Was excited to try this place after reading the initial reviews and very happy reviewers steered me right! Highly recommend trying this place out - reasonable pricing for the amount of food and decent amount of options and yes it was yummy! Service 5+/5 Food 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 (clean, bright, plenty of seating) Shout out to Bash who was fantastic. When I asked him which chicken salad was the best or most popular, he started handing me samples instead so I could decide for myself. I only tried the non-spicy ones but was pleasantly surprised by the nutty mandarin (5+/5). The bacon ranch (5/5) was also good but not surprised because ... it's bacon and ranch. I had a hard time choosing between the two because I knew I wanted the panini pressed croissant AND the chicken noodle soup but Bash helped me out by pointing to the two scoop combo. Nutty mandarin went on my croissant, bacon ranch was a scoop on the side, and still got my soup! Bash took great care of us and made sure we didn't leave disappointed The panini came with melted cheese and was wonderfully toasted/flaky. I added tomato slices, spinach, and pickled red onion. It was delicious and the perfect size. Will return for sure! read more

What a find! I'm glad I found this and gave it a try. "B" the gentlemen working there is so hospitable, very rare these days. He let me try all the different chicken salad so that I could pick the right one. They were all fantastic and fresh. I ended up with one scoop of the Hottie with a side. Definitely worth it. I've been on a bit of a chicken salad craze lately and decided to branch out from the usual spots like Chicken Salad Chick to see what else was out there. I'm so glad I did, because this place blew me away. The chicken salad here is on a whole different level... it's fresh, flavorful & made with ingredients that actually taste like quality. It honestly surprises me that more people aren't talking about this spot because the food deserves way more hype than some of the bigger chains. The texture, the seasoning, and the freshness were all spot on!! You can tell they put care into what they're serving. They have all different kinds of chicken salad from your typical "classic" to creative flavors like jalapeño and bacon ranch, and they are absolutely on point in terms of flavor and texture. I met the owner of this shop and her sister out in the parking lot after closing. I was leaving another business and walking to my car when I saw them handing out brochure menu's of their restaurant to random pedestrians. I had the opportunity to meet them and I have so much respect for this determination to market their business. I had to ask them more about their story and it is so heartwarming to hear. I am not from houston and the restaurant was closed to couldn't try the food, however the owner did offer to let me in and make me something. I didn't have to try the food I know it will be good due to how much heart and love was put into the establishment and to make it run. You line up and order at the registers, and they give you a number marker to deliver your meal to your table. There's partial booth and low table seating inside. There's fountain drink and tea at the far end of the dining area towards the single gender restrooms. I don't remember what I tried years ago, so I went with the one scoop and two sides. I had the traditional Classic Carol, loaded potato soup and grape salad. My admin asst raved about it, so I had to try. Plus, I needed some fruit in my life. The Classic Carol is plain with celery, mayo and their secret seasoning. I liked that the celery was not overpowering. In fact, I couldn't really see it. I thought it was ok paired with the wheat crackers. I shared some with my other coworker who ordered Olivia's Old South which has sweet pickles and hard boiled eggs.
