying when I smell like a restaurant the rest of the day. Subways is bad about this, too. I suppose it is somewhat unavoidable given this type of eatery.

They have a chess board in the corner. They have a tv in the corner. I could not tell if they off WiFi? Great place to eat and enjoy. Casual dining atmosphere. If you want. Many get their food to go. The sandwich was huge, plenty for sharing and very tasty. It's not fancy but is clean and has plenty of seating. It was a perfect lunch spot for us.

They have bar seating up to large tables for bigger groups. There's plenty of parking in their lot out front and to the side of the building. Daddyz isn't fancy. Don't come here if you're seeking mimosas and avocado toast. But if you want THE BEST breakfast at the BEST price: this is where to come. They have incredible biscuits and gravy. They make huge delectable omelets. They have a great kids menu and the prices can't be beat. They even offer a military discount on Saturdays. My littlest is obsessed with their apple butter and we are obsessed with the experience. We LOVE the staff. We usually have the same server and she is FANTASTIC. She's friendly and never lets our coffee cups go empty. She's great with our kids and we have never left Daddyz unhappy. Definitely check them out!!!
