Cleaning staff needs to be better trained and more diligent. We waited for a while to get someone to clean the table. He did a very sloppy wipe down and the table and seats still have dirty stuff on them. We also noticed that he didn't clean the other tables that were empty and dirty after he cleaned ours. My girl placed an online pick up order from the Jamboree Irvine location. I went ahead to pick up, but it was after 10:30am which is their breakfast cut-off time. This is the worse Chik-Fil-A ever. They've gotten my drive-thru order wrong three times out of the last five-six times I've gone through the drive-thru. It's almost like they're trying to get it wrong. What made me so mad to write this review is that they got my order wrong today after they told me to pull forward. It's pouring rain. The girl hands me my order and runs back. I look at my order and it's completely wrong. Only one of the four item is correct. I have to park and go inside in pouring rain (the main reason I went through drive-thru) and it still takes many minutes to fix my order. If you can, stay away from this location.
