First of all, who doesn't love In-N-Out? We are fortunate to have quite a few locations in South OC. I happened to be shopping in the Tustin Marketplace and craving In-N-Out, so I stopped by this location. This is one of the busiest locations I've ever been to. I'm sure it's because it's located in a major outdoor shopping center. They're located across from REI. When I first arrived, I was gonna drive through but then saw the long horseshoe line of cars and decided to walk in. Plenty of free parking is available in the shared lot. Upon entering, there were tons of customers inside sitting at the tables, but the line wasn't long at all. This place is run like a well-oiled machine! There were tons of employees in the kitchen but they all worked very well together. See the video I took. I ordered a Cheeseburger for $4.40 and French Fries for $2.40. It doesn't get much cheaper than that! I always order my cheeseburger with grilled onions and a side of sauce. The best thing about In-N-Out, aside from their cheap prices and delicious burgers, is the consistency of their food. A good spot for burgers that's consistent with the rest of the chain. The parking lot is oddly shaped and the majority of the parking is a little bit of a walk away from the restaurant. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. The interior is kept very clean and it's almost always busy. I used to live right next to this In-N-Out, and it never missed. The fries here are always perfectly crispy, and the buns are toasted just right every time. We were enjoying our protein style burgers because we're all over weight and fat and trying to lose weight and not be fat. Although the burgers were good the service was even better from the lobby manager, Lucas. In n out usually has nice workers however this guy went above and beyond with everyone in the lobby. Every time I go to this location I get let down and quickly reminded to go to the District location instead. Despite the drive thru being the majority of the revenue, either the line is always wrapped around and they take at least 30-45 minutes or after waiting all that time, my order ends up incorrect. Every time I've come here which is OFTEN I haven't come across any issues "review worthy" honestly but tonight... I went through the drive thru at 9:30pm and I think her name was Jasmine (?) took my order... first of all looked extremely high (I remember those days in my early twenties working food service so I get it lol but...) I'd feel bad saying that if she wasn't bc maybe that's just how she is? -- anyway, really bad attitude.. speaking slow and annoyed from the go.. I was so confused.. and what made it worse was she kept interrupting me as I was trying to order (just for myself mind you, it wasn't even like it was a big order) and it made the order seem more complicated than it was.. Kind of biased, but this is probably the best chain burger spot. However, this is based on preference. I'm the type of person who just loves onions on burgers and this is the only place that pretty much allows you to customize the onions AND gives you whole slices of them. Some time ago, my son became seriously ill with food poisoning shortly after consuming a hamburger from your restaurant. After rushing him to a major hospital emergency room, we were told that the likely cause was undercooked meat. The experience was traumatic -- both emotionally and financially -- as his condition was critical and required urgent medical treatment. What made the situation even more upsetting was that when we approached your restaurant to report the incident, we were met with complete denial. No investigation, no apology, no accountability. As a restaurant that is known to be founded on Christian principles, we had expected more integrity, responsibility, and compassion. But we were met instead with silence and evasion.
