This is Chick-Fil-A like any other you can expect good service. The reason I am leaving this review it's because the people during the rush hour lunch are heroes. The lady helped stop the traffic so I could get out of the drive-thru and park to go inside. I ordered online for pick up as waiting Drive-Thru would have taken a lot longer. Great food and great service! The employees are friendly and since I'm a regular, they know me by name. They even ask me how my pregnant wife is doing even though they don't know her. It's fun to give them updates on that. And I like how they take the time to develop a relationship with their customers. I've also been impressed with how well they handle busy times both inside and in the drive thru. They are super efficient during these times and that's good to see. This ChickFiLA is the worst. i just left the drive through only to get home to find out the combo I paid $9.09 was not filled correctly. Also instead of the medium fry paid for, I received a small fry that was filled with mostly crumbs with maybe 2 or 3 whole fries in the container. To add insult to injury my chicken sandwich( that was barely warm) only contained enough chicken to cover half the sandwich, so I was left with mostly bread and bbq sauce . I guess it's time to give Chick-Fil-A a break for a while or at least until I move to a different area. read more

Arrived in the drive thru line [that was wrapped around the building] at 10:24 am and was told when I made it to the order box at 10:30 am that breakfast was over. I pulled up to the window and the manager wasn't very understanding and told me the machines switch over to lunch automatically and there was nothing she could do. Extremely frustrating that the line being long was out of control but I was in line well before 10:30 am. This Chickfila is garbage. SO poorly run. Don't go for breakfast. I was there at 10:10am right before breakfast cut off at 10:30 on a Saturday morning. The place was a mad house. Drive through line wrapped around the building and the dining room line 8 people deep. 3 people on front counter, 2 bagging and 1 running food up. The kitchen must have been seriously understaffed. I had to wait 20 minutes in the dining room for my food to come out. At that point, I was witnessing people who had been standing in line for over 10 minutes getting cut off from ordering breakfast. This Chickfila operator really needs to get it together and be more actively involved in their franchise. My service experience this morning really reflects poorly on the Chickfila brand overall. read more

I cater for the office I work for and we use Chick Fil A quite a bit. The last time I ordered the delivery it was an hour late, so this time I ordered for pick up. This was ordered 4 days in advance so this should have been a perfect order seeing as there was enough time to make sure it was correct. Also when I went in to pick up the order it wasn't busy at all so there wasn't any rush or overwhelming crown that should've caused my order to be wrong. The sandwiches were miss wrapped, but were also the wrong sandwiches from what I ordered. The food will get eaten, that's not my issue, it's with the low quality of preparation and lack of attention to detail that caused my order for 70+ people to be wrong. read more

Went to this chic Fil a on 9/29 and let me tell you I'm a huge fan but this particular store was horrible. I get in the drive thru line and the guy in front of me is taking his time which is fine that's not the problem I had. My problem was after the guy in front of me was done ordering the line in front of him had moved up a little so I decided to move up as well so I didn't hold the line up. The outdoor order taker lady was walking with me besides my car waiting for me to stop. I stop and at this time I had my window rolled up. When I came to a complete stop the lady turned around and took the person behind me order. Completely skipped me and then instead of coming back to me she then went to the next person behind the car that was behind me. The fact that she skipped me and went to two other cars beside me pissed me off. Then when I finally got to the window and made the complaint all they could say is "sorry she's new". That would have been okay except the fact that she followed my car and looked at me and didn't even bother to come back to take my order or wait for me to roll my window down. Worst chic Fil a service I have ever had and when I'm at work and needing food I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Went to the Chick-fil-A on MacArthur next to the LBJ. went inside, ordered my food and waited a long time. Then a lady comes back in from her car and says this is someone else's order. I see the employee take this back and put the contents into another bag and I hear him say this is for Steve. They bring me the bag and I said someone else had this food at their car and your giving to me now? She says we put it into another bag. I said I didn't want it if someone else had it. They remake my order and bring it to me and its wrong. Takes another 10 minutes to get the order and its wrong again. They finally get it right, took over 20 minutes. What were they thinking about giving me food that someone had to touch otherwise they wouldn't know if it was wrong. They need to either train these people or shut it down. Seems like just about every time we go there its a problem. We will go somewhere else from now on. Very sloppy management. read more

Be prepared to wait in line at this location if you are going through the drive through during the week. That is my warning to everyone. The staff does do a great job of trying to get everyone through the line as fast as possible but it is still frustrating when you have limited time. Folks, when you pay $4.50 or so for 4 chicken tenders to go one wouldn't expect them to be packaged in a 3×5 inch box, as they were, with room. A tasteless snack. I had a good laugh. Homey is done with this chain from here forward. Diehards stay with them as you always will; for the others that seek value + good taste go elsewhere. They provide all the basic needs of a hungry man. Always Satisfied and Pleased with the food and customer service.

My family needed some quick breakfast from the drive-thru. Since we were getting breakfast for 7 people (5 adults & 2 children in car seats) in an SUV, there were bound to be some miscommunications between front & back seats as well as between driver & the staff member taking our order. They did serve us quickly & easily, though. But I usually don't personally choose ChikfilA, just because the menu doesn't offer many vegetarian-friendly options. But I did get a nice yogurt parfait. I tried to also get some plain biscuits, but they may only come as part of a breakfast-style chicken sandwich (or it could've been part of the miscommunicated info between car backseat, driver giving the order, & staff member taking the order). So I have to share a funny story. One time I walked up to the doors of the neighboring business that claims to be "south of the border" and to my surprise the doors were locked. Of course this was the middle of the day at lunch time and thought this was odd. I looked into the glass doors and observed the employees standing around and dancing. I thought that was quite ridiculous but I proceeded to go back to my car and go and take my business to their neighbor who happens to be Chick-Gil-A. So I walked up to their doors and instead of their doors being locked their employees met me in the parking lot and let me know that the power was out all along the street and they were not able to serve us. They also proceeded to give us five dollar gift cards. It was not even their fault but yet they went above and beyond. I thought that was very revealing about how those two businesses are ran. One locked the doors and the other one handed out gift cards. Not to mention this particular store is better than most of the other CFA that I have been to. While we all enjoy Chick-fil-a, this location could use some coaching. Every time I go to this location, I am asked if I would like condiments and I reply yes and state what exactly I would like. When I arrive at the window, I confirm that it is in the bag and you would think this team is trained to lie as they always reply with "yes". This restaurant will not allow you to call in an order unless you are placing a catering order. We are swamped in my office today so I was just calling it in to pick up for everyone since it is to chaotic to leave. However, since the office is small a catering order is not needed. They refused to take my order since. This is not how you should treat customers. I do place catering orders here at least once a month but only for breakfast. I see now that they only allowed that to be called in because it was more money. Now all of a sudden I am not worth their time. I will no longer be using them for catering for breakfast due to their refusal to assist me today. This is very poor customer service and a clear indication that they put their needs and revenue before customer satisfaction. I am so disappointed and wish I would have realized this sooner after all these months of buying from there. read more
