This location does a great job managing the drive thru during the lunch rush. There's two lines, but it ultimately merges into one right before getting to the pick up window. There's a staff member at the merge that verifies the order prior to having the patrons move forward. I just wanted to give a shout out to Chick-fil-A and this one (Phillips Highway) in particular. I typically come here as a reward for my warehouse crew. It's what they always ask for, so I'm typically carrying out large orders and this request is a testament to their food. I find that their breakfast chicken sandwich with honey on it is delicious. For those that don't eat typical fast food, there are salads and tenders that are grilled along with wraps. My greatest appreciation that comes for this place is that sometimes this trip is unplanned and Chick-Fil-A doesn't flinch when I walk in and order for 40 people. They seem disappointed to tell me I may be waiting for 10-15 minutes. I have always worked in Logistics and I can tell you Chick-Fil-A is one of the best logistical operations you will find anywhere. Not the easiest situation to access which is a deduction for me as a customer. The dining room and drive-thru was dead on a Saturday at 230. I found the eating area clean and no wait in line. The female staff took the order for four a did a great job processing the reward on the app for a national promo of FREE 8 nuggets. My coke was handed off and had liquid running down the side which I wiped off. The condiment area was clean. The food was delivered hot, timely and accurately. The female staffer was friendly. The meals and shakes tasted great. This store for a first time is A OK. The logistics off the highway is not appealing to this traveler. Note: This review is based on an amazing review my coworker gave me of this particular location! **ATTENTION: Chick Fil A is dog friendly :)** My coworker and her siblings were in the drive-thru and had to wait a bit to get their food (rush hour, understandable), but because of the great service the drive-thru server gave, it didn't matter. After they all ordered their food and finally were at the pick-up window, the girl was very polite, apologized, repeated the order and then handed out the food to everyone. Now, my coworker has a very large puppy (a Rottweiler named Nakoma). When the girl saw Nakoma she asked my coworker if she was allowed to have dog treats. After my coworker said it was fine they gave her a little bowl of Milkbone dog treats (well they look like Milkbone...they say B&J on them). This part nobody will probably care about, BUT my friend knows I love to Yelp and she literally went out of her way to say "CAT YOU NEED TO YELP THIS". Worst Chick-fil-a experience! I was craving a Chick-fil-a breakfast sandwich so we decided to leave a little early so we could stop here before our appointment Saturday morning. We pulled in to the drive thru and were extremely happy that it wasn't backed up at 10am. We we pulled up to the associate outside she switched with another male associate, Justin. So Justin took our order which seemed to take longer than usual. Maybe the computer was giving him a hard time. I dont really know but he was having a hard time entering our order. I orderded a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and instead of the hash browns I asked for the granola parfait with orange juice. We also ordered chickin mini's and a chicken sandwich with pepperjack cheese. When we received our order the orange juice, chicken mini and parfait were correct. The order seemed to cost a bit more than I was expecting so we had to check the receipt to be sure it was rung up correctly. Well it wasn't. Maybe it was my pregnancy brain but I was thinking I could evenly swap the hash browns for the yogurt. However I also was not informed by dear Justin that there would be an upcharge for the swap. Either way I wanted the granola so this wasn't a big deal. All the charges ended up being correct on the receipt. We were going to drive away and deal with the chicken sandwich with no cheese but then we realized my sandwich was all bacon. A BISCUIT AND BACON! The little person growing inside of me loves bacon but this was not what I ordered. We looked at the receipt again and sure enough it said Bacon Biscuit. I don't know how he missed the egg and cheese. So we pulled into a parking space and I went inside. This was around 10:10am. My appointment was at 10:30am. At this point I'm frustrated and upset that I went through the drive thru, my order was wrong, we were making good time and now I had to get out of the car with swollen feet to make sure my order was corrected. I was running late for an appointment, hadn't received my food or eaten breakfast for the day and this guy comes in with this kind of attitude. Talk about blood boiling! I went to another associate and explained I just wanted my money back. I needed to get to an appointment and Justin's attitude really pissed me off. She apologized and agreed that was not a good way to handle the situation or respond. Then they called my name for my food order and I left very upset with my experience. This time my order was right and everything was good. But I was late for my appointment, had to rush and stuff my face. And my husband did not get to finish his sandwich because he was driving and we had to rush inside. If I was not about to have a baby in a few days, I probably would take the time to call a manager about my experience over the weekend. Many, many times we have left on a Saturday morning at like 5 or 6 to head to Orlando for the day. When we do, we never fail to make a stop at this particular Chick-Fil-A to each grab a chicken biscuit. If you've never experienced a Chick-Fil-A biscuit, you just don't know what you're missing. YUM! We stop at this one in particular because it's an easy off/on of I-95, so we don't have to go out of our way. Since it's always crack of dawn early on a Saturday, they're never busy. There are some many items to choose from and I'm in love with the Market Salad with Grill Chicken which has fruit in it apples, blueberries and strawberries. Today, picking up an online order at 10:45 in the morning has taken over 20 minutes so far.... lunch rush pickups take no where near this long (assuming you can make it in the parking lot) This location is definitely hit or miss Last week I got a frozen lemonade instead of frozen coffee.... not quite what I was going for. Also didn't get the sauce I requested (that was listed on my receipt) The food has been on the downside for a hot minute note. Sometimes the food is undercooked, sometimes over cooked. The chicken quality has been almost inedible (gray meat, gooey). I used to love the nuggets, but now I buy a 12 pack in hopes that at least 8 will be decent enough to eat. All in all, the place is okay... sometimes a waste of money. That being said, when you ARE the bigot chicken chain, you should at least try and maintain some type of decent service and food quality. read more

This particular Chik-Fil-A on Phillips & JTB has "McDonaldized" their customer service. I am so disappointed. The place where you were greeted with a smile and treated like you really mattered and it was always "my pleasure" after everything they did for you. I was just talking recently to friends and we spoke about how all of the other fast food places could take note of Chik-Fil-A's service and how it was so nice to go to a place and treated so well. I would say that a large majority of Chik-Fil-A's customers would say the main reason for passing up any other fast food place wasn't the food alone but their customer experience equally. It's obvious that this particular stores franchisee is more concerned with the politics of the day and not what set them apart from all of the rest. What is there to say about Chick Fil A? It's a fast food spot so you have the usual menu items you would expect to find. Fries, sandwiches, etc. Here's what I like about them. Did you know that they fry their chicken nuggets in a completely different oil than their French fries? While this may not seem like a big deal to many people, when you are a parent of a kid with food allergies, this is a huge bonus. Having a fryer dedicated to French fries means that he can have fries here making this restaurant probably the most favorite of my son. I love the chicken here too. It's always moist and flavorful. I usually get nuggets or the spicy deluxe. The staff is very efficient at making sure that things run smoothly even when they are extremely busy which they will inevitably be almost every day. They have a great system to get people in and out without compromising the quality of the food. The Sunday thing is annoying sometimes because I forget they are closed until I hit their parking lot but I recognize their right to operate as they wish.
