Chic-fil-a is the service standard for all other fast food places. I had to pick up some catering for a work thing. They had it ready to go and packed up before the restaurant actually opened. We had a large order, so I helped bring it out to my car. Every time the cashier held a door open for me I said thank you. He immediately said "My pleasure" every time I said thank you. It was getting kind of silly after a while because I'm programmed to say thank you, and he was programmed to say "My pleasure." This is our family's go-to restaurant. Late getting dinner started? Celebrating kids' achievements? Tuesday? CFA FC. This store is a permanent fixture in our community and shows up at seemingly every school and neighborhood function. We have witnessed several staff members "grow up" here, from high schoolers working the window to becoming managers. Love this place. Many years ago got into a conversation with the owner and told her that CFA was one of the very few places I could take one of my kids with severe food allergies. Her response, "Tell me more about that," was a sentinel response for any restaurant and entirely indicative of the type of leadership here... they don't want to just sell "x amount" of chicken sandwich's per day, they want you to be exceedingly satisfied and coming back. read more

Clean!! Excellent customer service!! Great food served hot and fresh!!! Staff is young but super courteous!! I think I visit about 2x's a month!! They have a great team running this place. During appreciation day I has my family dress up as cows and we got 6 free meals without a single bad look from staff. Free drink refills. Good parking. Kids play area is clean. They don't have all the sauces out on the condiment stand but they will give you anything just ask. read more

This CFA location has become just as crappy as the Lake Houston location. Customer service and food quality has gone out the window and it is very unfortunate but last night was the last straw! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12 count nugget meal with a Powerade and a market salad with a spicy chicken fillet on the side with a large drink. I pull up to the window, grab my order and drinks then head home. As I'm taking everything out, I am missing my fries to the 12 count nugget meal. There have been NUMEROUS times that while visiting the drive-thru, the staff fails to check the order before handing it out to the customer. I'm sick of calling and speaking to a manager about this every time it happens. Yes, they replace the order but how about talking to the staff about checking the orders before handing them out? It pisses me off that they are so quick to get you out the line, that they can't manage to take that extra step to verify that everything you ordered, is in the bag. I'm so sick of having to call them every time I'm missing half or a complete meal when visiting this location. Now, we make it a point to go out of our way to visit the Summerwood location instead, because their service and food quality seems to be much better there. read more

Love it!!! I love stopping by to get my breakfast, lunch or dinner! Great service if I could I would eat chik fil a all day long! My favorite place!! Literally and the service is great stay down the street and I enjoy coming here. The staff is so attentive and generous, and always with a positive attitude. First time To visit a location that is completely rude. They say my pleasure but with absolutely no care at all to my concern. Drive thru attendant was pushy and came off rude as well as the young girl standing outside she got an attitude because I didn't know that she was taking the payments outside came up to my car window with. attitude and I said I'm sorry she just walked off and brought my card back again with an attitude. Once arriving at the window I asked when will they scan my QR code and they said I needed to do that before I had paid I asked her if the lady in the drive-through was supposed to do that and she said I don't know. This Chick-fil-A is pretty consistent with the friendliness that is the norm of all Chick-fil-As, but their food is hit or miss. I visit here a good 2x a week because I work nearby and there are not many good places to eat around here... and I've had to take food back on several occasions for being old. Especially the salads! So I do not order salads from here anymore. For instance, today my spicy chicken sandwich was not fresh at all. It was medium hot in temperature and very greasy/ soft batter bc it has been sitting for a while apparently. But it was quite odd to me because lunch time is so busy here that you'd think everything would be fresh from frequent orders. Well I ate it anyway because I was starving after sitting 30 minutes in the drive thru. We come here at least twice a week. The food is always good (love their salads). Having the app makes it even better-- free food! I love that they do free breakfast wednesdays and they do quite a few events for the family which will be nice when our little ones are a bit older. They are pretty forgetful sometimes, sauces and dressing packets, even my kids drinks. But it's the only fast food place we ever go, so it's really nice that they're so close by! read more

Every time I come here the lines are extremely long, and they are super SLOW. However once you get to them they want to rush you.

It just baffles me why they let those servers stick the straws in drinks going through the drive thru. You cannot guarantee that those dirty hands which handle money don't touch the straw while inserting it. It happens. Dwayne - you must stop this nasty procedure. Well crap, went there today 3/25 for a lemonade. Ask at the drive through to not put the straw in my drink. BUT heck no they did it. STOP this dirty serving technique. Once again the family picked up Chick-fil-Unsanitary for dinner the other night. And yes same thing with the straws. There is a reason straws have wrappers USE THEM Contacted the restaurant directly and was told a machine unwrapped the straws, wait what? A kid a couple of months ago showed me how they tear it. I always get taken care of whenever I come to this location. Although I don't eat here frequently. It seems their level of customer service is top notch. They greet you kindly, take your order, and provide you with whatever you need. This location is also good about partnering with neighborhood schools. This Chick-fil-a is always getting my to go orders wrong! They are in such a hurry to get you through the drive thru that they do not assure the accuracy of your order. For accurate orders take a little bit of time and go to the location at the beltway and wallisville. Their customer service is awesome! Can't wait for the Summerwood location to open. read more

This is the SLOWEST Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. Usually the CFA drive thru is remarkably fast, despite the length (I've been to about 15 different locations in my life). It gets three stars because the people who work here are very friendly and I've never had an issue with the food, but be prepared to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for your food if you use the drive thru, regardless if you're the 3rd or 10th car in line. read more

This is a great location. If your in need of a quick lunch. This is the place. They have streamlined their drive- thru. Even with a line wrapped around the place, you can bet it will not take longer than 10 mins to have your lunch and on your way back to work. The food is always up to franchise standards.
