Very disappointed in this location. As I walked in, the employees did not seem happy to work there. Later I found out that the operator does not care for his employees and you can tell by the way they work. I was not greeted, employees talked to each other saying they wanted to go home. 8/19/15 update This place is seriously starting to lose it and is about to make it on my no-go list. It is the second time in as many visits that I have gotten the wrong order. The first time I went through the drive thru and didn't know I got the wrong salad until I got back to the office. If I didn't find Cobb Salad so disgusting I likely would have just eaten it, but I drove the 15 minutes back to CFA on my lunch break because I wanted the salad I ordered. By the time I got that salad back the office, you could tell it had been sitting and waiting for me for 30 minutes. They should have made me a fresh salad at the very least! This time I get back to the office to find my 3 chicken strips are 12 chicken nuggets. It is similar and so edible to me, but still very disappointing for a CFA. I'm not use to having to check the bag when I go to a CFA! This is something I expect from McDonalds or other fast food establishments - the ones I go to out of desperation, not desire! If I were going after 11:30 a.m.? I would understand. But the fact that there is little to NO line when I get there makes these type of mix-ups unexcusable to me. I was able to come here for a friend's graduation celebration and glad I did. Service 5/5- I don't expect much out of fast food restaurants, but I know that CFA has high standards with their staff. This CFA especially got me thinking on writing a review for them. I was super impressed with the attention they gave to our group. They made sure our drinks were filled and that we were full and happy. They even congratulated my other friend who had a birthday that day. How sweet. Cleanliness 5/5- I don't know how long this CFA has been here, but boy was I impressed. It was so clean. Very, very, very clean. I enjoyed my Cobb salad that I had with them, it had a great meat to veggie ratio, and was definitely fresh. If I am ever in the area again, I will make sure to go here. read more

I'm giving this a 2 due to two things. The first issue I had was my order was incomplete/ wrong. I ordered Chick-fil-A 4 count minis for breakfast on the Chick-fil-A App. When I got home I realized they gave me a 10 count of nuggets instead!! I was super confused because how did they have nuggets if they're only serving breakfast??? I called and they were pretty nice about it, they said I would be able to have a free 4 count next time, it's still annoying though. The second problem I have with them is they stopped giving dogs a pup cup, it's only this location that stopped so I'm assuming it's the manager. I know the whip cream isn't a big deal but it stopped due to management not allowing it anymore and it was just a nice touch. I get takeout each week from this restaurant with very little problems. Last night I went for pick up and got the wrong order, drinks were correct. After going home to distribute foods, so sad, wrong food...we couldn't make it work. So back to the store I go. They said they were sorry and fixed new food but I was so disappointed at the lack of compensation. Every time I have come here, something is wrong with my order. Today was the icing on the cake. The drive thru cashier was rude and had an attitude when I told her my order was wrong and what I wanted. The manager at the window was not helpful either and rolled her eyes when i asked for cream and sugar for the coffee. The girl said, well I already made it. Why would you be in the restaurant business if you can't handle customers? Hadn't eaten all day, was very hungry. Had a spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The fries weren't crispy the way I like them--too soft, undercooked & bland. I thought the chicken sandwich was juicy and good. Until....about an hour later, my stomach seized up with violent cramps that did not abate for several hours, something that's never happened to me before (I don't even cramp during my time of the month), and that I hope will never happen to me again. My beau, who hadn't eaten all day until Chik Fil-a, either and who ordered & ate the same thing I did, also suffered cramps. Plus bouts of diarrhea. It is so important that poultry be handled properly when preparing and cooking it because people in the U.S. have died from salmonella poisoning (see PBS's FRONTLINE: The Trouble with Chicken). This is why I've decided not to risk my health by eating at this Chik Fil-a ever again. Those cramps were excruciating--& I'm just grateful I didn't get even sicker. read more

I HATE going through this drive thru in the morning and only do so out of necessity on the rare occasion. It doesn't matter if there is only one car in front of me or 20 when I get to the window I will have to wait forever, ok like 5 mins, but it seems like forever. Why? Because they hang out the window and try to make small talk! I'm sorry, I don't walk to talk, I just want my order so I can hit the road and commute to work. And why?
