I've been coming to this location for a long time and have generally had a good experience, but recently I've had two separate incidents within the same week where I found hair on my food. One was on a waffle fry and the other was on a hash brown. I'm not sure what has changed recently, but this is really disappointing and honestly pretty disgusting. I hope management can address this with the kitchen staff and make sure everyone is being more careful with food handling and cleanliness. I would hate for this to become a recurring issue. read more

Went through the drive-thru and had a pretty disappointing experience. The employee handing out food walked away, and the other woman (who seemed like a manager) said she "couldn't reach," so I had to open my car door just to get my order... which was awkward and unnecessary. After that, I was asked to pull forward to wait on a kale crunch, which is fine -- but when I politely asked how long it would take, she completely ignored me at first and made me repeat myself. The overall attitude felt dismissive and not friendly at all. I usually expect much better service from Chick-fil-A, so this was definitely not the experience I'm used to. read more

Line took forever to move. Took 9 minutes and moved 2 cars, parked and went inside. I have no clue what was taking so long. They should definitely work on making morning rush more efficient. Employees were polite, just worked slow to fill orders. Hope they can improve for future visits. read more

The breakfast we ate was delicious, hot and fresh. My wife survived Pancreatic cancer surgery and cannot eat just anything. This chick fil a needs to be retrained for customer service: everytime we go, they ignore us at the counter, forget at least 1/2 things in our to go order and never apologize and I have never ever ever heard them say " my pleasure" which is supposed to be their tag line! Fastest Chick-fil-A west of the beltway. Two lanes that merge into one. Don't get distracted or you might realize you're holding up the line. Employees are always pleasant. As you can see from my review 4 years ago, this was a great restaurant. Something has obviously changed for the worse. My receipt was placed in the bag on top of the fries! Who wants a receipt which was touched by bare hands on their food? Not to mention the chemicals from the ink. The receipt was splattered with grease so yeah it made contact with my fries. I usually have something small be missing from my order here. Usually just napkins or the sauce I requested. No biggie it isn't a big deal, but it always happens and I ignore it. I decided to order through the app today so my food would be ready by the time I got here. Unfortunately they don't start preparing your food till you get here. Not a big deal I get that they want to give me hot fresh food. I assumed because it was taking so long they'd make sure my order was right. I was wrong. I ordered myself an egg white grill for breakfast and was bringing home 3 grilled breakfast fillets for my siblings with dietary restrictions to chop up and add to their own breakfast at home so they knew everything that was in their food. I get home and my younger sister approached me and gave me all three filet bags and said I ordered the wrong ones and said I could give them to the dog and they would go without chicken for their breakfast today. I was 100% certain I ordered right and pulled my order up on my phone. I ordered 1 egg white grill, and three grilled breakfast fillets. The bags were even labeled as grilled. What was the purpose of making me wait so long and giving me the wrong items ? I could understand if it was busy, but the drive thru wasn't full and was going way quicker than I was. Fast foods are known for their ups and downs, however i haven't had any issues with chick fila so far, and the trend continued at this location too. Came in around 130pm to dine in and lines was fast and efficient. Got our food in less than 5 minutes. The sandwiches were fresh and crisp and the waffle fries were bursting with flavor. My favorite is the original chicken sandwich and the kids went with the spicy chicken sandwich, which is just as good. Their lemonade is very good and they are also famous for their milk shakes. During our visit, there were couple of employees that kept checking up on customers to ensure everything was up to par and was asking about refills. Overall service was efficient and I found the workers to be friendly and jolly. While others have documented negative feedback, I did not have any issue with this location. read more

However they don't give sauces as ordered, you are lucky to get half the sauce you order. The chicken really is not the best out there. If your idea of chicken strips is dry chicken yet soggy breading, luke warm, hey this is your place. I get my chicken sandwich on the go from any Chick-fil-A location all over the city. And have ordered few times form this location too. But last night I felt like that taste was off or smoothing was just not right. Sure enough, I've got food poisoning and know for a fact it's from that chicken sandwich I got from them as it was my only meal in the evening. I suffered through the night and it's an ongoing issue. Let's just face it, if food is contaminated with bacteria, or virus or parasites, we get infected and get food poison. So it is critical for any eating place to have their premises sparkling clean and not only employees wash their hands after the use of restrooms, but regularly through the day! And change gloves regularly through the day. All of those "innocent" touches of their own hair, skin or clothes while their are in those gloves cause food to be contaminated after all. read more
