Wow! First time ever to a Chick-fil-A and I was shocked at the service from the outdoor attendant taking the order to the next attendant checking the name, providing a total bill, to the attendant taking payment, while another shows up with the order. WOW! Talk about organization and? with courtesy. I had my first order of chicken strips and waffle-like fries, all of which were delicious. The chicken almost melted in my mouth. If in the future I'm in need of a fast food/drive-thru, Chick-fil-A might be top of my list. read more

We love chick-fil-a and this is a fantastic location. The employees taking the orders are always so nice and the food is amazing. I love the chick fil a sauce and the Polynesian or honey roasted bbq. My favorite order is the spicy chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea & to add pepper jack. On the slight occasion the order is wrong, they always make it right. I would say in the drive through, check your order every time! My son always enjoys eating inside and the opportunity to refill your drinks is really nice. Someone told me you can trade the kids meal prize for a treat instead as well. If you eat inside they often come around offering to refill your drinks for you. It's very clean as well, especially for how busy this place gets. read more

I generally don't make a habit of reviewing chains. They are giant corporate machines that ultimately do not care what the reviews say. However... Went to this location to grab dinner on a busy Saturday night. When I got back to eat the sandwich the first one the breading was falling off and the entire thing fell apart to the point where it was not edible. Fries were cold and mushy. The server who gave me my food was not Chickfila caliber at all. Very disappointed and shocked. This won't be a dinner option going forward. read more

I usually don't have any complaints when it comes to Chick-fil-A -- they typically don't miss. But today, I was honestly disappointed. I ordered a fruit cup and was shocked at what I got: three berries, two mandarin orange slices, and one strawberry cut into four tiny pieces. The rest? Just chunks of apple. I understand making a profit, but I've never felt shortchanged like this before when ordering a fruit cup from here. It was really frustrating, especially since I was on the road and didn't have the time to turn around. I always go to chick fil a in Northlake with myself or either my gf, then they change the chicken which is stupid for them to do that I would always get my chicken sandwich... very disappointed in them And Also they had finally open back up. Went to go order food over the app for breakfast and I went there they said they wouldn't be able to make my order?! Everyone else got there breakfast before 10:30 and pick it up at 10:30 and a few mins after but yet I can't get mine?!? Telling me I have to "be in the area" that is such bs right there I never had this problem at all before... that is a complete lie right there u r allowed to order before 10:30 and still get ur breakfast! Service vs was slow, I had to tell the manager that the ladies room trash containers were full & bathroom was not clean. The tables were not being cleaned and I watched customers have to sit at dirty tables. The wall partition along our table was filled with greasy fingerprints & the glass doors were also dirty as well with fingerprints. As we left, my husband had to leave our trash on top of the automatic bin because it was also full. This is not what I expect from a Chick-fil-A location. read more

I don't understand what's the whole hoopla behind Chick-fil-A is. I will say 15 years ago when Chick-fil-A first came out, it was really good and fresh, best Mac and cheese and best sweet tea and lemonade. But now I feel like they have gone down the drain. I have never had a Chick-fil-A experience worth reviewing because the standard is a very high quality of service with many 'my pleasures', smiles, and fast and accurate orders. My experience at this location yesterday was nothing of the sort and quite astonishing. When I roll down the window, the associate meandered over, looking extremely unhappy to be there. She opened with 'what do you want to order' and I asked if she had a menu (since I wanted to try something healthier than my usual biscuit meal). She said nothing, and walked off into the restaurant. She comes back two minutes later saying there was no menu and instead I could look at her screen. Seriously? So I look at her screen and have no idea what I'm looking at since it was what the associates' internal screen used to place orders. Instead, I had to pull up the menu on my phone. Throughout this entire transaction, she continued to be uncharacteristically unfriendly. After waiting ten more minutes in line, I finally receive my order from more unfriendly associates and it is missing my coffee, which I noticed after I drove past the window. I then had to park and walk to the window and tell the associates they forgot my coffee. I had to wait another five minutes until they finally got my coffee. Opening my order, the egg white grill did not have a grilled chicken patty as it should have. Instead, it looked like a few small pieces of shredded grilled chicken which did not make up for the expected full patty. So in summary, unfriendly associates, missing items, slow service, and no menu. I recommend you go to another location that lives up to the Chick-fil-A name read more

Been bed ridden with food poisoning for 3 days in a row now not even 2-3 hours after eating a breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwich. Forgot the one sauce that i asked for as well. Not usually one to leave a bad review, I'll simply just not go again when i have a bad experience somewhere, but I've also never had food poisoning before and i can confidently say this is probably the sickest I have felt in my entire life and i am 22 years old. Non stop stomach cramps, not being able to lay down for more than 20-30 minutes without being in the restroom again, not being able to eat anything but crackers and bread for the past 3 days. Seriously contemplating a visit to the E.R. If it continues for another day. Definitely some form of e-coli. I have tried several times regarding my experience yesterday. Here is what happened: I placed an order today (11/8/23) for over $100. The order was delivered by Chick-Fil-A directly, not a third party. The order was missing food, incorrect items and the fries were cold and stale. I tried to contact the driver and the location to no avail. I then called corporate to complain only to be told, hopefully someone will get back to you soon. Now I have people that didn't get lunch and you have our money. This is unacceptable for Chick-fil-A. We order for our office at least twice a month, but we will look for other options now. The young lady that took my order in the drive thru was unable to update my order to include the fruit cup instead of the fries for my order. She was very sarcastic and patronizing when I informed the young lady handling my food that my order was incorrect. So we all know that Chick-fil-A has great food and outstanding customer service however yesterday some of their team members went over and above let me explain. My girlfriend and a friend of hers stopped in for lunch while in the line her radiator hose blew and her car overheated. And right away three Chick Fil A team members rushed to her car, ask her to step out of the car they got in and pushed her to a safe parking space where she could call and get some help, if that wasn't enough one of the team members from the inside, we believe her name is Peaches ) gave her water to pour in the radiator and stayed with her until help arrived. I'm thankful that those team members have the character and willingness to help others in need. This location is ridiculous. Placed a delivery today to our office as it's year end and we can't get out to get lunch. Not through a third-party delivery ;Chick-fil-A was going to deliver the order. Placed the order and our credit card was charged fast forward an hour and a half later we still don't have food ...try to reach someone in the restaurant is impossible. It's like trying to reach the pope. We literally tried 11 times and you get nowhere you just get a voicemail that they're busy and leave a message. Call Chick-fil-A customer care dept they can't help you at this point. We want our money refunded because we had missed lunch and they can't do anything but pass the message along to have the manager call. Note : this was 1pm this afternoon. It's now 7 PM and nobody has called nor emailed ...Still haven't received a call still haven't received a refund...
