This location of Chick-fil-A recently reopened, and I enjoyed my experience. The inside of the restaurant is very big and has a lot of seating. I ordered the chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese. Sharon at this Chick-fil-A made us feel very welcome. She brought my children, some sticker placemats and cups of water For it being a fast food restaurant, it felt like we were at a sit down restaurant. She definitely needs recognition! So they FINALLY reopened, and it's such a convenient location for us. My kids were thrilled with the updated playplace and its clean enough. They should have hand sanitizer stations around it though. Food is always good, though I think my spicy chicken sandwich was just regular. The lemonade is always delicious. They used to keep ketchup packets out but there were none, had to ask a team member. Recently my boyfriend and I went to the market place location. I left my purse and we called back about two hours later to see if it was found and they stated it was not found. I knew I had left it so we went back in person to talk to them, the night shift manager that we spoke to on the phone said it was not back there once again . NOAH at the front counter then overheard and let us know it WAS there and so he jumped into action to help and ask around because he said he saw someone turn it in. After some time he came back with the bag! He modeled such good customer service and was the only person who cared enough to actually look for my bag. Super great service. they catered to us and our 3 toddlers as if they were their own. offered to trade kids meal toy for ice cream which was a big hit. they made sure the tables were all cleaned and helped clear the table of the mess the kids made. Staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

I ordered my food from DoorDash but based on this order in Preview orders where I was actually in the store, the food is very good comes out quite fast unless it's a very busy day. It's very clean inside and it provides play pens for a little children too. 10/10! read more

Love this location. The drive-thru line has two lanes that merge into one, and it always goes pretty quickly (especially compared to the Tustin Legacy location). The food is your standard Chick Fil-A stuff, so the quality doesn't vary much from other locations I've been to. For indoor dining, the space feels very new and has always been very clean during the times I've been. There was even an employee who walked around with a tray passing out mints. read more

I understand they closed at 11. I pulled into the drive thru at 1058. The guy standing there taking orders said don't worry we can take ur order at the window. There were four cars ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes behind those cars to get to the window just for them to say sorry we can't serve you. Why the heck did you guys make me wait then. The girl said why didn't he take ur order the guy said oh it's because I signed out of the screen. So I waited 12 minutes just for them to deny me service. I'm a CFA signature member I eat here all the time and honestly I woulda been okay with them telling me sorry we're already closed up but they had me waiting at the window for 10 minutes acting as if they could make the food. Do not expect this location to get your order right when you go through the drive-thru. Check it before you leave because 99% of the time it will not be correct. If you order grilled nuggets you will always get breaded nuggets. And then when you go inside they have the nerve to ask you for your receipt because they're not sure if they have to charge you the difference between grilled and breaded. I went through the drive thru at night and something just tasted off. My fries and nuggets were slightly soggy. It was my first time at this location. I'm thinking the oil was just not hot enough or the food needed to be cooked a little longer. Or perhaps the food was not as fresh and had been sitting out for a while before I got to the drive thru - I'm not sure! It was a crazy rush this morning for whatever the reason and the drive through line extended well into the parking lot. We picked up the order, it was wrong. When she brought my food she barked at me about the play area being closed however 2 minutes later there was 6 kids in there. 5 minutes after that a worker came and removed the closed sign from play area. I went to Chick-fil-A on June 7 at the Tustin location and the people that took my order were great but when I got to the window, the white young boy with curly hair was extremely rude and rushing me mind you I had a big order so he gave me my food. Terrible food and service. I ordered 2 Smokehouse chicken sandwiches with bacon. The bacon was rancid. I called and Claudia told me that it wasn't rancid because the longest that they allow the bacon to sit out is only for one hour. However, the bacon had a strong odor. I drove back to return the sandwiches and fries. I got in the car just to realize that they didn't replace the fries that were in the boxes with our returned sandwiches. This time I went through the drive through and was told at the window that the previous associate gave me free sandwiches so in turn I don't get another order of fries. I told him I had already paid $32 plus dollars, so no it wasn't free. However, Claudia the manager comes to the window. She appears upset and annoyed. She asked, all you need is two fries and I said yes. She gave me the fries, she nor any of the associates that helped me at the window didn't apologize for their misunderstanding nor for the old bacon. Terrible customer service. Came again today, it is so sad to see how down hill the staff here has gone. Nobody is smiling, everyone looks genuinely miserable. They make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there. The food is still good, but I wish the management could do something about the terrible staff situation. Sigh! I hate writing this because my friend works there. I'm certainly not saying that everyone there is incompetent, but I feel as though the supervisors aren't really doing an adequate job of making sure that the employees are satisfying the needs of the customers. I recently placed an online breakfast order at the Marketplace before the Breakfast window closed. However, since I did not click the I'm here button before 10:30 my order was cancelled. When I went into the restaurant to inquire about this, the team supervisor, Jennifer, was extremely rude when I inquired about the order. She explained that the order was automatically cancelled because I didn't click the button. I'm fine with not getting my breakfast, but her curt answer and walking away from me was not cool. Not a great impression of a re-opening. With the recent opening of this restaurant, I will for sure not be coming back here, I'll be going to the District. This is my go-to Chick-fil-A in Irvine and Tustin area. I go here too much. I always do drive thru though and it's super painless. My favorite to get is the Chick-fil-A sandwich but with pepper jack cheese and then a large fries. If I'm feeling splurging, their iced coffee with vanilla is not bad, either! I was there at 9:52 pm and bought a salad ( which is my favorite item at this restaurant) I always get the Cobb salad , I usually go to the location in Santa Ana on 17th st or the one in Costa Mesa which is by my work, but today I was in the market place and decided to go to this location. My salad was half of the plate , I know how they always serve it so I know that what they gave today wasn't the right portion, I ordered some fries also , the cashier asked me if I like some sauces to go with the food and I said yes I like CFA sauce, ranch and buffalo and she said yes . Stephanie helped me and was so kind! She was very quick and courteous when I ordered with her. I tried the new Cloudberry Sunjoy sweet tea/lemonade drink and it was pretty tasty! Can't say I've ever heard of cloudberries but I was here for it! No refills on it unfortunately though! I just had a breakfast biscuit sandwich meal and it was delivered to my table quickly. The meal itself was hot and fresh and I was feeling satisfied when I finished eating. Perfect to get my day started. I spent over $100 and they forgot 2 meals. Luckily I checked my bag before driving all the way home. They made me feel like I had stolen the items when I told them they forgot to add my 12 count nugget and wrap. They took all the food out which is understandable but they had it layed out on this wet counter. The man helping me apologized but a worker named Vanessa came and made it seem like I was scamming them. Ma'am I'm getting food for my family after a long shift and long week. I don't have time to pull into the store and spend 10 mins having the workers touch all my food and make me feel like I was the one in the wrong. If someone is spending $123 on food I would hope they would triple check that the order is correct. Vanessa didn't offer an apology. I'm sick and tired of drive through orders being fulfilled before online orders where I tell them on their app that I'm here already. It makes no sense that I click on the app to tell them I am there before I even arrive so that I think I might have some chance of the order actually being ready when I get there. But despite the app saying that they are starting to prepare the order as soon as I clicked that I arrived I have to go there tell them that my order is and then a couple minutes later they might actually start preparing it well in the meantime people are just breezing through the drive-through they got here way after I didn't already have their order. read more
