This CFA has the worst customer service that I have encountered. We moved from another state, and I had high expectations for CFA considering that we now live outside Atlanta. Unfortunately, other CFA's in other states have higher standards of customer satisfaction. The Hiram location consistently has employees that sit at a booth by the door that leads outside to the playground while on break. These employees sit on their phones and don't bother to help moms who clearly need assistance. (I speak from experience as a mom who has tried to get to the outside play area with my food, a high chair, a 3 year old and 1 year old while 26 weeks pregnant and beyond.) I understand that these employees are on break, but they should sit in an inconspicuous area...not right where most customers need assistance. It makes them appear rude and lazy. Additionally, the staff is the least friendly that I have encountered. They seem unengaged, tired and unhappy to be working almost every time that I encounter them at the register. They do say, "my pleasure", but their expression and tone leads me to believe that they'd rather be anywhere else. Meanwhile, I attempt to be kind and courteous despite wrangling multiple kids. I found another CFA not too far from this location and plan to drive the extra 5 minutes for that location. Their customer service is top notch! read more

This chikfila is very unorganized and has no sense of urgency. We sat in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes simply waiting on two spicy chicken meals. About 10 or 11 cars received their food before we received ours. read more

I don't typically write reviews of places where I didn't actually spend anything, but I'm just gonna put this out there: this location is set up terribly for the endless pandemic saga. No dine in - okay whatever. But no curbside pickup? Come on! It's not March 2020 anymore. The only option for dining here is to wait in a drive thru line that spans 3 parking lots and risk your life with the other aggressive drive thru drivers. Ok, I know I'm exaggerating with the risk your life talk, but we all know how competitive a CFA drive thru line can get. We recently moved to the area and wanted to grab some CFA on the way home from an event for our kids. Needless to say, they were pretty disappointed when we couldn't sit for half an hour plus with a screaming baby in the car for "fast" food. The chicken in my biscuit was literally smaller than the chicken on my sisters mini. It was so thin and tough also that it was hard to chew. I would be ashamed to serve that to anyone, that piece should have been tossed in the trash but instead they decided to try and dupe a customer. Also on Valentine's Day it's known that Chick-FIL-A has heart shaped biscuits, I think it truly shows just how lazy this location is when all of the others in the surrounding area participated and they opted out. Always fresh food and nice employees! Quick service and my order is always correct! Sometime line looks intimidating but moves quick.

These people are wonderful. We went there and you have to use their drive thru, the dine in is locked. The line was way long- around the building and out to the parking lot. My 8 year old granddaughter had to go to the bathroom and my fear was that I'd have to leave the line we had waited in for so long to take her to use it at Target. My daughter then ask the lady working here if there was any possibility of her using the bathroom inside and they let her! I hope I ain't getting nobody in trouble by posting this for breaking normal policy but you just don't know how much this meant to us for them to do this and not make us leave the line to go elsewhere. The food from this location is never really hot and up to par with other locations, and the drive thru service is terribly slow. They always seem unprepared or out of something. Ever since the "remodeling" this chick fil a has gone downhill. I have visited this location 3 times and have had an item missing from my order. The most recent time I was missing a chicken sandwich and fries which I discovered upon getting home. Immediately I called and I spoke to the manager "k" she assured me that I would receive my sandwich and fries I told her I did not want to come back being as though I had three kids and a newborn in the car screaming but that my husband will pick it up. When he got there that evening to pick up the chicken sandwich and fries they made him pay for the fries and drink and said that it wasn't a free meal the customer service there sucks. After waiting 20 minutes in their drive-through only to get an order mixed up and not get compensated for it I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A read more

I use to love Chick-fil-A, it was the best place to go- no stress, no worries, good food and you never had to check the bag. Between this location and the one in Dallas (down the road) my order never fails to get messed up. I seem to never receive what I ordered, whether it's breakfast or late at night. Wish everyone in the drive through would stop goofing off and actually pay attention to what they are doing and not mix up others orders. For presenting its company as "good quality service" I've been more disappointed the past few visits than ever before. The service here is worse than the McDonalds next store. STEP IT UP read more

This location has a serious problem with filling orders correctly in the mornings. I go to this location often as it is convenient on my way to work. The times that I have brought it to managements attention they would refund the money for my items missing but dismissed the fact that items were missing. It's like " here's your money back so we didn't steal from you but tuff luck about getting your breakfast" I can understand if it happened once , but at this location it happens often and even my coworkers say the same things. read more

They did not give me my sauce, and when I returned and requested fresh fries for my inconvenience, they took the fries out of my hand and put them back on the line to give to another customer. I think it's safe to assume that this is the reason my fries are always less than satisfactory. I won't be eating here again that's for certain. read more

The best of the fast food chains is Chick Fila, this location I stop by on the way to work for breakfast in the morning and for lunch on the way home if I get home early. Courteous staff trained in the " my pleasure" mantra of the Ritz Carlton culture and the food is consistently good. Fresh made lemonade from actual real lemons and the always appreciated pepper mill. What fast food restaurant has a one? This chain does!! Great choice for a economical and filling meal with a company that gets "it". This store also supports the armed forces and law enforcement by discounting their meals. I'm sure that's very appreciated by those who serve!!! read more

This location is great, their chicken is fresh, employees are friendly albeit a little too friendly because they can't tell a customer when they're in the wrong. For example, this morning I pulled in to get breakfast and most of the side parking was full so I parked in the front of the building and saw a lawn company took up four spaces, they should have parked their truck and trailer in the lot of the closed company next door so now anyone wanting to eat Chick-fil-A has to park farther away. So this is the first time I've eaten at this Chick-fil-A in over 3 years and now I can see why. I came to order food day after Christmas because a friend was in the local Hiram hospital.. which would make you think they would be on their top game the day after Christmas knowing how busy they will be. But I guess not, sense I only ordered a simple number one meal, well done. When I get home I open my sandwich to discover half of the skin has fallen off and the rest is just soggy. Never have I had a problem at the Mars hill rd Chick-fil-A, not the one located on Cobb parkway whenever I requested for my sandwich well done. I don't know about you, but if I'm getting a FRIED chicken sandwich... it needs to come out looked FRIED not sad and soggy. Long story short I called and was put on the list to get a free meal the next day. next day I order my meal and it comes out 10x worse and even more soggy then the first sandwich.. including my fries so I refuse to even call up their again to be put on the " List" because apparently they don't see that as an incentive to correct their mistakes. Quick moving drive-thru Kirk (the owner/operator) is usually present and running a tight ship. Local and state law enforcement in the area frequent the restaurant so you always feel safe. read more

This is just about the only fast food that I eat other than Subway. This particular restaurant is one of the best Chick-Fil-A's. They are always friendly. It is always clean including the bathroom. Lots of law enforcement, paramedics and fireman eat here on a regular basis. They must offer some kind of discount for them or they just really like it like me. It is very busy at breakfast and lunch...not too busy in the evenings. The parking lot needs to be a bit larger. It was remodeled last year and it looks really nice. They actually have an employee to come around and offer to refill your drink or get missing plasticware or condiments for you.. How nice is that? So not like any fast food place I've ever been to. I went thru the drive thru on September 3rd at about 8:30 and the woman Jean in the drive thru window proceeded to call me a ni**er after I asked for some strawberry jelly for my minis. I was so appalled and in shock I just drove to work and when I got off I called to let the manager know what had happened. They told me that they just couldn't believe she said that to me. Like hello lady what am i getting out of this , She clearly said it to me. They informed that someone would contact me about the issue and I never heard anything but she said I can get my meal replaced. Like I don't want anything from a place that calls me out of my name based on my race. Absolutely disgusting! Especially considering the fact that she still works there. My daughter absolutely LOVES Chick-Fil-A. We stopped at this Chick-Fil-A location about a week ago and we both were extremely impressed with the service. As soon as we walked in the door, there were three cashiers ready and waiting to take our order. We ordered two meals, and instead of waiting around the counter for it, like at many other fast food places, our cashier asked us to go sit down and offered to bring our meals out to us. I assumed that this was because maybe they were busy with drive through orders and thought that meant we'd be waiting awhile. Much to my surprise, she brought it out within seconds of us sitting down. Halfway through our lunch, another employee stopped by our table and asked us if we needed anything, and offered to take our tray from us. I honestly felt that here is a restaurant that appreciates their customers and knows a thing or two about what customer service really means. Even though this is not the closest Chick-Fil-A to us, we will drive the extra mile to go to this one in the future, just because of their service! read more

Aside from the food not being up to par with other locations, I have on multiple occasions been told that they ran out of ingredients for breakfast prior to 10:30. This is not my favorite Chick-fil-A. While they are involved in the community and the staff is friendly, the food is not always fresh. I have only visited during breakfast. The biscuits are always overcooked, hard, or cold. Hashbrowns look and taste like they have been sitting out a long time. They have a great location but I drive further to visit another location. read more
