My family an I stopped here on our way to our hometown for the Holiday. The service was quick and friendly. I had the 12 count nugget meal with a side salad and large sweet tea light ice. We sat an ate in this very clean Knoxville location, where 3 staff members came to see if we needed anything. Such terrific southern hospitality. I love it, feels like home already Melissa was super sweet, stopping by to see how we liked the chick-fil-a sauce, something I'd never tried. It Thursday, 11/17/23, a week away from Thanksgivings. My daughters and I are traveling to Senatobia, MS to visit family. While in route, we found ourselves getting hungry and decided to gasp meal at Chick-fil-a in Knoxville, TN. First of all, "Southern Hospitality" is rated a 10, with 10 being the highest. Melissa was awesome, she brought our food our and followed up on us while sat at the table and ate. The food was delicious. We also used the laboratory, which was very clean. The seated area was clean, calm and quite. I had the 8 pcs nugget meal which is always more than enough. Melissa suggested the chick-fil-a sauce. Slowest Chick Fil A I've ever been to. I got into line with two cars in front of me total. It's just your basic Chick-fil-a. It was quick, the people were friendly, the restaurant was clean, the food was good, pretty much everything you expect from a Chick-fil-a. One of the biggest perks of eating chick fila has always been the service of their typically very kind and polite employees. However, today was the third time within one week I have failed to receive such service. Normally, when you walk up to the counter to place an order, you are greeted with "hi how may I help you sir!" Instead today for the THIRD time in a week when i was up next in line the employee waiting to take my order just gave me a cold stare, as I waited for a warm greeting. Couple of seconds went by, still no greeting! The stare only continued until I proceeded to approach on my own and begin ordering. I'm normally a very tolerant guy but this has completely ruined my experience of chick fila! I was this restaurants biggest fan but something changed in the past few months. 3 times in a row had to wait over 30 minutes for food while employees were standing around chit chatting. Last order was a salad that only needed to taken out of the refrigerator. Quality of food is not up to their previous standard either. I won't be back to this location. Very sad to say. read more

Tried getting a Job here. I went to the interview with blue sticks in my hair and a mixture of blonde and red in my hair my hair was faded from that last time I colored it about 4 months ago. I was hired well so I thought. Went in today to do paperwork. So last night I decided to color my hair to make it look nice before starting work tomorrow. When I arrived to do paperwork I was then informed my hair color was to unnatural for the Job yet nothing was ever said to me in the interview. I dyed my hair a dark red but yet somehow the 3 mixed colors were better than a nice all over dark red. I was also then told that tattoos and facial hair like beards were ok but not my red hair. This is discrimination . You are telling me I can't work for you because my hair color is not natural enough yet it was more unnatural when I interviewed and was offered the job. Yet red is the color of your business. And you hired me with blue in my hair which was way worse than the red I have now. So you are telling me I have to dye my hair again or not get the Job. When I have great experience and references. But I can't color my hair again because it will make my hair fall out and I already have thin fine hair that falls out on its own. Yet you will allow tattoos and beards but not my red hair. Ok so you lost a wonderful hard worker with lots of management experience in fast food. And you're discriminating against me. So I will make people aware. Because I always wanted to work here and used to think Chick-fil-A was one of the best fast food places around. But people this is 2023 and discriminating against someone's hair is so wrong. First 2 pictures of how my hair looked at the interview the 3d is how it was before it faded from 4 months ago. Love that Christian chicken! This place is always popping and that will never change. As a franchise, Chick-fil-A has a monopoly not only on chicken sandwiches but also on fast food customer service. Nobody does it better! This experience today was a typical 5 star. Ordered through the app which was easy, fast, intuitive, and attractively designed. My order literally was ready faster than when I order at the register! I got the 4 count strips with the titular Chick-fil-A sauce for dipping, and a Greek yogurt parfait instead of waffle fries. Water to drink (gotta stay hydrated, boy). Knockout meal. My stomach has that perfect feeling of satisfaction; I had exactly the right portion to fill my gut to the threshold without sending me over. read more

Today is the first and hopefully only bad review of this location. Came in around 235-245p ordered a 12piece nugget with BBQ. Drove away and started to eat(this was my late lunch) They were cold! I managed to eat 4and then just couldn't..threw the rest out. Never have I ever had bad meal or service, but today I did. I hope it didn't happen to any others after me. I'm not a usual chick fil-a customer since there are none near my home, but I was disappointed in this one. I looked at the pictures on the menu and decided to order the spicy chicken since the pepper jack cheese sounded good. I ordered for take out and when I opened it, no lettuce, no tomato, and no pepper jack cheese. I was impressed that they had two strolling order takers in the drivethru, but still disappointed I didn't get the sandwich I wanted. I guess I'll have to wait another few years before I come across another one in my travels. read more

Chick-Fil-A has always been know for extraordinary service but this one I eat at all the time. The staff here is always helpful. Every-time I go in, I'm asked by at least 3 employees if I need anything else, I'm often carrying 2-3 orders for myself and coworkers and you do not get asked by other restaurants if you need a drink carrier even if you order 2-3 drinks with the same order. However, this restaurant hires employees that think above and beyond normal customer service that always offers that extra stuff that makes it easier for you.
