We made a reservation and our table was ready at that time. The place was hopping with many large groups. The fireplaces were on and it felt cozy. Our waiter was attentive and grabbed our drink order and waiting for our sixth before giving us the specials which he rattled off with ease and answered our questions. Food was yummy and perfectly spaced between appetizer, salads, and entrees. I got the horseradish-crusted filet. Yum. I don't eat meat a lot but I was eager for yummy filet and this did not disappoint. Perfectly cooked to medium. The waiter boxed our leftovers which is always nice because there's not a lot of space to do so. Great place to celebrate. Prices are good for the quality.

This was our first meal at the Chop House, we had to try the prime rib and lamb chops. They were equally delicious, cooked to perfection! Flavor was top notch! The service was super friendly, they don't miss a beat! Bob and John were our outstanding servers! Thank you for the great service, good time and amazing food! We found our new favorite restaurant!

5 Stars! Excellent food, service, ambiance, it's clean and they take reservations.... just a fantastic experience all around. I'd highly recommend Chop House for a meal by yourself, a date, casual family dining or even special events, it's a versatile restaurant. We made reservations and they seated us immediately when we arrived. Parking can be tricky at peak times FYI. Our server Johnathan H truly made our evening special. He checked on us frequently, gave suggestions and was an absolute gem. I'm not sure how in depth I need to break down the food because it was all delicious. A standout item is the calamari- it was absolutely tender and the house made cocktail sauce was the best I've ever tasted. My Prime Kansas City Strip was perfectly cooked to medium-rare and delicious. If you like well-aged steaks, this is the place. My only regret is that I should've looked closely at the cocktail menu and saw they muddle the luxardo for the Chop House Old Fashioned. That's on me and my preference, so I'll ask for a non-muddled version next time... and there will definitely be a next time!

One Name Victoria !!!! Victoria was our bartender and one of the kindest people I've ever met! Although she stayed busy she was very attentive to our needs and resolving issues. The drinks were 10/10 The food was 7/10 enjoyable and well priced but no major WOW factor; however, I would go back again. The space is very nice and meets all moments, date night, family dinner, casual drinks whatever your celebration it fits. It looks like it can accommodate large parties would recommend you calling to confirm,

9oz horseradish crusted filet, cream corn, burgundy mushrooms

First visit ever to a Chop House. Make a reservation. We went on a Monday, and they were slammed. We were seated immediately upon arriving at our time slot. By the time we left, there was an hour wait. Menu is quite extensive and I decided on a filet. I'm generally a rib eye guy but the filet was a nice change from the norm for me. I did the horseradish crust 9 oz, add burgundy mushrooms. My two included sides were the creamed corn brûlée and Parmesan Spinach. My wife had the 6 oz filet and a salad as well as the corn. Steak was cooked a precise Medium Rare and was a good cut. I had an old fashioned and would give that a 3 out of 5. Reason I knock the drink was the cherry was a mashed up mess, ice used was standard vending machine ice, and mix tasted like a stirrings bottle pre-mix. Nothing special or on the same level as their meal. My wife had a vodka based drink that I did not try. Our dining mates were also pleased with their meals and we both mentioned that we'd return.

We arrived not knowing about the lunch specials that were still available. I ordered the steak sirloin with mac and cheese, Cesar side salad and the hubby ordered the burger lunch special. I was obsessed with my steak. Perfectly cooked medium. Mac & cheese was amazing. For dessert we ordered the strawberry butter cake. It was mouth watering! The margaritas were so good too! Our waitress was very attentive. Service was great and ambiance was nice.

The 7 ounce sirloin steak was cooked medium a loaded stuffed potato was perfect, I recommended this place to everyone keep up the good work, chophouse Kevin.

It's never a good sign when the best thing you at at a steakhouse was the bread and butter prior to the meal, but here we are. While my associate ate a steak (that looked like a pretty unimpressive cut of meat for a ribeye), I opted for the Chilean sea bass. You can tell from the pic how overcooked the sea bass was as well as how undercooked the head of broccoli was. Beyond a friendly (maybe too chatty) server, and the fact that they sat us right away even though we arrived long before our reservation, the rest of this meal was a dud.

I have been here 3 times, and every single time was 10/10. Prime rib is consistently perfect, lamb chops are INCREDIBLE. Service is consistently top tier, and the booths are quiet even in a busy place. Good family restaurant! We love Chop House.

Amazing staff and service. Loved the vibe. I came here for my best friends 40th birthday. We got spinach dip for an appetizer. We both got steak with shrimp and shared a chocolate mouse cake. Everything came out quickly and tasted amazing.

The service was impeccable. The food was delicious. And the ambiance was very appealing. This was my first time here so I did a reservation since it was Valentine's Day. Glad I did. We walked in and were immediately seated. Our server was so helpful. Great recommendations for appetizers and drinks (even tho she didn't drink). The salad was fire, the mac and cheese was fire, the lamb chops were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The eggs were bussing. The drink was delicious. And the prices were reasonable! I will definitely add this as a go to date spot.

I ordered the chicken piccata and it was flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and had a slightly crispy skin on the chicken that made it even better. Everyone at our table was genuinely happy with their meals, which says a lot. We also got the cheesecake for dessert and it was seriously delicious. We weren't able to get reservations in time so we opted to sit at the bar and it was a wonderful time. The bartender was super nice, chill and yet attentive. My wife got the scallops with a side of Brussels sprouts and loved it, not a huge serving but cooked to perfection. (She was perfectly happy with the portion but I would have been whining). I got the quail, my goodness it was amazing! It was a generous portion and I ate every bite. I seriously haven't had anything that good in a coon's age. Written reviews matched our secondary experiences. The service was disjointed, and uncoordinated, and the food, should have never been brought to the table. But the claims of, "Under New Management", offered some hope of reviving the standards that had previously earned their namesakes, reputation and growth. This morning's breakfast experience was an astounding disappointment. Greeted and seated by cordial, pleasant staff, we were a party of 3, occupying only the second table, at 9:15 AM. (That emptiness itself should have been a hint of what was to come.) It took much longer than expected just to get coffee and water. Still longer, to place an order, and nearly half-an-hour for the actual meal service. The quality of the food, was nothing short of astonishingly poor. Most notably, cold. Considering there were only two tables occupied in the entire dining room, the cold servings were the first indication of coordination, communications, process, and standards shortfalls. The food preparation showed the skillsets of a 12 year-old, trying to mimic Mom's kitchen routine. How can a restaurant cook not do toast? It was white bread, with a slightly stiff outer layer. Most people would describe it as, "stale bread"; not toast. The pancakes served with the "Lieper's Fork Favorite", were beyond belief. Three hard little discs, served cold, with chilled hard pats of butter, and NO syrup. I actually demonstrated to the very nice server, that the pancakes could NOT be cut with a fork. Again - could NOT be cut with a fork! Come on... They're PANCAKES! Not a single bite could be sampled, without the utility of a knife. I am not a small person. I tried three places around the brown discs to acquire a bite. Țhe effort was foreboding enough. Ì surrendered. The scrambled eggs and bacon were edible, though lacking temperature, and uncaring presentation. When the server saw that the pancakes were as fork resistant as a Frisbee, she took the plate to the kitchen manager. He was a nice, apologetic young man, who acknowledged that the pancakes were "Overcooked on one side..." He did offer to make more. I declined. I told him I sincerely appreciated his offer. But the issue was much deeper, than plastic pancakes. As indicated by the lack of clientele in a fairly large restaurant, there was a blinding flash of the obvious. They were squandering the owner's investment. The kitchen staff lacked the skillsets to produce the simplest traditional American Breakfast - and - the wisdom to refrain from placing it up for service. The plating looked SO incredibly bad, that it was obvious that both standards and personal pride were totally absent. The staff was nice. Ignorance is curable. Training, processes, and well established standards can develop nice people into effective business associates. It's not their fault. They have NO leadership directions. The owners have let them down. Țhose owners have had ample signals and time to cure these maladies. They have a model, in their other facilities - that's how / why they opened more than one restaurant. But those owners are apparently oblivious to the signals of absentee management, process inconsistency, and the gross lack of product standards, leading to failure. To those nice people working at Puckett's, I have a sincere recommendation. The best time to find a job, is when you already have one. Your current employer is going to fail; sooner rather than later. They will surely continue with their communications shortfalls. They will not tell you in advance. They will simply let you go when they finally lock the doors. Take care of yourself. FInd an employer who has a distinct business survival plan. Such plans, include coordination, process leadership, training, and holding a team accountable to perform to the standards they were trained to. You're not getting that.
