I liked coming here because it's less busy than most Chick-fil-As but I guess I know why. Twice I've come and twice my order has been wrong. The first time, I came for milkshakes. I wanted one peppermint milkshake, one chocolate, and one strawberry. Unfortunately there's no way of seeing if this is correct right away if they're topped with whipped cream. I got home and they were all peppermint. Tonight I came and they were out of waffle fries. Not a big deal. So I order my meals, the deluxe sandwiches but with Mac and cheese. I get home and they're all the basic sandwich. Luckily I was only charged for that but it's still annoying that the few times I've come here, they've messed up my order. But also, if you're going to be out of waffle fries, other sides shouldn't be an upcharge. read more

I've come here since the place opened. I really have wanted to give this place a better review, but ever since the original operator sold the place, the quality has been sub-par at best. Like today, I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it's chewy and stringy. No crunch, no crispy. Basically tastes like a raw filet, but I can tell it's been cooked. Don't even get me started on the soggy fries I got. I will say the service is usually pretty good when I come though. read more

I came for their anniversary week. One Wednesday, it was a free chicken sandwich for following their Instagram. Tomorrow is the same free item if you favorited their Nextdoor page. The line was actually pretty long at 12:30, and I considered coming in at a different time, but I prayed that it would move pretty fast. It didn't seem like most of the customers were here for the deal, but I could be wrong. There is plenty of parking and outdoor seating, and the layout is interesting. It was quick service (15-20 minutes), and they were efficient, so no complaints whatsoever. They also have a bunch of condiments and things on the side counter. The lines of the drive through are always short and if they get busy they have their servers out taking orders to make the lines run faster. Manager Carlos was very helpful when we received the wrong order. He took care of the issue by entering the problem and the solution into the computer so that we would not have any problems with receiving our corrected order. We think the chicken is the best out of the other competitors. We never have been inside to eat. MORNING STAFF NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED OR SOMETHING. Multiple occasions where this girl in a grey polo I'm amusing the manager is rude and not friendly at all. I order on the app and confirm when I'm close so my food can be ready and it never is. Friday 2/13 approach the window and she told us that our order wasn't receive when I clearly confirm on the app. Our food was not ready. Since when do they wait for the customer to be at the window to begin working on food? The reason we order on the app is so we don't have to wait because I'm passing by. I always have to wait.. If they aren't morning people maybe they shouldnt work the morning shift. If she's the manager she needs to be reminded that she is the leading example and if she's acts like that her whole team will act the same.
