For all of them. They tell us it's a local chain and one of the best in the area, and honestly? I believe them. Whatever low expectations I walked in with were completely unnecessary. This should never happen anywhere, especially in a licensed establishment serving alcohol. In my view, the lack of intervention and oversight created a dangerous environment for everyone present. Instead of taking accountability. Since the incident, I have personally observed what appears to be continued over-serving at the location, which raises ongoing concerns about management and staff practices. I strongly encourage management to seriously review their policies, training, and security procedures before someone gets seriously hurt.
