We couldn't find all five sauces (two paid for) in the bag, instead of just handing us sauces they took the bag and removed all the contents, put them back, handed us the bag and claimed they were all there, we got home to find they were indeed missing and when I called the manager said "they were all there" I said "how many?", they said "three", I said "there should be five". The best they could do was give us the missing sauces tomorrow, after rudely checking the bag and incorrectly claiming they were there they then couldn't fix the issue and lunch wasn't enjoyable as a result. I feel weird reviewing a Taco Bell, but as this was my first visit to this location and I was sort of amazed at the quality of the food that I received that I really felt like writing a review for them. I went through the drive through for lunch because I was really hungry and needed something quick. The drive-through was fairly busy but moved quickly. As usual, I got 3 tacos. I have to honestly say that whoever made this made them how I imagine the Taco Bell textbook tells them to make it. Perfect ratio of meat, cheese and lettuce. And if actually looked fresh, not like it had been sitting around. My Pepsi also tasted like Pepsi, and not Pepsi with a Dr. Pepper aftertaste (hate that!). I stop at this location often as it's the closest to my apartment and it's usually the only thing I'm craving when I'm out running errands. Staff is always super friendly and my order is always right and hot! I usually have to wait a minute or 2 at the window which tells me the food is fresh so I don't mind. Who doesn't love Taco Bell? This one is at a great location near my apt, easy in and out. We have visited a few times and our order is usually correct. The food is hot and fresh. Only once was my taco supreme order incorrect and I was given a regular taco, didn't notice till I got home, oh well. Also it seems like the bean burritos are shrinking, lol. Taco Bell has this 99cent beefy potato-rito and it's good, but is it good enough to have its own $5 box? I think not. But you can get it for 99cent for a limited time I think so that's cool. I've visited this Taco Bell before and it's always quick and easy and the customer service is always nice. There is one really important way for me specifically to judge just how well a Taco Bell gets rated. One, they usually ask you if you want any sauce. Sometimes I forget and I'm mad when I get home. Two, if they ask I always say may I have a lot of hot sauce. Key words "a lot". If I ask for a lot of hot sauce and you drop 3 sauces in my bag when I have 3 loaded grillers and 2 chicken mini quesadillas you're really tripping with yourself and I will circle back around or come inside and take a whole handful for me and my refrigerator. I was asked if I wanted sauce and I did not have to circle back around so 5 stars. read more

Girl giving the food at the drive through is a JOKE. Ordered 22 tacos and she only gave us 11!! Then I asked for a ton of mild sauce and she gave me 4.
