Takes so long and look at the size of this breakfast filet. :(. Super sad and just not the caliber they used to be at really any location.

Road stop food and Chick Fil A go hand in hand. This store was ok and served its purpose of great food in a clean location. The business is located a bit off the highway, maybe .5 mile and two turns. Not the easiest situation to access which is a deduction for me as a customer. The dining room and drive-thru was dead on a Saturday at 230. I found the eating area clean and no wait in line. The female staff took the order for four a did a great job processing the reward on the app for a national promo of FREE 8 nuggets. My coke was handed off and had liquid running down the side which I wiped off. The condiment area was clean. The food was delivered hot, timely and accurately. The female staffer was friendly. The meals and shakes tasted great. This store for a first time is A OK. The logistics off the highway is not appealing to this traveler. But if your hungry and want to score on a #1 then there are worse choices.

Here are the sweet dog treats! :)

Note: This review is based on an amazing review my coworker gave me of this particular location! **ATTENTION: Chick Fil A is dog friendly :)** My coworker and her siblings were in the drive-thru and had to wait a bit to get their food (rush hour, understandable), but because of the great service the drive-thru server gave, it didn't matter. After they all ordered their food and finally were at the pick-up window, the girl was very polite, apologized, repeated the order and then handed out the food to everyone. Now, my coworker has a very large puppy (a Rottweiler named Nakoma). When the girl saw Nakoma she asked my coworker if she was allowed to have dog treats. After my coworker said it was fine they gave her a little bowl of Milkbone dog treats (well they look like Milkbone...they say B&J on them). This part nobody will probably care about, BUT my friend knows I love to Yelp and she literally went out of her way to say "CAT YOU NEED TO YELP THIS". But anyways, I thought that was very thoughtful of the drive-thru person and very thoughtful of the company. I LOVELOVELOVE places that are so dog friendly.

We like the food here and the employees are always so friendly. Tonight my beloved had the grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries while I had the bowl of chicken noodle soup, my favorite. Except for the ketchup exploding on his white T-shirt, everything was fine. The ketchup packages are really hard to open! Good food, good service. All the other fast food businesses appeared empty...because Chik Fil A is so much better!

We started with their Steamed Pork Dumplings, which we've never had before. I was expecting them to be like a basic shumai type of thing but they were very unique, in a good way. Very flavorful and we tore right through them. I had Pad Thai with pork for my protein. Their sauce has a touch of sweetness to it but it's not overbearing in any way. They give you a good amount of meat with your noodles too, so I feel like it's priced right for what you get. Lauren had the Thai Sweet & Sour, which she's had before but last time she didn't get any spice in it. This time out, she went with their medium spicy level and thought it added a whole dimension she didn't realize was missing last time. For those wondering about their spice level, she told me that she thought I could handle it which means it's not all that spicy. So maybe use that as a guide if you stop in and have a preference for hot or not. We think this was the third time we've stopped in here and we know we've liked it each time we've been. I'm glad we were over that way so it made it easy to stop by. This review originally appeared in the Jacksonville Fun, Eats & Drinks Facebook group

We found this little gem of a Thai restaurant near our hotel. The restaurant is located in a business area. It is small, but the service was great. The food was fresh and delicious. We started with vegetable spring roll. These were crispy, full of veggies and noodles. The Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp, was flavorful and hot. We ordered the Thai sweet and sour chicken, full of veggies and pineapples. Well balance flavors of savory and sweetness. We also ordered the chicken eggplant, full of veggies in a light brown sauce. All served with jasmine rice. The only thing I would improved is the rice, it could be a little firmer for my taste. We left satisfied by a delicious meal in a small shopping center, surrounded by a Starbucks, and a Whataburger. When in Jax this little gem is a must.

We ended up here as we were staying at the Courtyard Marriott and this place was close and quick. Their hours are not late though-8pm. We took our order to go as we arrived at 7:45pm after 6 hours of driving. You could walk here from the hotels across the street--but there are not sidewalks from the hotels. Safer to drive the 2 minute drive. We each went for the pick two and it was TOO much. Lol. We should have shared just one pick two. One of us had the traditional (Carol) and the other had the one with eggs. Can't remember the name!! They were both great. The pick two also comes with two sides. We tried the broccoli salad, pasta salad and macaroni and cheese. We just did the scoops and we asked for a few more crackers--because we weren't sure how many crackers we needed. Glad we asked. It was a lot in these scoops. Bigger than an ice cream scoop! My favorite was the broccoli salad. They ask you if you would like bacon. Yes-please!! Mac and cheese was just ok. The pasta salad was descent. I would lean toward the broccoli. Each meal comes with a small packaged iced sugar cookie. Nice treat. I will try this chain again. Just at a local place by us. Super nice waitress, Ronny, who went out of her way. Kicked off with biscuits, as always. For meals we had: All Star- Eggs, all the meats, and chocolate chip pancakes. My son liked the pancakes the best. Biscuits and gravy and a house salad- my daughter's bday request and she loved the ranch dressing. Pancake breakfast for my other daughter. For my husband, the honey butter fried chicken. While the taste was great, there was almost no meat and all breading on all except for the chicken breast, so was a let down. Best meal tip: And then for me, hands down the best meal which all agreed to: grilled chicken strip meal with two sides (house salad and hash brown casserole). While the casserole was lukewarm, I ordered a side of the honey butter for the grilled chicken and it literally melted the chicken. In my mouth. Super delicious and will be back just for this (as my husband and son also want. Also kicked off with a mimosa. Salad was super fresh with tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese.

The sausage gravy actually took longer to come out than anything else, well after the biscuits had arrived. Nothing (besides the unset eggs) was BAD, but the timing was not great. Inside, the vibe is half sports bar, half carnival ride. Bright colors, loud music, and TVs everywhere showing either skateboarding fails or chicken-themed commercials. Employees: The staff are hyped up like they just ate a whole basket themselves. They greet you with, "Welcome to the EXTREME!" and somehow make you believe this isn't just lunch, it's an event. Service is quick, friendly, and a little chaotic -- like your food might arrive with someone ringing a cowbell. Food: The chicken strips are the main event, and they are absurd. Each one is the size of your forearm, battered so heavily that the crunch echoes across the room. Flavor levels go from "Original Crunch" to "Atomic Blast." Sides include fries, onion rings, and something called Extreme Slaw (which tastes like normal slaw but comes in a black-and-red container). Sauces are plentiful, ranging from ranch to a Carolina Reaper dip that feels like a dare. Bathrooms: Surprisingly clean for a place this wild. The stalls are decorated with graffiti-style chicken art, and the soap dispensers say "Wash your hands... EXTREME!" Mirrors have neon frames, which makes you feel like you're in a music video while fixing your hair. Extras: They have arcade machines in the corner (mostly racing and shooting games), and the napkin dispensers shoot napkins at you with way too much force. Seating is sturdy, clearly built for people who plan to eat three baskets and then collapse. Final Verdict: Chicken Strip Extreme isn't just a restaurant -- it's an experience. Loud, wild, and unapologetically over the top. You don't just eat here, you survive it.
