Just go to the one further down Western.... On a positive note, the workers here are all polite per the usual Chic-Fil-A Standard. This is a drive through/walk up Store so don't expect to eat inside. There always seems to be something wrong with the ice cream machine or something else so it's rare to ever get a milkshake here. The WORST Chick-fil-A ever. Normally CFA has incredible service and food, but not this one. They don't have a complete menu, it's drive-thru only, and you can't even use the bathroom. Today I visited Chick-fil-A on Western Blvd and the cars were wrapped around the building. There were 3 polite young people working the line outside with their ipads. 2 taking orders and 1 helping to fill. The lady who took my order was very polite and friendly, when I pulled around toward the window I was the 3rd car and I was greeted by a young man to collect my money, he handed me my food and ran back to the window to get my drink. The only thing i waited for was the two cars in front of me to move. I appreciate management making it happen so their customers don't have to wait. Besides, it is fast food isn't it! I love Chick-fil-A but this location needs to figure it out. With one lane open at 6:30 am we waited 15 minutes in a 3 car line for 2 chicken biscuit meals. There are no bathrooms. No indoor seating. The outdoor seating is next to the drive through window so that you have the opportunity to breathe vehicle exhaust throughout your meal. Service was extremely slow. Three items in my order were missing. read more

The line moves fast never had any of the long waits like others say they had. Food is always hot and never had a order messed up yet. I'm not from North Carolina and I've never seen a JUST drive thru Chick-Fil-A so I thought it would be cool. Everyone working there was very friendly and nice as you'd expect at any Chick-Fil-A. However, their Front of House doesn't seem to know much about portioning. I ordered the new Mocha Iced Coffee (which is two pumps of Chocolate, Iced Coffee, and Milkshake Base.) As I pulled up the the window I watched them make my drink, and when it came to the chocolate, they don't have a pump on their syrup bottle, so it's just an open bottle of chocolate syrup which they poured into my drink rather than giving me two squirts, I ended up with a thick layer of just chocolate syrup at the bottom of my drink. There was a long line so rather than complaining about it and having them remake it I went along with my day. Either way, that's not how it's made and drinking straight chocolate syrup wasn't what I expected. read more

The worst Chick-fil-a I've ever been to! We've ordered ahead through the app and it's always a disaster. From not having the order to waiting forever for them to figure out the order to them messing up the order. Additionally, I got food poisoning from there on one occasion. The only reason we've gone back is the distance to the other is too far. But, NEVER again. I'll drive the extra 15 -20 minutes for decent food and better service. It's a shame. Monday night 10/21 around 8:10 PM it took a ridiculous amount of time to go through the left drive through. When we got to the window it was obvious why/- I told the young black girl with a vans jacket on we were in a hurry. I paid her and she walked off and left the drink there- food was on the shelf, she did not come back for a couple of minutes. How rude to treat customers that way. She copped an attitude - I hope the owners fire her. I will never go back to this Chick-fil-A . The other window was moving much faster and clearly the difference in staff was the issue. read more

We love chick-fil-A. Just a little disappointed with the service at this particular one. Ordered a 12 piece chicken nuggets and was given 7 pieces in my order. I was at home by the time I noticed. Even though I was charged full price for the 12. They need to keep track on what they are giving the costumer to make sure they leave happy with their service. First of all, I came to get a Cobb salad with the AVOCADO LIME RANCH. I waited 20MIN in a not so long line for this! I place my order and everything with no issues besides the wait. I get to the window and PAID for this meal and waited for a minute for that to come out (like they didn't just have to pull the salad out the fridge) and then had the audacity to tell me after I ordered and waited and PAID, that they did NOT have the ranch dressing. This is the slowest drive thru that I have ever been through. It was a Monday at 10:30am, with a limited amount of traffic in the drive thru line, and it look approx. 45 minutes to order and receive my order. When arriving to the window, all four employees were arguing about which order went with which customer. Went thru the drive thru, waited 25 mins in line. Got to the intercom and they told me I couldn't order breakfast because it was past 1030, I told them I was there for 25 mins waiting in line. They said it didn't matter, they weren't serving breakfast. This isn't the first time this has happened. They have the worst service in Jacksonville! I usually like this chick fil a but I was so disappointed at 7:30am on 10/4/16. I went thru the drive thru to get a $10 gift card for a college student. When I went to the window, no one knew how to ring one up! They called the manager but the call went straight to voicemail. They tried to muddle their way thru it but couldn't figure it out. They asked several people in the back but no one knew. I waited almost 10 mins for someone to figure it out when the cashier said "ma'am I'm so sorry." The line was 5 back so I decided to give up. I told them I couldn't wait any longer because I had to get to work. I bought a $15 gift card from Subway instead and I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. Every person on every shift should know how to ring up a gift card - there's no reason for them not to.
