Not very busy during lunch considering it's close the main gate of Camp Lejeune, the largest Marine Corps Base on the East Coast. It's fast food, no complaints here. read more

We ordered bojangles from this location through Uber eats. Our chicken and biscuits were both burnt and we didn't get the sauce we paid for. When we called the manager to try and get our order fixed she had an attitude and hung up on us while we were talking. Whoever that manager was needs to be fired. read more

The chickens really good...but there biscuits are not as good as they look the inside is really soft but the outside is really hard. So I would recommend going here but if you like crunchy biscuits then this is the place. read more

The manager at this location is awesome!!!! They got my order wrong I was in the drive thru. Went in he greeted me with a smile and said what's wrong with your order. It's "okay" for your fried chicken fix. A little better if you like spicy. It appeared that the chicken was coated with hot sauce. I wasn't too big of a fan of the biscuits though. Everything seemed to taste old. The tea tasted like cigarettes and wasn't sweet and chicken had a bit of a stench that I could not figure out why. The Mac and cheese was damn near disgusting. Perhaps I can in at a bad time Or something but I was not happy with the product. The temperature was fine, the speed of service was fine, the food was cooked to satisfaction but it just seemed that it was sitting around too long after being cook (mac and cheese) or was starting to go bad before they cooked it (chicken) really not sure. Every time I'm in North Carolina- I have to stop by BoJangles. I blame my kids for making me try the BoBerry biscuits(I think that's what they are called?) They are blueberry biscuits. All of the food is super greasy tasty food-so, I wouldn't advise going often. I do crave it when I get there. I have only dined inside once-I prefer to do drive thru. And the name Bojangles is just funny to me as well. read more

I've had good experiences here for breakfast but the drive-thru tonight made me mad. I ordered a 3-piece dark meal. I waited in line for 15 minutes and when I got to the window, I was told it would be another 15 minute wait for the chicken. I had already paid so I got a refund and as the manager was doing the refund, she said they get a lot of family sized orders around that time of day. She wasn't lying, I saw several big boxes going out before me. If I was told it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken when I ordered, I would have said no thanks, driven off, and wouldn't be writing this review. The fact that I had to wait 15 minutes to find out I would have to wait 15 minutes is what made me mad. Also, if you know you get a run on chicken at the same time every night, start making extra chicken earlier. read more

I have several Major issues with this Chain. I drink Unsweetened Tea. I have ordered it many times, at times I've ordered it when with friends who ordered Sweet Tea. On the occasions when this has happened the ice in my Tea was melted within 5 minutes (no exaggeration) and my friends Tea was nearly as cold as when it was served. The reason is that this chain does not keep their Unsweetened Tea Cold at all while their Sweet Tea is Kept cold. I've eaten at no less than 15 different stores in this chain and I get the same thing at each at each one. I've made each stores manager aware of this and still no change has taken place. The South is Known for it's Tea... they sell more Tea in the South than any other Cold Drink. And BoJangles Markets themselves as Southern Cuisine... hello... how is watered down Tea any representation of the most popular drink in the South...? Problem 2 of many, their Biscuits are very inconsistent at best. I found this page by looking up the phone number of the one I just moved near so I didn't come here to rant but I'm glad to let others know what my experience has been. The Biscuits I just had with Gravy were so hard on the top and bottom that I could not eat them with just the flimsy Spork they give patrons to eat with. Now they have Knifes on the inside of the restaurant for the ppl eating in, but if one is eating out they do not offer a knife. How can one eat a Biscuit with a Sausage Patty between top & bottom with a flimsy Spork..? It's simply ridiculous. Sometimes the Biscuits are not all the way cooked and others they've been sitting on the line so long they're hard as can be. At Valentines Day they try to be Cute and make the Biscuits in the shape of a heart, it's hard enough to eat the biscuits because the help can't seem to get all then items on the biscuit in the Center of the sandwich. It's like Slap it all on in any manner mas long bas part of each item is somewhat under the top and over the bottom with little care in making it to where the Customer can eat it without getting no meat or cheese on one side and all meat and cheese on the other. They're more concerned about how "Fast" they get the food out the window than taking care in presenting the customer with a sandwich that can be eaten and enjoyed without half of it falling apart while eating it. Kids are messy enough when they eat, I don't need BoJangles to make it so difficult for them to eat without getting half then food on the floor of the house or my car. I've had the Drive Through person try to hand me 3 drinks at one time... where in the world am I to put 3 large drinks...? They have Drink Holders but unless I ask they just don't offer. I guess they expect me to put 3 Top Heavy drinks on the Leather Seats of my $40,000 Truck so they can spill when I make the first turn. I've called BoJangles so many times to complain that I know nearly every shift manager at the 3 locations in my area by name. I got so sick of not getting Straws not getting offered Lemon for my Tea, not being offered a Drink Tray when I have 3 or more drinks, had no utensils to eat with, Melted ice in my Tea within 5 minutes of leaving the Drive Through, Not being given the right food. One time when we were on our way out of town for the week I got someone else's order all together and had to stop again at another place to get food, or getting Cinnamon Twist that were hard as a rock... I've been treated like crap by smart ass drive through attendants on many, many occasions. If I tell them they made a mistake they take it as a personal attack and get all cocky with me. On nearly every occasion they forgot to add Lemon in my Tea and I tell them I've been given 4 & 5 slices of Lemon, I put one together and had a whole Lemon... now that's just wasteful and shows the level of cockiness some of the Drive Through ppl have. Today they forgot to add Lemon and when I told the girl (who I have trouble with all the time) she tried to hand me 4 big slices of Lemon in a cup they use for Dirty Rice and Gravy and the cup had no top... so I'm supposed to do what...? the bag was full to the top, and the Drink Tray that I had to ask for to put my 3 drinks in had no place to put this uncovered cup of Lemon, so I tapped on the window and asked if they were out of lids she tells me to just set the cup on top of my drink tray I set it on the sill and said I'll sit here until you get a top and put it on. She brought the top and set it next to the cup of Lemon and said "there you go", I told her as soon as it was served in the proper manner I'd be glad to move along, seeing 4 more ppl waiting she huffed and let out a deep Horse Whinnying type breath flapping her lips right over my Uncovered Lemons so I told her she had just let out her Spit all over my food and wouldn't take the Lemon, she called the Manager and he gave me a fresh Cup with One Slice in it as this hard headed girl should have done in the first place. She's not the only one, most are the same. read more

The chicken is really good. However there are issues with the drive through service. Even if I speak clear and loud mistakes are made. I will get rice instead of fries. I will get sweet tea instead of pepsi. Next issue is with the bags and meal boxes. If I order 3 meals, they hand me each meal box separate. The boxes are greasy and falling apart. Why not put them all in a bag together? Or if a wrap, meal box and sandwich are ordered all will be handed again separate. This seems to be standard no matter which bojangles I go to. I get very angry looks if I ask for it in a bag. Final issue is with the salad. The chicken strip salad is supposed to have three cut up strips and cucumbers. The two salads had no cucumbers and clearly one cut up strip of chicken. read more
