I was only here for my grand baby. He received a free cub meal card from his school for making good grades. Although I cannot comment on the quality of the food, I can confirm that the service is good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The server that served my grandson is named Eugene. He was a genuinely nice guy. It's so hard to find genuine people like him to make you feel comfortable especially while handling your food. The food looked yummy and delicious. I wouldn't have mind trying the chicken teriyaki. Furthermore, the dining area and the serving line was nice and clean. When you enter the restaurant, it has a cafeteria style setup. You approach the serving line to request your order. The line starts with the starches and vegetables. The choices are fried rice, fried noodles steamed broccoli, and cabbage. Next, you move down the line to the protein where they offer chicken teriyaki, orange chicken, pepper chicken, etc. After the meats, which is the end of the line, they offer egg rolls, crab puffs, and fortune cookies. My grandson decided on the fried rice and orange chicken. He did not like the rice and offered it to me, lol. I tried it and it was good but a little on the bland side which is why he didn't like it , lol. He has to have that salt. I happened to like my food a little on the bland side. So I guess it just depends on how you like it. He did enjoy the orange chicken and said that it was delicious. I would have eaten the meat on top of the rice because the meat would have given the rice some flavor. My grandson is a very picky eater guys. I come here frequently through the drive-through. Good service. The food is hot. Sometimes we have to wait for items to be made, I don't mind, as it will be fresh. Management must've changed over the last several months because they stay open later and they have more food available even after 830pm. I almost quit coming here earlier in the year because they were always out of food and they would refuse to make any more when it was after 730 or 8 PM. It's much better now. I recommend coming here. Well to update my previous review from a 3 star to a 2 star online it says this location closes at 9:30-10 just depends on if you use google or yelp . I arrive at 8:04pm and the selection door entrees are very limited and they have already cleaned up and don't plan to cook anymore so you can only choose from what's out! I wanted beef and broccoli which is popular so I was surprised when they had only 2 pieces of broccoli and some beef crumbs (literally) no exaggeration. One employee said it would be a 10 min wait if I wanted it but after going to the back to get whoever was in charge someone now said 35 min wait. Look, we all know Panda Express is essentially cafeteria style Chinese-American food. But it's usually a good value, with a decent selection with healthy options and you'll most likely leave more than full. But this particular location was an exception. My guest and I arrived at 1pm; and most of the hot trays were close to empty. Their shrimp special had 4 shrimp in the tray; their steamed veggies were limited to two broccoli florets and my favorite dish, pepper chicken was completely empty. When I asked if more items were being prepared, the server seemed to be a deer caught in headlights. Clueless. So, we chose from the few items remaining, KungPao Chicken and Beijing Beef. The food was fine; comparable to most Panda Express Restaurants. A quick stop to the beverage station and, surprise, no ice. Zero. Zilch. Next stop to pick up utensils. Forks, forks, and forks. What's missing? Maybe a plastic knife in case someone wants to split an egg roll? It's a thought. The moral of the story, I suppose, is to visit this location closer to the rush ... and then expect to have the full array of menu items available. As for ice ... maybe knives? Tried the new Wok shrimp, it's pretty good I wasn't a fan of the honey walnut shrimp personally. This one is definitely better. Service was regular nothing out of the park. I paired it with their chow mein. I will say the food was hot and had a fresh taste. You have to eat it with their chili sauce and a squirt of some soy sauce and you got yourself a meal. I just did a bowl for a light lunch. Kept me full for a couple hours. Enjoyed it, I'll come back in couple months maybe they'll have some more shrimp options!! This was easy, no doubt a 1 of 5 stars simply for the audacity of the food. There are many factors that go into an all-inclusive simple numerical rating system; typically a lot of thought, careful words, brain stretching analysis to spotlight the experience. I haven't been here in years because I knew this was the case (bad), but I figured I'd give them one more chance like Arby's when I feel sorry for them. And it got worse, if that's possible. The fried rice tasted like paper (in flavour and texture) but how was it possible that the beef was flavourless?! The broccoli was old and way overlooked, no taste. I've had pre-hydrated ramen with better results. The whole thing had this weird texture in my mouth, like undercooked couscous (if only it tasted that good), It was so dry. Nasty. Even the cats refused to go near it. So, sorry Panda Express, you are permanently banned from my mouth. I kept thinking how the nearby Asian take-outs blow this out of the water plus they deliver and are still cheaper!! I was hoping to leave them a better review but this location is disgusting. I don't know what happened but it looked as if the fountain machine had some sort of explosion. There was soda splattered everywhere. Left with sticky shoes and even my fingers were sticky even though I didn't touch anything except the cup they gave me from behind the counter. I used the drive-thru and I order broccoli beef and Kung Pao chicken and they told me I had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to make more. I noticed that they were busy so I gave them more time. After 30 minutes of waiting I went inside and said "I see people ordering after me and leaving way before me, what's going on?" All they said was "oh we forgot to make this order and now we got to make more broccoli" so when I said just give me my money back they ignored me and kept taking other people's orders. We have enjoyed the quality we received at another level cation considerably in the past years. I ordered two bowls, one honey walnut shrimp with chow mien and the other broccoli beef with chow mien. Unfortunately, they aren't about options - they only have a few but it is better than average fast food. You can choose the entree plates with your choice of mostly chicken options or spring rolls. They're fast and inexpensive but not greasy bits of questionable meat and overcooked veggies.
