I never really leave reviews for big chains but I have to say that my experience was all Chick-fil-A's have been amazing. They have very nice workers with great customer service. Never once had I had any employee with attitude or was unhelpful. When you wait for your food, they bring it to you without the vibe of hating life or their job. Either Chick-fil-A is paying them very well or they're hiring the right people with the right mindset or maybe even both. For their food, although it is slightly pricier, their food is really delicious and fresh tasting. I extremely enjoy their diet lemonade and the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. I always order that and the waffle fries too. So... pretty much the spicy deluxe combo. Haha the awesome thing about the diet lemonade is that it is made with Splenda and it's still nice and sour. Most places make it too sweet and defeats the lemon part of the -ade. read more

Customer service- 5 stars... Haven't been to a Chick-fil-A yet that doesn't have a great customer service. Quality of food- 3 stars... I'm upset that they no longer well give you crispy fries or chicken nuggets if requested. I feel like their fries are never DONE...like they can stand to fry a little longer. So I went on Saturday to get some chicken nuggets for my daughter, while she is eating the nuggets I realize she is chewing, and playing with some plastic. Then I realized that the plastic was fried inside the chicken. So I go back to chick fil a to tell them about the incident, and all they told me was that we can refund you for the nuggets, but not the meal since I didn't bring the whole meal back with me. Last time I ever come back, very insensitive, and a waste of my time. My daughter could've ate that plastic, just glad I realized before she did. read more

The food at chick-fil-a is always great but the wait in the drive thur is horrendous! They need help from the one located on West Road and Hwy 6! I was in the drive thur for 20 minutes!!!! What the heck is taking so long???? At the window, they are fast at taking your payment and giving you your food so I am not aure what is making the line a 20 minute wait. I like to get the chicken noodle soup and the tortilla soup when it is in season! Other great options are the cobb salad which doesnt need salad dressing because it is full of tasty items, or the original chicken sandwich. This location has a really bad drive thru process. The employees seem to not know how to direct the lanes. Communication is completely off. I'm waiting even longer after cars who shows up 10 mins after me to try to manage to get thru to pick up my food. I'd recommend different location or just pick up food inside. This is a little much. This location on Hwy6 and W Little York needs to improve drive-thru process. I had a mobile order and was picking it up in the drive-thru. I had checked in and completed my order. A car in the other lane arrived after me. I was told I would have to pull up after that car. This car hadn't even completed their order. So why should they go before me if I arrived before them? This is not fair. If you have completed your order on drive-thru, then you should proceed next in line if you arrived before the car in the other lane. Injustice even at Chick-Fil-A. Did a curbside order and received it incomplete. When I called to correct my order I was treated rudely and was even hung up on. Do not bother with this location. Not worth the time and effort. This location does not meet with chik fil a standards. The manager was kind and able to correct the order eventually but I do hope that they were able to speak with the employee who treated us rudely and hung up on our concerns. read more

They took my order wrong and charged me for fruit instead of giving me the fries and putting the fruit on the side. I said I want a number 2 with a fruit punch and add a fruit. Then when I got no fries and tried to talk to the manager they tried to make it seem like my fault and it was their fault. On top of they didn't repeat my order back like every other chick fil a does to make sure it is right. They could have avoided this by simply doing that. Then instead of fixing their mistake we got attitude and had to pay separate for some fries that should have been there to begin with. Thanks Deborah for the mediocre customer service. I usually don't do many reviews but at this point it had to be done. Been coming here for a while and have had great services. Recently though it feels as if the services have declined. My order is simple, i ask for the spicy LUNCH filets that goes on their "Spicy chicken sandwich" considering i don't want the buns to save time and dough. 4x my order have been the spicy BREAKFAST filets. Now i've ordered the breakfast before and i know they charge $1.50 per filet because it is a smaller piece, the lunch is $3 each due to larger size. From then on i would emphasize that i want the LUNCH filets, and i still would have this problem...to top it off, i did ask them to redo one of my order and they gave me this tiny piece of chicken that i know it is from the breakfast menu but they tell me it is the lunch. I hate making an argument in public, so you know what, no more..too many chances have been given and i am done. read more

So I wouldn't say I'm a fan of chick-fil-a but I do enjoy it from time to time. My main gripe is the extraordinary long waits during prime hours and the not open on Sundays. (Oddly enough the day I want a chicken sandwich the most is on a Sunday) Now the food is tasty but a little over priced for what it is. And significant differences between the fried and grilled sandwiches. I always feel short changed for the grilled chicken sandwich. It always seems it's a much smaller chicken patty. My husband called right away and he was put on hold and then they said " if you have your receipt we can replace your fries. No apologies, all they said was that this had never happened. I loooooove the customer service here, from the person taking your order to the staff walking around to clean off empty table and even refill your drinks. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal with a lemonade and my daughter had the kids chicken strip with a fruit cup. The food was hot, my fries were a little bland,but there was salt available if needed. My daughter's fruit was fresh and I especially enjoyed her blueberries. The playscape is available for younger kids but it is kind of small. The staff maintained a clean eating establishment and were personable and pleasant.
