This once was a nice Chick-fil-A that lived up to the reputation, but over the last 2 years this location has gone downhill. This is the only Chick-fil-A that serves this area on or near highway 6 (mission bend, four corners, end of Alief). The chicken isn't as fresh, 3 times out of 5 I'm missing a nugget, fries are cold, side salads are wilted and soggy, and they forget something, like my drink this last time, which finally prompted me to write this review, but mostly it's the sauce or other condiments. After visiting them twice, I felt it was time for a review so here I am. Yes, I've been living in Houston/Katy and I've only been to Chick-fil-A twice lol. This chain, and this location in particular must be my favorite fast food, because some options in their menu are actually pretty healthy. I love how friendly the employees are and how they're willing to go the extra mile just to make you a satisfied customer. I tried the breakfast sandwich and the chicken wrap, and needless to say.. I loved both. Every time I drive by this location and others, there is plenty of people inside, and the drive-through is packed, so I guess this spot is my favorite, and the favorite of many others as well. We had order a regular and a large fry .. and the amount of fires they gave us for the large fries was just a regular fries portion. I was given a gift certificate for Christmas, that's the only reason I bought breakfast there. Will not happen again, giving the GC with the remaining balance to a friend. Tried to order the chicken grill sandwich with a cup of decaf coffee. They no longer serve decaf. Some of us can't drink caffeinated or carbonated beverages, so if I can't get my preferred drink with my food, I will not return. The grilled chicken in the sandwich didn't taste very good anyway. Tasted old and previously cooked, then refrigerated. And the egg white was pretty horrible was well. Very rubbery. Overall lousy food, taste and selection. I went to chick fil A at 8:45am this morning and ordered three chicken egg white grill sandwiches for me, my husband and my mom. This is the perfect light, healthy breakfast sandwich. The line in the drive through is always long at this location but I am not by any means complaining. I just look at it as being a testament as to how popular and good the food is. The line always moves very fast and efficiently and my order is ALWAYS right. I love that this location also has events for my kids. It's not a good idea to come to this Chick-fil-A 30 minutes before breakfast ends. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit in the basket was rock hard and the sandwich was extremely dry. It's clear that breakfast is ending and that they are not required to produce their best in the last leg of breakfast. I ordered half a dozen cookies and all of them were rockhard and then I had a birthday cookie are supposed to receive for my birthday which they left oit. I did ask for fries and they did begin to serve them 15 minutes before 1030 so I'm very thankful. I do think that it times this place is very sloppy I remember I also ordered a salad and requested two avocados dressings and I only got the salad with no dressing whatsoever.
