We have eaten at Whataburger numerous times. No matter if it's breakfast, lunch or supper, the service and food are always the best. I really like using the mobile app. Today was a little different in that we got to meet the Manager, Lino T. I'm not sure I've met a nicer manager! His ability to listen and give us his thoughts on our request were greatly appreciated. Visiting from Utah, I knew I had to try Whataburger. The employees were friendly and I loved all the "ma'am's" I got! The south is great. I went on the inside drive thru lane and it was shorter. The food came out pretty quickly. It was absolutely delicious. The regular Whataburger is huge. I couldn't finish it! The medium meal has a huge drink and great size fry. I get a phone call from my 77 year old mother and she told me she fell down , broke ribs and got bruised up a bit , broke her glasses and her watch . in your parking lot due to the painting lines in handicap area blended so well you don't even know there a curb until you trip and fall . I must say i've been to a lot of whataburgers, but never have had this much customer service. I walk in it's a Saturday at noon the place is SLAMMED, Kitchen was going crazy booths nearly full just overall busy. I go to the counter and that's when i met "Peety" or at least i think that's how you spell his name. He greeted me with a smile admits all the chaos, (mind you i was ordering for 8 people and spent over a 100 dollars) and through the whole process he was super helpful very funny and even gave me some free bags and helped to load all the food for my construction crew. He didn't once feel overwhelmed or even flinch a scoff when I told him how big the order. Had the worse experience ever at a Whataburger in my life. First service speed was terrible and didn't help that I got in the slow outside line. The truck in front took forever to order , don't know who's problem that was . Then was charged $16 for two sandwiches as I told them I just wanted sandwiches. Thought I would clarify that when I got my receipt but never got one . One girl brought drinks to my truck but told her I did not order any.The girl checking people out seemed to be playing with her computer and staying out of sun and only words every said was how much bill was and because she waited so long I had my 2 sandwiches and never saw her again. As I had waited 20-25 minutes already and was running late I had to leave. Seriously don't know if I would go back. read more

I was quick to rate this place with a lonesome 1 star because my very first trip here I ordered a Large sprite in the drive through, only to get home and realize that I've just been served a nasty ass gallon of carbonated water. OMG, I literally break out into a sweat any time that happens. Butttt since I'm a better man than I was last year, I gave them a second chance. First night's meal was blah anyway. Next night I opted for a something with a little more zazz, went with the fajita burrito deal they got going on and man o man was it wayyyyy more on the tasty side! I wanted to drive back up there and order another one, but I was scared I'd smoke some pot on the way and end up ordering several honey butter chicken biscuits as well, so I watched a little bit of Cops and went to sleep. My large 32 ounce milkshake was overfilled. Everytime I closed the lid it would spill. There were no napkins anywhere, so I couldn't wipe the cup. My cup was sticky and so were my hands 0/10 whataburger read more

The workers are very friendly but the food is horrible. Each time I have eaten here the fries are old and do not taste good. The meat is always super dry and over cooked. I would not recommend eating at this whataburger. read more

I had an opportunity to talk to "Eric" while I was dining. I had noticed that he was constantly helping customers. He would speak to everyone and chit-chat with them as he worked. They have too many flies inside just waiting to land on your food. They get a lot of their orders wrong. Before you leave, you need to double check your order and make sure it was fixed the way you ordered it. read more
