Our order was correct and the food was excellent and I have to commend Gabe. Gabe has been the "runner" on my last few visits and his energetic and positive attitude is contagious! You can tell Gabe takes great pride in ensuring that you are completely satisfied with everything before he darts off in between the vehicles to grab another order. I enjoy having someone who appreciates your business and has a smile for everyone. I can't imagine having to deal with John Q. Public, I've heard some of the exchanges from my own vehicle and I know it's got to wear down anyone's spirit. Gabe seems to take it in stride. This is the SLOWEST chick fil a - I have never waited this long for food at any other restaurant of the same name. Why is it this way???

This is definitely not your typical Chick-fil-A experience. Although the food was good, only one line at the drive-thru and the order was taken by the typical drive up and speak into the speaker box. A good while to wait to get to the speaker box and then a much longer wait to get to pick up your food. Also kind of tough to drink your drink without a straw. Make sure you check everything before you drive away from the collection agency otherwise you'll be up the creek. This is what taught me to keep straws and spoons in my car read more

We just went by our local Chick-fil-a and ordered a 12 piece nugget, a spicy chicken sandwich, fries and two drinks. When we got home we found out that the order looked great until we opened the 12 piece nuggets. Not only were there not 12 nuggets there was maybe 9 but the are tiny. They are all smaller than a quarter. This is unacceptable for what we paid for this meal to be such a let down and not completed. I truly hope no one else has this experience. Was in the area visiting family and stopped here for breakfast on our way out. This is absolutely the worst Chick-Fil-A and that's saying a lot because every single Chick-fil-A I've ever been to is no question, 5 star service. First- this location has 2 lanes, but 1 was closed. They had no one outside taking orders. The line wrapped around the building and was hanging out into the place next door's parking lot. We were immediately trapped and had no way to get out once we realized how S L O W they were. Next, the lady at the window was super rude. She didn't speak to us AT ALL. She thrust the receipt at my husband. Every single time she handed us something, my husband said, "Thank you." And she said NOTHING. She handed us the food and then we realized after driving off that there was no fork in the bag, and I had ordered a bowl. That's another first for me. I had actually been telling a family member a couple days before that chick-fil-a is not only super efficient and polite, but they had never ever forgotten to give us something.
