Y'all might want to double check people y'all put outside in the drive thru...clearly since chick fil a is about customer satisfaction but I just ordered here not long ago and the lady attending us was just rushing us in a way and wouldn't even give us time to finish ordering like she was already asking us to pay and staff like that hurts the brand and never have I ever felt rushed through a chick fil a drive thru until today. If you want a high quality experience from fast food this is it! Chick-fil-a is the cleanest fast food place I've been too. The staff here is awesome and food always taste great. Their tea is fresh and I love their all white meat chicken nuggets. This is a great place to take kids and now with free wi-fi, go at lunch time. But come ready for long lines at times. The chicken for the sandwich was smaller portion compared to the other locations I've eaten at. Husband said his spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good, spicier than most places. The fries...TERRIBLE. We literally got all the smaller pieces in our to-go bag. Like, they scooped all the scraps for us to eat. We did get 1 or 2 bigger pieces but they tasted a bit stale. The service at this location has always been superb!! I do have question for you. Last year your Chicken was supplied by a vendor whose Chicken was certified Halal which gave several folks an opportunity to eat Chick- fil- A at your location. The staff here are always friendly, the food is always consistent and good (it has been this way at every Chick-fil-A I have been to, and I have been to many. The Tuesday night family night event is great, our daughter loves it. The staff is always super nice to her, she loves seeing Mr/Mrs cow. This is a go-to Tuesday night event in our family when we came make it. The play area is nice as well, we like to use it when we come in for breakfast, as it is generally less crowded. They seem to run good promotions as well - I like that they have staff members floating around to tables to keep things clean, grab refills, take away trash etc. Seriously, a well run establishment. read more

These are teenagers if not freshly out of high school, kids she's yelling at . I asked the guy if she always does this and he said yes, After he took my order I pulled up and talked to him. This review is for this specific Chick-fil-A location, not Chick-fil-A as a whole, which would get 10 starts (yes, out of 5). They employ a TON of young teenagers which is great, giving youngsters a chance at the working world. Its great to see a whirl wind of teenagers making this place happen, unfortunately I don't think I've been through the drive through and received exactly what I ordered. This wouldn't bother me so much if I hadn't PAID for everything I ordered. This location is TOO busy, they can't keep up. This isn't so much a problem when you dine in... but after waiting through the LONG driver through line and you realize somethings wrong. You are kinda up a creek. It annoys the drive thru attendant. But we know sit at the window and double check everything before we pull away. This is your ONLY hope of getting your order correct. Oddly, more mistakes are made when they are slow than when they are hammered. A new location is coming to the Shoppes of Bella Terra which should alleviate some of the congestion. #4 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe meal. 570 calories for the sandwich but man it's good. Chicken is always juicy and it brings the heat. And if you don't already know, ask for the Honey Roasted BBQ sauce. It's pretty killer. The drive-through is always long at this location but moves fairly quick. Been coming by this location for a few months and overall above average location. The location has more young employees than other locations but their service and attitude are positive. The orders are routinely correct except for one experience. When we called manager he immediately apologized and provided coupon for a future meal. Other than the drive thru backing up on to street this a good locations with good service and employees. read more

Won't spend to much time reviewing the food since it's pretty consistent everywhere. Specifically wanted to review the experience at this location. This location is really busy... during lunch and dinners its common to see the traffic lined up onto cinco ranch, not surprising since the lack of food in SW Cinco. but despite the intimidating line the staff seems in good spirits and moves the line along swiftly, not fast. I've seen the staff do some amazing things though, once the drivethrough ordering must have been down so staff was out taking orders and phoning them back in, not sure how but the order was right and in the right order. On Tuesdays this location does family nights which are fun, they bring in local business, some of our favorite have been the free events like when they have face painting, or balloons, my DS's fav is when they bring in local businesses like My Gym where they did games and prizes. They need to train their workers a little better we had to say our order 3x and when we made it to the window she had the wrong size drink and forgot our chocolate shake. My husband & I visited today and we ordered 2 milkshakes. We were told to go to the white line and wait a few moments and someone would bring it out to us. After waiting 20 minutes, my husband decided to go inside the restaurant to find out when the milkshakes would be ready. To his discovery, the milkshakes were in a drink carry sitting behind the counter. From now on, we will visit the Nelson Way/Kingsland location. They are more efficient and we never have to wait for food or drinks to be delivered. I know the Westheimer Parkway location is a busy location but they could take a few notes from the Nelson Way/Kingsland location to increase efficiency and delivery time! read more

We go to this Chick-fil-A out of convenience but it is one of the worst for customer service. One of the main issues is the refusal to put sprinkles on kid ice creams. Every other location has no problem with putting sprinkles but this location refuses claiming multiple incorrect reasons. Also I've had sandwiches left out of my order in multiple occasions. From what I gather this owner believes that his location will get traffic and business. I matter how poor the service and product. Outstanding service! Although they are known for this they really impressed me today. I brought my four year old daughter to eat after her dance class and she asked for ice cream instead of a toy. Sadly for her it appeared that the sprinkles had either run out or been put up. She happens to be very vocal so when she had the opportunity to mention it to a staff member she did. Garine was outstanding! She was sweet enough to listen to my four year old explain her dilemma and then she offered to provide her with sprinkles in one of two colors...because ice cream without sprinkles is just wrong. I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular branch if you do drive thru is a major pain and headache! Everytime we go here and do drive thru service there our order is ALWAYS incomplete! I don't have time to check until we get home and open our orders and to travel back is such an inconvenience . We let it go but recently when we ordered for a large fries to go with our meal the box was half full, it wasn't supposed to be the right amount for a large fries I should know because we always frequently visit chickfila. We called the shift manager's attention on this hoping that this will be corrected, however unfortunately today again when we ordered a large hashbrown to go with our breakfast meal, again the box was half full! Whats the purpose of ordering large if we are just being shortchanged! So if you are going to go for drive thru at this particular branch MAKE SURE you double check your orders. Honestly there isn't much to say about this location. I think it can be a hit and miss. Some days you get better service than other days. Today was one of those days where I was just disappointed. The greeting was ok. When I started ordering is when things weren't the typical service you would receive at a chick fil a. The cashier that took my order seemed to be bothered while I was ordering. I understand it was busy in the morning (10am) on a Monday. I let it slip by and just finished ordering. After I received the last parts of my order I proceeded to ask her for only two sauces and it still seemed like even that was a bit annoying to her. Ok, whatever. We don't have to be friends. As my boyfriend starts opening his breakfast burrito he says "oh my god! This burrito looks like something you throw around and feed to an animal" to my surprise, it looked like something someone just tosses around and wraps. This was one of the rare visits to chic fil a where I didn't have a great experience. I had to repeat my order several times, only to them repeat it again at the window because It was wrong. Then they gave me the wrong food not how I ordered it! I asked them to scan my chic fil a card and the gal at the window said she couldn't do it??? Had me pull around and park and before driving away I specified which sauces to include in my order. Pulled around and parked, waited some more and my order came out without my sauces. The drive through line wrapped around the entire restaurant making it impossible for anyone to enter the parking lot, park their car, or even attempt to leave the restaurant. My first time being to Chick-Fil-A, I wanted something fast and healthy(er) then Whataburger.. This location is SUPER busy, the line for the drive through was wrapped around the building and extended into the parking lot...I went in. Tables were mostly full, ALL the cash registers were open so I ordered (the line went by so fast, I only had seconds to decide what to get). The food was out immediately, they didn't give me a # and call me up or deliver it to the table.. ( I assumed that's how it worked). We easily found a seat, the amazing & fast service has people in and out quick. There are two people walking around asking if we needed anything or a refill (AWESOME)... We even (last min) decided to order ice cream and instead of having to go up and order the manager came to the table (to clear our tray/trash) and offered to order and bring it to us... I have NEVER in my life experienced such amazing, helpful, courteous, pleasant fast food adventure in my life.
