No smile and impatiently waiting for us to figure out what we wanted to order-- which it should have been clear we were trying to do that quickly. Like I had an idea what I wanted, I was just trying to see it on the menu. I don't go to Chick-fil-A that often. Anyways, she started tapping her nails, which is a clear sign of annoyance or impatience. I just thought that was kind of rude. I only needed to look at the menu for less than 10 seconds in total. She could've been a lot nicer. I never had this kind of experience at a Chick-fil-A before. I'll also mention the food did not taste fresh... While this is not my usual, go to Chick-fil-A location, I have no complaints to share. This is your standard Chick-fil-A operation and offers no surprises which I think is a good thing. There's much to be said about consistency. After purchasing lunch for my family in their drive through on Wednesday, my twin two year olds both needed to use the restroom. I carried my son to the door in hopes that this restaurant would hold up their end of the chain's signature kindness and good service. I was masked, and carrying sanitizer. To my extreme disappointment, two employees at this restaurant told us my toddler could not use the restroom, an instead directed us to their competition - Burger King - in the same parking lot. Normally I really love Chick-fil-a. I've always loved their customer service, but the performance at this store was absolutely appalling. We showed up at the drive through, which was a little backed up, and we watched for five minutes while two employees argued with each other instead of taking orders. Eventually one girl came over to take our order, but she greeted us really rudely and messed up the name on the order twice. She had a hard time hearing me place my order, and when I had repeated it twice she threw her hands in the air and cried, " I can't deal with this!" Then she just walked away. I was horrified. My dad was in the car with me and he demanded to speak to the manager. She was even worse. All she told us was that the girl we spoke to was going to be fired soon anyway, so we didn't need to worry.
