Not sure why the lines are so long? This location over-cooks the chicken; not good! The chicken salad however is super, great, and so delicious! Did not mention to staff or manager because they work hard, the customers are non-stop. If I go again, it will only be the salad at this location. This location is great! There are a lot of Chick-fil-A locations all over, but this particular one is well organized and the wait time is also good here. Plus, when ordering inside or in drive thru, you don't feel rushed and it's pretty calming. I have been to quite a few other locations, read reviews of people who are just disappointed and frustrated even before paying or eating their food. Not my first or last time visiting this Chick-Fil-A. Only reason for the 4 stars and not the 5 is because of the way they handle missing items on orders. I'm a frequent Chick-Fil-A app customer, I visit this location for lunch every now and than, and the one on Wilma Rudolph on weekends every once in a while. My mobile app order consisted of 5 items, one of which was missing, but I didn't notice 'till arriving at home. The app used to let you "let 'em know how they did" upon picking up your order, we'll it no longer does and I called and was told I had a week to go in person and basically pick up my missing item. As I priorly stated I use the app a lot and would rather have it issued to me as a "reward" for me to use at any point and not within a week, which I can only pick up at this specific location. That said, the restaurant and this location in particular provide good service and great food. Do expect the drive thru lines to be packed during lunch, literally everyday day of the week. Don't let that, however, keep you from visiting this location which provides fast and friendly service whether you choose to dine in or visiting in the drive thru! read more

I find it hard to say that Chick-fil-a is gross, but this location is one that should be passed by for anything else. The food wasn't good and we all felt sick after getting our to go order, which seemed like it took 4 hours. I went last night which was July 29 to the drive-through. Nice young woman took my order. I ordered two things because I didn't actually know what I wanted so I ordered a market salad and I ordered a number one chicken sandwich with waffle fries. I had the waffle fries on the way home. I assumed they would be a little bit crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and I did not want them to cool off and be mushy... Wrong! They were just mushy anyway. Disappointed. I got home and decided I wanted the chicken sandwich. The chicken was overcooked, dry and sinewy. Only 2 pickles. So I added a couple pickle slices and some mayonnaise because it was so dry. That way I could at least swallow it. Salad as for lunch tomorrow but I opened it and looked at it and everything looks good in it except there was two cores and the chicken is over cooked and the salad as well. Just an FYI Chick-fil-A the core of the lettuce head is garbage. Don't put that in salads! That's lazy! And I got no salad dressing. For these few items it was $18. I hope I don't find core in my salad again. It's been very very hot for weeks and these cashiers are standing outside, they have fans behind them, the batteries are run down. My cashier said by the time she gets on shift the battery is dead so the fan is useless to her. So she's standing there melting. I believe Chick-fil-A can do better and needs to do better. read more

I got the chicken tenders, A medium fry, Ice cream, And a soda from the drive thru The service was great but they sounded a bit annoyed maybe it was just me? Anyways it didn't take long but the line was long though but that Is ok! When i got my food the chicken tenders were already cold a bit yet i didn't complain everything else was fine I know, I know I said it was a drive thru but from previous experiences inside the ambiance was good floors were clean and the tables were pretty dirty though but over all I don't know why people rate it a 1 star? Slowest Chick Fil A we've ever been to. 20 mins and we've probably moved 4 cars up in line. If we hadn't already paid for a car load of ppl we'd leave but at this rate I'm considering anyway. So update we finally got our food at 40 mins. Now we are at front of line waiting just for our drinks. Wife finally got out to see if our drinks were one for the 20 or so sitting premade and somebody said oh I know where it is. And we are finally on our way after a solid 55 minutes. Why have an express lane if the regular lane folks will get their food way faster than you ? I saw 3-5 cars in the regular lane before one car in the express lane got their food. Usually most chick-fil-A locations have several associates outside taking orders and delivering food but this location is super slow. I was just there and it was not busy. Totally screwed up my order! I asked for crunchy fries and one waffle fry. They gave me both waffle. I brought it to the attention of the server(drive through) and told her I asked for one waffle and one crunchy fry. She took the bag and pointed to "it says 2 medium fries." Normally love Chick-fil-A and will go out of the way to eat here. Stopped by early for dinner on a road trip (5:00 pm). Team was messing around. Was the only guest in line and all team members had their backs to us as talked amongst themselves. Finally someone asked if we had been served. He apologized. Food took about 15 minutes to arrive. Woman who delivered was very polite and kind. Sandwiches and fries were great. 8 piece nuggets were half random end pieces and half legitimate nuggets. Went to order a chocolate shake. 15 minutes later it still wasn't dropped off. Went back to the counter. Took 5 minutes to be helped. Nobody could find it. Eventually the guy who took the order (a trainer per his name tag), who was talking to his buddy instead of helping the guests found that the shake was just sitting on the counter. This was the poorest customer service at a Chick-fil-A that we have experienced. Disappointing given that Chick-fil-A's service is so top notch. read more

Fresh, fast, and clean.......which is a rare find in Hopkinsville. The breakfast is fresher than any other place in town, not a huge amount of choices but what they have is very good quality. Coffee is really good and the line moves fast. It can be a litlle tricky getting in and out at peak times, but not a big deal. All in all its a typical Chick. read more
