School is back in session, and I FINALLY get to enjoy another quiet calming breakfast by myself and where is the first place I want to go? Le petit Paris of course! Went here for a birthday brunch and i loved the vibes! If you are going here to expect "service" there is none, you order your food and they bring it on you, thats it. No one checks on you. Food here is very affordable, and we paid right about 50$ for the 2 of us. We did tip when we paid upfront as we thought we were gonna set serviced at the table but that was not the case. The food was a 5/10. Not much flavor at all. Only thing we liked was the balsamic dressing, the side salad and the orange as a side, hehe. The espresso tasted burnt. The coconut latte did not taste like coconut at all. I had high expectations for this place but we did not like the food here. Absolutely beautiful brunch spot that's perfect for a girls' day out or taking family and friends who are visiting from out of town. From the moment you walk in, it feels like you've been transported to a charming café in France. The Nutella and strawberry crepes are absolutely delicious and a must-order. Their cappuccinos are excellent, complete with adorable latte art that makes the experience even more special. This was the first ever Le Petit that I had been to even before I moved to Jacksonville and now I go to the one closer to me at Neptune Beach, but I came to this one with some of my coworkers for brunch and it felt so full circle! We sat outside and their outside area is super cute and spacious and it actually wasn't that hot being underneath the covering that they have and there is some breeze coming through. I order the same thing every time because I love it so much - the Le Germain. I also got the linzer matcha, which had an interesting taste. I've never had that flavor before and I just wanted to try it, but I don't think it was quite for me, but I usually do like their Matcha so I think it was just that I didn't love this particular flavor. Le Petit Paris is a great spot for pastries, bread, and drinks with this location in Southside. Came here for a brunch with some coworkers and we sat outside. You have to order inside and then head to a table with your number and the servers will bring it to you. With a party of 5, our food came out in good time and we got an array of items-- from a breakfast croissant sandwich to little pastries, everything was wonderful. Most of us ended up trying their seasonal matcha drink which was a linzer matcha that came with black cherry and a pistachio cold foam. It has a specific taste but I liked it a lot! It's not a mix of flavors I'd normally think of but I ended up finishing my drink which I don't always do, even with matcha drinks. The croissants & bread were fresh and each dish was beautifully plated. I love a dish that both looks good and tastes good and it delivered both. The outdoor patio is covered and a great spot to enjoy your meal if the weather is beautiful and breezy which is was the day we dined here. The inside is also such a cute vibe. Amazing French cafe in Jax, came here for a Client lunch on my first visit and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is modeled after a French bakery. Plenty of interior and exterior seating. It gets busy during lunch, but we didn't have a problem finding a seat. Got a ham and cheese sandwich on a croissant. All sandwiches come with a small side salad. I am annoyed at myself that I didn't take a pic of my lunch from here. Each week at work we do a group door dash and some of those deliveries have been an.... Experience to say the least. Now I know that La Petite Paris is SO GOOD in person at the restaurant. A big part of it being good at delivery is the way the restaurant packs the food. And they did an INCREDIBLE job. Everything was as fresh and tasty as it is in the restaurant. Each meal was packed with care to make sure it arrived safely and didn't fall apart or spill or anything crazy. And... coming in clutch... they wrote the names on each order. It's always tough with like 10+ people to be certain everyone gets the right meal. They made it easy. I also got a latte to go halfway expecting it to be room temp or so when it arrived. But it was still HOT! So they timed things very well. Also really good. Their lattes are always awesome. I had the fig, bleu cheese, and walnuts croissant. It's my favorite thing to order here. And it was fabulous as usual. read more

I came here with friends for Sunday brunch and a mini baby shower. I've had food from here a couple of times before and it has not disappointed me yet. My nee favorite sandwich is the smoked salmon sandwich from Le Petit Paris. I've had it at 2 locations and it's just delicious! Huge portion , fresh, flavorful and delicious. This location got their holiday decorations up nice and early and it's just so pretty inside and on the patio. If you are in a rush you order ahead of time, there's also kiosks right inside in addition to a human to take your order. My only negative is the parking situation here- I literally had to wait for someone to leave as I was there at 1230p on a thursday. read more

When pulling up, I noticed a very cutesy French cafe. Loved all the decor from the patio with a fountain and flowers to the decor inside with paintings, gazebo, and cozy cafe seating. The pastry case eloquently displays all the delicious looking baked goods and the line wraps so you browse while you wait. While in line, I noticed a self-service kiosk that my coworkers and I ordered from. Note: if you order a soft drink it will not get delivered to your table and you'll need to ask for a cup. We ate most of our meal before realizing this. A table number is brought to your table and we received our items sporadically which I expect with counter service establishments. The staff bringing the food was friendly, and even a gentleman helped sort out that we didn't get cups for the fountain machine for our soft drinks ordered via kiosk. As our items arrived, we began to dig in and remarked several times the food items were good; from the French onion soup to croissant sandwich we were pleased. The desserts were calling our names when we saw that the cheesecake is made in house - be rude not to! Perhaps I selected the wrong flavor, but I wasn't impressed with the cheesecake (cookies and cream). My two coworkers did enjoy theirs though. Overall, I enjoyed this visit with coworkers while visiting Jacksonville for work. I'll be on the lookout for any Arizona locations as I'd visit again local to me if we have them. read more

This was my first time to La Petit. I always see them busy so I was excited to check it out. I had Le Marais. Smoked salmon on a baguette. It was delicious. The decor was beautiful and well decorated. We came in at 1:30 and it was very very loud making it hard to hear people at our table. That was the only negative. So far I'm loving it here! I've been here twice and had great experiences both times. The ambience is too notch, inviting, clean, open concept, great atmosphere for individual dining or big groups. There are seatings both outside and inside, super spacious. I sat by the small fountain last time and it was great with children. 2nd time, we chose to sit inside the birdcage, and it was so cool! The staff is very friendly, I ordered through the kiosk so fast & easy! Sandwich a La Viande Steak cooked to a medium, still juicy & soft, the truffle oil is bursted with flavors. The mixed greens were fresh & the dressing made it just so much better! The bread is a bit hard on the outside, possibly over-toasted but everything is great. My friend had the matcha latte, it looks so pretty! Cafe au lait: cappuccino & house coffee with rose petal added at no extra charge, both are delicious & strong in coffee flavor. This is one of my favorite places in all of Jacksonville. This location in particular truly transports you to a Parisian garden. The patio fit with a calming fountain is the perfect location to catch up on work or read a book. They've created an incredibly inviting and relaxing atmosphere. One of my favorite design elements is the long banquette seating with the wall of paintings. The food is just as delightful as the ambiance. The pastries are simply divine, flaky and buttery, and the breakfast dishes are well executed and use high quality ingredients. My go-to's are the hazelnut croissant and a lavender latte. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Le Petit Paris is a must-visit spot for anyone who loves great food and a beautiful setting. Le Petit Paris is just five-star all the way! I'd give it 10 stars if I could! It's been a year since our Yelp Elite event here and I finally made it out to see how things are staking up here. Well, I have to say it's pretty incredible. Not much (thankfully) has changed about the appearance and high quality of the food, excellent deserts and danishes, and coffee Le Petit offers to its customers. I had a white chocolate latte that was a joy to consume. I would have liked it a little warmer, but no matter, it was very good. My dearest had the matcha latte. It was unsweetened, which is not my choice of having it that way. But I did get a taste and no doubt it was solid in taste and made well. The cherry cheese danish was spectacular! Don't miss the opportunity to get one of these! Among the best of danishes I've ever had for sure. I also tried the lobster bisque. Yes it was awesomely good. And if you're having one of these alone, then the lower-priced cup version will do you just fine. It's pretty rich but from all my taste buds appearances, I think it was made in-house. Do make sure you get the onion soup too! It comes with cheese bread to dip with it - by far the best I've ever had! As for service, we arrived at lunch and it was just about a full house! It's pretty clear people who work or live in this area love this place! It's very attractive in the interior. There is a nice sizable outdoor patio eating area too. There were a good number of customers eating out there during the visit. There are plenty of wooden tables, large and small inside Le Petite! The people who served us beginning at the counter were all superb and enthusiastic while taking our orders. The line moved a little slow, but no one seemed to mind. We all knew it would totally be worth the wait. I would say Le Petit Paris has not downgraded a single bit since our Yelp Elite event last year! Didn't know what to expect but this place was awesome! We had a great time at this place - the ambiance is quaint and there is a decent amount of space, as well as outdoor seating. We ordered a "crepe" special (mushrooms, chicken, bechemel sauce), and were a little confused when we received a dish in a casserole dish. That being said, it was really good - the chicken and mushrooms were on the bottom, and the "crepe" was layered on top with a thick layer of cheesy goodness. I added a touch of hot sauce and it was great - I could only finish half. My partner ordered the chicken salad croissant which was delicious, juicy, and the cranberries added a nice flavor. The oat milk lavender latte was fragrant and soothing on the rainy Saturday I dined. The lavender petals made it slightly textured- great for presentation, but I wound up fishing them out. Service was polite and warm, but ordering and food took longer than expected, so best enjoyed when you're not in a rush. This was my 2nd visit. I hated their quiche on the 1st try but a friend wanted to return. It wasn't awful! In spite of my warning, my friend ordered the quiche & declared it the worst she'd ever had. The ambience is spectacular. The service is pleasant! A lovely place to eat if you're careful. Ignore the quiche & French onion soup: disappointing! I enjoyed a cheese platter, lobster bisque & cheesecake. The pastries in general look wonderful--I assume they are but didn't try any. As a final word: it's quite sad that such a beautiful restaurant with such good staff has mediocre food. Francophiles deserve better! read more

One of the best French inspired cafes in Jax! For one it is decorated perfectly. It has such a great vibe inside. Plentiful seating and even an outside patio. The cafe/coffee bar is amazing. They make a variety of drinks and their lattes are exceptionally delicious. They have tons of flavors and they make cure themed drinks for the holidays. The food is fantastic! Really love all of their sandwiches and salads. It is prepared quickly even when they are super busy. Another note, is they get busy! Prepare accordingly especially on weekends. Their pastries sell quickly and they have quite the selection. I love the guava pastry and really you can't go wrong trying any of their baked goods. I got two takeout pastries: Triple berry tart, $4.95, was really good and we'd get it again. Tres leches cake, $7.95, was untraditional, with a layer of berry compote in it, and it was nice, but probably below average for a tres leches. I'd love to see the two pastries I look for most in a French bakery, eclairs and Napoleons (mille-feuille to the French), but I don't think I've ever seen them here. I was there at 10 AM, which is a good time to go, because the selection of pastries seemed to be complete, and greater than I've seen it later in the day when I've been there in the past. We'll be back periodically, hopefully regularly. We're lucky to have gone from zero French bakeries in this neighborhood not long ago, to this one, and now two, and soon an third (down at Baymeadows; the latter two are French/Asian bakeries). read more
