I did mobile order, drive thru pick up. Which was a mistake because the line sat still for 5 minutes. I finally just parked and went in and the customer service was awful. No one was friendly, every employee was moving so slow (keep in mind this is a Saturday morning) and there were about 12 people waiting in line with no one at the register. I've never had to wait over 2 minutes for an online mobile order. There were SO many flies all around the registers too. Once I was finally handed my food, he didn't even smile or say anything. I check my order, and it was wrong. I paid extra for an extra slice of cheese, and no extra cheese. Oh, and my eggs were green. Worst Chick-fil-A I have ever gone to. read more

Never been to a more unprofessional Chick-fil-A. We ordered breakfast at 10:20, and at 10:50 they told us they were no longer serving us our breakfast. The "manager" talked to us (I don't believe she was actually a manager) but first she made to text her buddies and check her phone before talking to us. Great location for Chick-fil-A. They can get very crowded at times in the morning and later in the day. The area has a lot of restaurants around it and the congestion can be kind of heavy. Terrible customer service. Know one is answering the phone. Called 13 times and no answer... they got my order wrong 2 times, two days in a row. Made me pull up to waiting parking spot after I went back through the line because they forgot to give me my fruit cup. I am very disappointed, and will choose to avoid this location. I purchased a gift card at the drive through for a homeless friend so he could eat during this coronavirus crisis. My friend returned to walk through the drive through line (restaurant lobby closed), and he leaned toward the window to try to read the menu. The manager called the police on him, and banned him from returning. He had to give away my gift card to someone else. I expect more from a business that claims to run on Christian values. They showed no compassion nor consideration for my homeless friend. Very sad. read more

I love Chick-fil-A. This location is right near my work so very convenient for lunch. I normally order on the app but it would not load until I was in line: I would normally rate a 4 since its just like any other location. However I went around noon and it is hectic as always. The line was long and the app FINALLY loaded whilst in line. I placed my order and stepped out. What made this visit outstanding is that Lisa kept checking up on me to make sure I was okay while i was waiting on my food. There were a TON of people in there during the lunch rush but Lisa made it a point to update me on the status of my meal and make small talk when she passed me. Although the trek getting to the restaurant and leaving was a pain, today's visit was truly a pleasure. read more

By far the worst chic-fil-a i have ever been to. I mean really, how hard is it to count? I have never ever had any issues with any Chic-fil-a ever. I usually go to towncenter, which they are AWESOME btw, but recently my coworkers let me know of this location being closer so I tried going here. All 3 times I have gone here they have not gotten the sauces right. I tell them when I am ordering every single time how many of which sauces I want and every single time they do not give me what I ask for. Additionally the food is sub-par compared to Towncenter and their staff is just.... off. Like the people they send out to take orders during lunch time are just plain dumb I feel like. Their equipment is never working right so it takes forever to get your credit card swiped. I am done going here. Will not be back. Towncenter will get my business. read more

Probably one of the most disappointing CFA's I've been to. We stopped on our way out of town because it's conveniently located near I95. It took longer than normal for our food to come out, and the food wasn't even piping hot (making the assumption that if it takes a while it's coming out fresh). We also stop at CFA when we head out of town so our daughter can play before a long car ride. The play area was filthy - visible dirt on the slide, straw and mint wrappers on the ground and play equipment, and just a overall feeling of griminess. Before leaving we used the restrooms, and I can't speak for the men's room, but the women's room was dirty - the paper towel dispenser didn't work, there were scraps of toilet paper and paper towels throughout. The stop got the job done, but we'll probably visit our regular CFA from now on. read more

Wish this was a no star. Terrible service at the drive thru. I ordered a number 1 and medium Mac n cheese. As I am waiting in the drive thru, other cars in the next lane in front and behind are being brought their orders. I finally approach the window to be told my order isn't ready but I was given my drink and told to move up to wait for my food. I moved up to the "red sign" and wait nearly an additional 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. After nearly 30 minutes waiting I walk to the window to ask for the manager for a refund. The young manager Denise came to apologize as I told her I no longer wanted the meal just a refund. Surprisingly as all this plays out... my food is ready. They said they will still refund and give me to the food. I continued to decline but they insisted. Fast service, clean, bright, inviting, friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. So much better than they're fast food neighbors (Sonic, Wendy's, McD's). (Tried twice to order from Wendy's drive-thru, which is located in same block, couple of doors away. Both times, Wendy's parking lot was empty and both times I sat at the order menu for several seconds, getting no greeting or request for my order. Guess they don't need the business.) Politics aside I love Chick-Fil-a. Even more so now that they have grilled nuggets. My go to meal here is a Kids meal B. Grilled nuggets, 6ct with a fruit cup and apple juice, a perfect meal for under $5. I frequent this particular location often since it is right down the road from my office. The only drawback is that in this restaurant hub there is never enough parking and the line is ALWAYS long. However my food is always fresh and the service is generally fast for the number of cars that are typically ahead of me. read more

First of all three people in the drive-through were in a bad mood and very short with me then I get handed my food and drink no straw, I told the guy I'm sorry I need a straw so I have to wait while he's visiting other cars for him to bring me a straw than my food was cold I got hashbrowns and a breakfast sandwich that was falling apart and it was cold! Every Chick-fil-a has exceptional service... EXCEPT this Chick-fil-a. At the window there are 5 workers 4 of which are standing around or goofing off and one is actually working. We have never waited mode than 5 minutes at the window and then they say they have to wait for fries. Ask for no ice in your drink and get an eye roll. We literally sat there and watched the workers pace and chat not tending to the window or the people in the dining area. Quite disappointing when you know every Chick-fil-a goes above and beyond. I took a sip of my husband's lemonade and yuck... It is syrupy sweet and not enough lemons. Our sandwiches were fine thankfully. Luckily I never venture out to this location. The location on Wells and the location on Roosevelt have the best service. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with this location. I don't understand how hard it is to get an order right. The last 3 times we have gone to this location they've gotten our order wrong. That's ridiculous. Today, we ordered 2 meals with sweet tea. They did great with the sauces this time (shockingly) but forgot our French fries and gave us 2 unsweet teas. Everyone knows the kind of food and service you get at Chick-fil-a and this location is no different. This store is closest to where I live but can also be a complete zoo. This entire area is crazy on weekday mornings and lunch time. When they're busy the parking lot can be a little tight and odd to get in and out of, just pay attention to the stop signs. If you're nearby and looking for a solid, quick meal, this is one of the best places to stop. read more

We are from Wisconsin and we don't have Chick-fil-A's by us. This was our family's first time eating at this chain. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean it was and how good the food was. Once again, I order a breakfast sandwich that came with a stale muffin, old bacon, old egg , topped with a cold slice of cheese. If I wasn't going to work , I would have taken it back to them. It was not even close to being good. I get you guys are busy and you are trying to reduce the wait in line but damn. Seems like they make all the food early morning and then just hand it out as people drive up. I ordered my food and it was given to me in less than a minute. Fresh? quite the opposite. Ok-- I have tried multiple times to give this Chick-fil-A a chance and today was the last straw. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville. Ordered breakfast before 10:30 on the online app, waited in the car line to pick up my food, was greeted and told to pull up to the window and then before I got to the window - a girl comes out to my car to tell me they can't make my breakfast that I ALREADY PAID FOR on the app before 10:30. She said it was now 10:30 and I couldn't get my burrito!?!? Are you serious right now.... THAT JUST HAPPENED. Called and spoke to Nathaniel (very nice) but he tells me they have no control over the app and is sorry. Sorry does not work. A great customer service resolution would be to make my burrito since I ordered on the online app before 10:30 and paid for it. Very slow service at this location. I don't understand how you can get such outstanding customer service at other Chick-fil-A's and this one falls very short. Very disappointing as this is the closest location to me. read more

Some friends and I were bored, and sans transportation while staying at the aloft hotel... so we went for a walk in the dangerous parking lots of Jacksonville... (If you've ever lived in florida, you know what I mean by dangerous! lol) The fries were decent.
