I ordered the grilled market salad and I forgot it came with blue cheese, I'm allergic to cheese so I asked if I could get it removed or have another one, and the cashier was the manager she said no she said I had to make sure what I wanted next time I order I said alright that's fine I asked if I could have my money back and she said no because my husband was already eating. The people at this location are always very nice and willing to make my visits the best they can be. My orders are always correct. The only issue I have is that the handicapped parking is situated in such a manner as to make it impossible to access when there is a long line at the drive-through window, which happens every single day. Okay so I ordered a mobile order and purchased Large fries and Chick-fila sandwich, (end up changing to the delux when I went thru the drive thru) but I placed the order 5 mins before I came to the restaurant so I knew it was going to be wait, I pulled to the window and they had me pull forward and brung my food out in less than 5 minutes. I'm thinking since I'm waiting that all my food would be fresh but when I drove off my fries were stale (like then been sitting out longer than ten minutes) and my chicken sandwich wasn't even hot. I tried calling back but no one could not hear me they just kept saying "Hello, hello, hello" I mean I end up eating the food cause I'm on my lunch break and I won't be getting off until 5pm, so bout time I bring them the food back to show how the quality off the food was when I got it, it would be pointless...not trynna be an ass, I just like my food fresh and feel like I should be reimbursed for the inconvenience, but thanks for the service.., I guess read more

I really dislike to give a Chick Fil A a 3 star rating... however! This is the only place that tends to take forever in drive thru AND they forget to give you some of the items in your bag. Example: a number 1 with fries and a drink. I drove off trusting this CFA, because why on earth would a CFA ever screw up an order? Babies in the car on a hot day, roll up and soon discover that they forgot the large French fries. No, the added calories were not needed. However, I was sharing these with a child so she asked for them. Being that I didn't see how I could manage getting 3 kids out of the car, one being a baby.... I had to go through drive thru all over again. Do you think they made up for forgetting to put the fries in the bag? They could have offered a free drink or some ice cream, it's not like they are hard up for business. Not to mention I had to wait in the long line all over again AND it was hot. Nope. When I pulled to the window she asked what size fries (hmmm, couldn't even just give a large just for the apology). She just said sorry and I went on my way. Thinking, yup. CFA is a great place, but this one needs some work on customer service. Even the apology was lame. I give 3 stars because who could feel fair giving a Chick Fil A anything lower? I just left this location, Store No. 00858 and I had a very unpleasant interaction with manager, Javier Ramirez. I ordered dinner and I asked for extra egg on my salad. I even paid for extra egg. However, when I received my order it was two very thin slices of the end of an egg. I returned and asked for extra egg like I had paid for. Instead of giving me extra egg, Javier Ramirez wanted me to pay a second time. If we do simple math, on a high end, a WHOLE egg costs less than 0.25/ea. So after I already paid once for extra egg you want me to pay again and I won't even get an entire egg, but simply two more thin slices. Instead of providing good customer service, you chose to argue and upset the customer to where now I want a full refund and you have to trash $34 of food that was already in my car so it has to be thrown away. For a fast food place, Chick Fil A sure knows great service. If you dine inside, they bring your order to the table instead of having you get up to go get it when your number is called. I've had lunch at this place several times, and as of yet I have no complaints. The customer service at this store is awesome, the staff greet you, services you, and bring your food to your table in a timely fashion. The place is clean, and the children's play area is small but neat. They aren't stingy when it comes to sauces, ketchup, etc. In fact they give you an overflow.There are always kids' night activities going on, they constantly give back to the community. They also partcipate in the free give away promotions.The food is great, but it's the customer service that stands out considering it's a fast food place. Every time I visit this location I receive exceptional service. They are always willing to accommodate the client in the best way possible. I chose to pick up a sandwich post workout in the am and they were more than willing to cook a grilled chicken for me instead of the usual fried chicken breakfast sandwiches. Honestly I come here often and their service is usually very good considering they have a lot customers, and it gets pecked. But today the cashier was very rude, her name was Elva. And honestly she kept rolling her eyes and not paying attention to what I was saying. She gave me lemonade and I asked for half lemonade and half tea. Honestly I was very annoyed at her attitude. But luckily the waiter who brought our food his name was Brian was very polite and very attentive and brought me back the correct drink! I cannot describe how much I love the customer service here. The last time I came, the manager opened the door and greeted me with a smile. My visit here didn't start off good. Beginning with confusion at the register, I was told "NEXT!", so I walked up to the register. But there was another person in front of me whose order had been taken with a e.pad. So she goes up to me and says, "I was in front of you". I say, "of course you were, but I'm being yelled at to come up to the register". So the cashier is now confused as to who to help. In the end, that customer had to place her order again due to the confusion. Alright, back to the food. I ordered my usual. #2 Pepper Jack Cheese, No tomatoes, large fries, med drank. I get my order, sit myself down, open the box, check my burger. To my surprise the lettuce looks whack. 2 large yellowish leafs of lettuce. Which usually are always gorgeous green, but not today. Then to make things worse, the pickles were all thrown to the side. Some were even outside the burger. I said, "Noooo, not chick fil a". I expect this lack of coordination from Burger King, McDonald's, Jack in the Box, but not Chick Fil A. Anyways, I ate my burger & fries and left. Overall: not a good experience for me that day. I worked in a Chick-Fil-A as a manager and this location has to be the worse restaurant I been , don't get my wrong the food is good but I'm picky with customer service and this location has never delivered a great customer service. I see managers with their headphones on during the rush. I'm telling myself are you serious. Their times are past 5 minutes which turns red. And their drive thru is always packed because there is no sense of urgency. But yet you rarely see the operator because she doesn't care about improving the restaurant itself. This is the closest Chick Fil A to the house and I have never had a problem here. Often the mascot is there and comes around and plays with the kids. The only issue is the traffic coming or going, as it is right off Highway 6 but we've never had any problems at this location and the staff is always pleasant. read more
