This Chick-fil-A was my go-to lunch spot in College, MANNNYYYY years ago. Honestly I forgotten about it. I stopped in on my way through town. It was lunch time and these reviews made me a little nervous. I placed my order in the app, was greeted in the drive thru by a friendly employee and had my order very quickly. I've had two negative experiences with the staff at this Chick-fil-A. The first was employees throwing food out of their into into the hands of people reaching for the food and slamming the window behind them before a word could be said and being overall rude and huffy, and the second and biggest problem I've had is the employees yelling "f*** the police" as cops pull away from the drive thru as they leave going to a call after getting their food. That is not the way employees of an establishment should be acting while working and is one reason I will continue to drive to the other side of town to the other Chick-fil-A and I will also continue to refer to this particular establishment as "the bad Chick-fil-A" to friends and family. read more

I reviewed this location 3 years ago. Had a garbage experience. Took 10 minutes for them to get me a biscuit. Having just moved back to the area, my wife decided to breeze through for a quick lunch. She ordered a 6 count nugget kids meal with an additional 6 count nugget because our son likes to eat. The attached photo is what they gave her. The good news is, their service time has decreased to an acceptable amount. Probably because of all the time they're saving by not giving out complete orders. Stay away from this location. Chic fil a is my go to place for healthy fast food, but I have so bummed because the main chic fil a and the mall chick fil a has boring old ice. Part of the appeal of the place has always been the good ice. Lol. We were headed to a place next to the mall, and decided to grab a bite at the new chic fil a, drive thru only. I was so pleased to find this place had the cool ice, that I had to make a second trip that day! Lol, I only eat fast food about once a month, so this was very out of character for me. Ordered chicken minis, a chicken biscuit, and an egg white English muffin. Chicken minis were doughy and gross (how do you ruin these delectable little morsels?!), chicken biscuit was cleverly disguised as a second egg white English muffin. Both English muffins were no fewer than six weeks old. Hard, dry, and impossible to choke down. We sent them flying out the window somewhere on Highway 17. We considered just eating the grilled chicken and the egg whites, but they smelled questionable at best. Normally I can overlook a bad restaurant experience and just forget about it. This used to be my favorite ChickFilA location back in the day and now that we are back In the area it is the worst. They are always out of something , if it was like a once or twice thing cool whatever but it is every single time we go. Today I ordered a #1 deluxe no cheese no pickles , Lg Lemonade and extra honey roasted bbq sauce . Pull up pay and then they tell me they have no honey roasted bbq sauce . Then I ask for ketchup and they're out of that too . I had to drive to other one to get some. I get home check my food and there are two giant pickles in my sandwich that have left the bread soggy and the lettuce too . So I just had to eat a chicken sandwich with just one piece of a bun and tomato because they clearly can't read a label they put on the box . I will no longer be coming back to this location . We've also had an issue where we ask for extra honey roasted bbq sauce and they give us 4 packets and when we ask for more they say we can only get 4 per order . I personally think that's ridiculous especially since we always order at least 4 meals . read more
