I order through drive thru and request 2 #1 and when I went to the window the lady goes and tell me 2 spicy ones and I corrected her which she was very very rude but talking back saying I order 2 spicy. I've been to several CFA, and this one takes the trophy for the slowest and worst customer service. You see often that they work in teams and always so cheerful, very attentive to everybody and always willing to help or work with you. This one is my closest CFA to my work site, walking distance, and every time I go, it's the same bland and that vibe that they don't want to be there. Like you work at a food chain that is all about that cheerfulness and dedication for its customers, why even apply if you're not willing to do what the company is all about. Several of my co workers have had several complains & issues with this restaurant, so I'm pretty sure they all need some team exercise activities or attitude classes cause sheesh. The manager seems like he barely knows what he's doing, never heard him cheer on his team or take care of a customer when he sees one upfront, just tells someone else to get it. I placed an order for a medium platter of Chicken Nuggets with one bottle of sauce, a large fruit platter and plates and silverware for a group of kids at an after-school activity. I arrived a little after the requested time. It took a while for someone to wait on me and another while for the order to be assembled. They even offered to carry out the order for me. When we got to the car, I noticed the plates were missing. He said he would bring them right out. Five minutes later I went in to get them. I finally got to the school (after a frantic call from the teacher "Where are you?") started to put out the food and realized the sauce was missing. This is the most unusual Chick-fil-A I have ever dined with! Customer service is Big here! Service is primo, if your order is not immediately ready, it is brought to your table. Smiles everywhere, excellent problem solving skills by management, too! When a hiking traveler wandered in and started panhandling, no altercation, simply compassion. A complimentary breakfast mini and coffee along with an extremely polite policy explanation and the traveling hiker stopped panhandling (me), and without disruption was on his way. Real flowers at the table are a nice touch,too! Very inviting atmosphere. Always plentyof firemen and policemen dining and meeting. Food is fresh and tasty! Clean dining area too. Great community giveback programs and activities. I recommend this restaurant at Highway 6 and Bellaire in Houston TX. read more

Dealt with 5 different employees in a regular drive thru experience and the attitudes were negative, overly paced and condescending. To not only customers but each other. Chick-fil-A. Having this place close to home is a blessing. Image customer service here is phenomenal. I wish this place has people to take your order outside like it used to be. It would eliminate some bad reviews or people getting wrong orders over to the people taking orders. They have a small outdoor play area and while my kids were playing they were approached by an employee and asked if everything was ok. I thought that was very nice and appreciated the short but sweet visit and concern for my wee ones. Although this playground was small the kids stayed out there for 15+ min in 38 degree weather. The food was hot and tasted good. The fries were okay but to me tastes better with the chick-fil-A sauce. It's only 22 cents to upgrade to the larger drink and fries but in my humble opinion the size they serve will fill you up if you eat slow.
