My mom and I live right down the road from this location. We don't like to frequent this one as much because it's just never really up to "Chick-fil-A" status. This is like the McDonald's of Chick-fil-A's. Also, my mom has had food poisoning from this location twice now. Sure, it happens once, some bad chicken slips through. But twice is just crazy. Please do away with all of the crumbs in your fries when you serve us a large fry we only receive five waffle fries every time and the rest are just edges they are really hard to eat. we cannot enjoy our waffle fries if half of the container is all crumbs please stop serving crumbs. Dropped by this Chick Fil A during a work lunch. The Good: - This place is very clean, brightly lit and the servers are very friendly and courteous. - The food was great and I enjoyed my lunch. The Bad: - This place is very popular which kind of works against it because the drive through lineup was crazy long. The drive-thru line for breakfast was pretty long for 9am. It been my normal routine to swing by after my dentist and/or doc appt. on my way to work. First time there was a line that I can remember. I decided to park and go in. I think the young lady was new at the register because it took her a long time to take my complete order. Spicy Chicken Meal combo. That's it. It is a good Chick-fil-A, kind and fast service (much to expect from Chick-fil-A). I'm typically hard on Chick-fil-A's due to my 2.5 years of Chick-fil-A experience. I did not feel especially welcomed as I came through the door. I do truly expect a good Chick-fil-A welcome and smiles however I did not receive that other than from the kind man who expedited my food out and asked if there was anything he could do for me. Buying for my lunch I used a tax free exemption card and knowing that Chick-fil-A's typically accept it I knew that the manager/shift leader would have to step in (it's a pretty confusing process of steps). Regardless of the result (they only tax exempt for catering) I did not feel greeted by the managers or team leaders. All in all it was a good experience but nothing that isn't unique apart from any other Chick-fil-A. Thank you for your fast service and I applaud the expediter for his kind smile and hard work! They have really been going down hill past two years and I hate to leave a bad review but this has been a constant thing. I have gone different times of day thinking ok it might just be the workers at this shift. Fries are always undercooked as In they are not crispy but a little soggy or they just give you old fries. I haven't eaten here in about four years and it was great to return to the mainland and try this place out. Chicken sandwiches are still good and that Chick-fil-a Sauce is still banging. I would have to agree with another reviewer that their sweet tea here is not sweet. I actually returned mine and just got a coke. On August 23, 2019 I made my first mobile order for breakfast at this location. I ordered a hash brown scrambled bowl with chicken, parfait and Arnold palmer with order # 5467409. My total came to $9.08. I go inside to pick up my order which was a little delayed but no worries I'm at the friendliest restaurant right? Finally get my order and I go to work. Get to work and my order is wrong. I received a bowl of cheese eggs and no meat or hashbrowns. So I call and speak to Stacey or Casey and she apologizes and says the lady that handed me the food owned up to the mistake. She said she would refund my money and add rewards to my mobile app. I said great sounds good. Well a week later still no refund or rewards to my mobile app. I call back to the location and speak to Donovan and I explain the issue he apologizes, takes down my number and says he will reach back out to me to get it resolved. A week later no phone call, no resolution, no refund, and no rewards to my mobile account. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at this location and that they did not honor what they told me they would do. Jennifer provided outstanding suggestions & knew exactly the perfect amount of food, assisting to refine our order on the day of delivery. Never having stepped into a Chick-fil-A restaurant, when one of my business colleagues suggested we try Chick-fil-A for an upcoming catering function, I was pleasantly bowled over by the quality & variety of their product. The Chocolate Chip Cookies with a hint of Oatmeal were delicious (shades of the Neiman Marcus cookie sans pecans). One caveat: while online ordering was an initial breeze, after I specified my order was to be a delivery, at the end of placing the order, the site advised that "My order would be ready for pick up...", although "The store was closed for remodeling". I had been assured by another store in the area that this particular location was the only Las Colinas delivery store available (the Las Colinas restaurant's telephone line went un- answered). A quick run by the restaurant & confirmation the store was open & online order was received was all it took. The day of the delivery, Jennifer called to confirm; she is most knowledgeable of the Chick-fil-A product! So, if the online site says one thing, attempt to call the store to verify. These two glitches with online site & telephone service were outweighed by the service & food Jennifer delivered. The staff is SO nice and definitely makes you very welcome each time. I think every fast food place could learn from them. This is single handily the worst chick fil a I have ever been to and could not be more disappointed about my experience here. It's is exactly 10:58. I got here at 10:28, and they would not serve me breakfast. I had to walk inside because the drive thru was so busy, and I ordered one single kids meal and an iced coffee. They managed to make my coffee wrong, twice. They gave me original nuggets when I asked for grilled and left it on top of the trash can for 20 minutes instead of calling my name or trying to find me in the restaurant. I was at the front counter THE ENTIRE TIME. I spent half my morning trying to eat breakfast and got grilled nuggets that were barely edible, coffee that was way too sweet, and they didn't even offer to give me my receipt so I could redeem points on my chick fil a app. I go to chick fil a at least 3 times a week and this is the worst experience I've ever had. read more

It's Chick-Fil-A. What did you expect out of a review? The chicken is good. Real good. They're owned by religious folk who close the place on Sundays and "bash" gay people, though. Weigh your odds. I like their chicken. This particular location gets HAMMERED during lunch. There are a couple of guys standing outside who will take your order before you get to the mic/speaker menu. The drive-through line wraps around the building once or twice, sometimes blocking in people who parked to go eat inside. The whole transaction doesn't take more than 5 minutes though, typically. It's always hot, good, and not sloppily made like I would expect during a rush. Just don't forget to hit up the condiment man before you pay. There is a guy standing outside with a cart of condiments. Yup. Kind of awesome. 3 stars since it's just fast food, but it is FAST. And pretty good so far as chicken sandwiches go. read more

I went thru the drive thru for lunch during the week. I placed my order and I requested chik-fil-a sauce, and I know they usually put two sauces. I glanced in the bag and saw the sauce but didn't see how many. I asked the gentleman, who I believe was the manager, if I can get extra sauces.
