The chicken had great flavor but a little overcooked. The staff apologized and said there was only one person cooking. However, the collard greens and Mac and cheese were amazing. The staff are very attentive and friendly. It was a great experience

What a cool spot to visit while on vacay. Definitely that old school fancy vibe, while not being pretentious. Loved the brunch action while looking out over Market square and enjoying $4 bloodies and mimosas! The tenders and sweet potato waffle fries were solid, the pimiento Mac & cheese was delicious! Excellent service on a busy day!

We were looking for a last minute dinner when our plans went awry and we were able to get on the Yelp waitlist for Myrtle's and got seated quickly! The service was extremely fast and great- our biscuits came out like 5 minutes after we ordered them. They have a great extensive menu and great cocktails! Everyone was raving about their chicken. I will be coming back for sure! Our server was also great.

$4 mimosas and Bloody Mary's for brunch? Yes please! Lively atmosphere with good drink selection. I tried the Billy chicken biscuit off the brunch menu. Fried chicken with fried goat cheese and pepper bacon relish...DELISH!

We were craving some southern style fried chicken when in town. This place didn't disappoint. Awesome flavors, good local beer selection, very nice staff. The chicken was juicy with a nice Nashville-type kick to it, hehe One of the things that stood out to us were the homemade buttermilk biscuits - they were delicious. Very cool spot!

Very good place in the Market Square section. Looked near empty when peeking in from outside but once indoors realized the high booths shroud how busy it is. Daniel was our server. Top notch. Your next soda is already delivered when the original is halfway kinda server. The fried pickles are a highlight. The Nashville hot has a good bite and long burn. Not too spicy right away.

Came to Knoxville hungry and stopped in Myrtle's because the menu looked like we couldn't pass it up. So glad we did because the food was the best. The service was fast and our waitress was on the spot. Good and drinks came out fast. Very clean place and good vibe inside. Would definitely come back

I ordered take-out. Very quick and nice hostess. Chicks in a Blanket (8/10), 3 sides as a meal: - Myrtles Tomato Pie(9/10)!! - side Mac and cheese(8/10) - side broccolini(7/10)-it was a little too bitter for my taste.

Wonderful chicken dinner. Breaded Chicken tastes all natural and they were juicy. Roasted broccolini, coleslaw, mini biscuit were all on point as well. Service wasn't fast but we had no rush. We were able to get a table outside. Great place and reasonably priced fried chicken. Family friendly!

The burger was cooked a perfect medium, and the wedge was fresh, crisp, and exactly what we were looking for. Even though we arrived late, the service was excellent and never felt rushed. There was still a lively crowd, and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. The bar is especially impressive, with towering shelves stocked with an enormous bourbon selection, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Great food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

After last night I'm not sure if we will ever return. We were seated outside at a table that was right in front of the in and out doors. We waited almost 15 minutes before someone came to wait on this. Honestly this would have been longer if my husband hadn't gone in to ask about a server for our table. Mind you, there were plenty of servers walking to help the other tables around us as we were waiting. Finally a server walked up, her name started with an A, and she was very flippant with helping us. I ordered a beer and my husband ordered water and son ordered a soda. We also went on and ordered since we had no idea when she would return for our order. She brought the water and soda but no beer and then we didn't see her (at our table) until our food came out. My beer came out with the food, a good 10 minutes after I ordered it. I know you may be thinking that the bar was backed up but her other table (that arrived after) got their drinks right away and also a 2nd order of drinks before I received my beer. She never came to check on us with our food and spent more time at the table that arrived with her friends. Her attitude and personality was vastly different with our table versus her friend's table. When it came time to get us our check. I saw her roll her eyes and walked towards us. I let it slide instead of calling her out on her actions as I just wanted to leave. We paid our check and left. I truly feel like this will be our last time here because of the service we received. We have many friends who travel to Knoxville for various sporting events (since I'm in that industry) and I always recommend Stock and Barrel. After last night, I'll be recommending some other place.

I learned that Knoxville hosted the 1982 World's Fair, so we walked around the old fairgrounds and then down to the river. Beautiful area and a perfect day to just hang out. At Calhoun's, I loved our waitress, sitting out on the deck, my blackberry margarita, and the chicken tenders with honey mustard. The bacon-wrapped burnt-end brisket was tasty too, although a little dry. Maybe that's just part of being burnt ends. Honestly, I thought most of our food leaned a little dry for me -- except those chicken tenders. Maybe in Tennessee, the barbecue sauce is supposed to do more of the heavy lifting. Either way, great food, great weather, great company, and a very good day all around.

I liked the sauce on the pork and the sunny side up egg brought a good amount of yolk into the dish. Everything mixed well with the sesame flavored cucumbers and jalapeños. The rice was pretty plain but paired with everything else it was fine. I think I'll try one of the salads or power bowls next time, as they come highly recommended! I also had a bite of the smoked salmon from the power bowl and a bite of the chicken piccata. I normally don't like chicken piccata but the lemon and caper flavor did not overpower and the angel hair pasta was very soft. A bit on the pricier side for a lunch but I enjoyed what I had at Cazzy's. I hear both locations are very consistent as well.

We did not have any drinks but the offerings cover the local, standard and top shelf tastes. The staff is even invited to events to learn about food and drink parings. Lunch was grab and eat. It was very quiet becasue we were well past the lunch rush and before the early dinners. I needed something more than a salad or bowl even though several were tempting. Not always a burger guy, but a bison burger will draw my attention. You don't see bison much in TN. Delicious. Juicy enough I needed an extra napkin. The second reason I chose the burger was for the carrot fries. I don't ever remember having them before or even seeing them. Their good, no reason they can't be a replacemnt to traditional fries and they don't "sag" as much as sweet potato fries. In my case, the kitchen put potato fries on the plate rather than carrot fries. Our server, Daniel noticed it and brought out a separate plate with proper side. Great service there. Another upgrade is that seasoning on the fries. There are several different ones and they differ byt the dish and fry. It was fun to compare the difference on the plate. So, cazzy's is not at diner but a fine gastropub.
