Today was different and I'm writing in hopes that maybe our experience will be heard and help avoid situations like this in the future. At 5pm today I used the app to place an order and selected the drop down option of pick up at 6:30pm since that was the earliest I could get there. At 5:53 I received a text telling me my food was ready to pick up. Which meant that the hot burger would sit for almost 40 minutes and the salad with hot ahi tuna would sit and get the salad warm for 40 minutes until I arrived. I called the phone number listed for the store and was stuck in a web of AI answering. Everything I asked to speak to someone I was told by AI that I could leave a message or go to the website. I kept insisting to speak to someone and after the fifth time it finally put me through to someone in person. Not at the store. Apparently there is no direct line to the store anymore. The best the person could tell me was to go at 6:30 and ask them to remake it while I wait longer. I hurried to get there by about 6:15 and asked to speak to the manager. I tried to explain as politely as possible, but my concern was brushed aside with a dismissive, "We'll remake it for you. Hold on." In lieu of any sort of apology or owning of the problem, he said (direct quote), "Well, another lady just before you had the opposite problem." I have no idea what that meant or how it was an answer to my situation. He also told me, "The order came through and we just made it." When I asked if that was normal when you order through the app and specify a time, he reluctantly acknowledged it wasn't supposed to happen that way. So as I waited, he came over and asked, "What dressing do you want? It says no dressing." I double checked my order on the app and it clearly said "Ranch dressing: no change." So I'm not sure what made him think I hadn't ordered dressing. When I opened the order to check, the ahi tuna that was supposed to be seared was cooked well done all the way through and dry like chicken, but by that time I had just gotten home. We will still keep eating at the Habit. We really like it. My hope is that the manager would hear our experience and consider a different approach to hearing regular customers who offer a legitimate concern and constructive feedback. Additionally: when we opened what was supposed to be a bbq bacon char it was a single char with no bacon or cheese or bbq sauce.

Picking up the burger I knew this wasn't no regular skinny patty smash burger..... this bad boy had some weight to it and it sure wasn't the toppings. The burger was immaculate, filling and overall worth the price. The only downside was the cheese not really a fan of processed cheese but that's just my opinion.... And I still ended up loving it. The Krunch fries were spot on exactly what I was thinking it would be. The butterfinger milkshake immaculate as well. Words can't describe it And the thing that I pointed out from the burger was the pickles. Those pickles are not joke they really go beyond with there house based pickles. Its a fairly heavy meal so I wouldn't say eat this daily but for a treat-yo-self kind of burger experience this spot is it!!
