This location is consistently forgetting things you ordered. This is the only chic fil a location around the area that will consistently forget items in your drive through order. It's happened multiple times. The location is so convenient but they just can't get it right. I don't understand why you have 100 employees working at all times but seems like they are all just running into each other instead of doing their jobs. read more

Well, you know the food is good and fresh. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. My kiddo got a shake and when he squeezed the cup, the top popped off and the shake spilled. The kid behind the counter, Joseph, went into hero mode and made him another shake. After reviewing most of the reviews, I have the same complaint. They also mess up or forget something with your order. I've ordered an ice cream for my son a few times, and they always forget about it. This time, I decided to contact a manager; of course, a manager was not at work. No manager on duty wish leads to poor quality of service and food. Adrian explained that they had broken printers and couldn't see the receipt to provide the drinks and ice cream. I asked him if the manager or someone in a supervisory role was aware. He said they should. He didn't attempt to resolve my issue, and I had to ask him to. I wondered if one of the managers (Vanessa or Aliyah) could call me to explain if a printer is why every customer cannot receive the correct drinks or ice cream and what they are doing to correct the problem. This is the closest location to my house, so my family & I frequent this location quite often. Asked to modify the new lemon salad whereas it could be all romaine lettuce, hold the kale. I was told this modification isn't an option, however my sister had the salad modified just like I asked last week. Based on how this location drive thru is designed I couldn't just leave, although that was my idea. The sup, named Garrett, comped the salad that I'll have to pick kale out of. Sam Houston Pkwy N Houston Tx 77044 tonight, and the lady in the drive-through window was very rude and unfriendly, on top of that when we got home, my daughter-in-law opened her bag and inside was a used napkin, my daughter-in-law called to let them know and the person hung up in her face twice, she called a second time and the lady told her she doesn't know how that got inside her bag and she wasn't able to credit her account but can offer her a cookie and fries, smh, so me being me, I decided to call and asked for corporates phone number as well as the name of the manager in charge and YES I called corporate! Drive Thru: This location in particular is always so busy especially during lunch time, yet the workers are always so sweet and courteous. I had an order for door dash. I typically go inside, but when I looked online it stated *most* lobby's close at 10. There were 3 cars ahead of me, so I figured I would just try the drive thru. After waiting I pulled up to the window and was notified that they "couldn't give door dash orders thru the window". I showed her what I read on the internet and she just said "sorry"...... My last 3 times ive been here 1) They couldn't give me warm chicken in my grilled wrap, but beltway 8 always gets it. 2) I got their new large mocha cold brew coffee, and they didnt even fill it up to the top!! 3) my last and FINAL time coming here; i ordered a 12 cnt nugget meal and they gave my order to the wrong customer. they replace my meal and by the time i got to my destination and look into my bag and they gave me only 8 ‍... i call the store, they didnt give me any receipt, and they couldnt even find my order. i guess the person who took my order spelled my name wrong so the lady couldnt even search me up. Everyone was so friendly and courteous like you expect at Chick Fil A. The food has always been warm, fresh, and delicious. There's a reason why this place is always so busy! You can save time if you order through the app ahead of time and then your order is already being taken care for and payment is done beforehand you even get there, then you can run in and pick up or park and they'll bring it to you or you can speed through the drive thru. I've had 2 unpleasant occurrences at this location!!! The last I was expecting not to be in the line for a long time since i did a drive-thru mobile order. I've been to many different chick-fil-a's and had great service. This one could be better. Could be because they are new and still green, but I didn't have a good experience. Went through the drive thru and asked for a regular deluxe sandwich with no tomatos or pickles, with American cheese. She repeated it back wrong, so I corrected her and had her repeat it to me. She repeated it right. Asked for two Polynesian and two BBQ sauces. Checked my food, and it had pickles and pepper jack. Also only gave me one Polynesian and one chick-for-a sauce.
